Description

一种祛湿止痛、舒筋活络、骨关节养护膏
技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品技术领域，特别涉及养护膏霜。
背景技术
颈肩腰腿痛、风湿、麻木、关节疼痛、肌肉僵硬、肿胀是一种发病率很高的软组织常见病，特别是在东北、西藏、新疆等冬季较为寒冷的地区，患病人群更加广泛且给病人造成的痛苦较为持久。西医治疗对于因炎症引起的骨痛病比较有效，但是对于因外伤、劳作损伤以及寒冷等因素而诱发的骨痛病，西医治疗一般效果比较差，甚至没有效果，一般也容易复发，而且西医常常有很大的副作用。中医对于痹证的治疗较为有效，特别是当人体受到外邪的侵扰，使得人体气血凝滞，经络阻塞，以致关节变形。
用中医药膏来达到镇痛消肿、祛风除湿、活血化瘀的目的是我国自古以来传统的中医治疗方法，他能够治根治本、彻底根除骨痛疾病。常用的药膏有风湿贴、伤湿止痛膏，这些膏药针对不同的病例具有比较好的效果，但是它具有主治功能单一的缺点，尤其是对于治疗骨质增生所致的腰腿疼痛没有好的疗效。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是解决上述不足问题，提供一种一种祛湿止痛、舒筋活络、骨关节养护膏，通过中西医结合的方式，针对现有治疗骨痹证处方及膏药的缺陷，以药膏经皮肤给药，具有祛湿止痛、疏通经络及减轻关节疼痛的作用，配方各组分有效搭配，疗效高且副作用较少，药效时间长且方便使用，不影响患者的日常生活。
本发明为解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是：一种祛湿止痛、舒筋活络、骨关节养护膏，原料如下，均为重量份，以50g样品中的含量干重计：
海参素0.03～0.07g，紫贻贝低聚肽0.04～0.08g，透骨草提取物0.1～0.2g，独活提取物0.1～0.2g，生姜提取物0.03～0.05g，当归提取物0.05～0.25g，肉桂提取物0.07～0.17g，褐斑蝮蛇油0.05～0.2g，桔皮苷0.03～0.3g，肝素钠0.1～0.5g，红花油3-15g，凡士林25～45g，透明质酸钠0.02～0.4g，甘油0.5～5g，丙二醇0.1-5，苯氧乙醇0.05～0.5g，香精0.01～0.1g。
根据本发明优选的，所述的一种祛湿止痛、舒筋活络、骨关节养护膏中海参素与紫贻贝低聚肽按照(0.03~0.07):(0.04～0.08)（w/w）的比例进行添加。
根据本发明优选的，所述的一种祛湿止痛、舒筋活络、骨关节养护膏的中药提取物独活提取物、生姜提取物、当归提取物、肉桂提取物、褐斑蝮蛇油的比例为（0.1～0.2）：（0.03～0.05）：（0.05～0.25）：（0.07～0.17）：（0.05～0.2）（w/w）的比例进行添加。
根据本发明优选的，所述的一种祛湿止痛、舒筋活络、骨关节养护膏中现代提取物质桔皮苷、肝素钠、红花油、透明质酸钠（0.03～0.3）：（0.1～0.5）：（3～15）：(0.02～0.4)（w/w）的比例进行添加。
根据本发明优选的，所述的一种祛湿止痛、舒筋活络、骨关节养护膏，原料如下，均为重量份，以50g样品中的含量干重计：
海参素0.04g，紫贻贝低聚肽0.06g，骨草提取物0.1g，独活提取物0.2g，生姜提取物0.05g，当归提取物0.15g，肉桂提取物0.1g，褐斑蝮蛇油0.2g，桔皮苷0.3g，肝素钠0.5g，红花油14g，凡士林30g，透明质酸钠0.3g，甘油0.6g，丙二醇3g，苯氧乙醇0.3g，香精0.1g。
本发明配方是具有多年组方开发经验的博士后带领的研发团队在研究了祖国中医科学对关节疼痛、风湿痹证等发病机理的基础上，结合西医安全性高、效果突出的活性物质，经过大量的实验得到，经验证具有很好的疗效。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种祛湿止痛、舒筋活络、骨关节养护膏，原料如下，均为重量份，以50g样品中的含量干重计：
海参素0.04g，紫贻贝低聚肽0.06g，骨草提取物0.1g，独活提取物0.2g，生姜提取物0.05g，当归提取物0.15g，肉桂提取物0.1g，褐斑蝮蛇油0.2g，桔皮苷0.3g，肝素钠0.5g，红花油14g，凡士林30g，透明质酸钠0.3g，甘油0.6g，丙二醇3g，苯氧乙醇0.3g，香精0.1g。
病例一
张某，女56，农民，症状表现为手脚麻木，关节疼痛。平时按摩无效，一般从白天到夜晚症状一直持续，影响正常的作息和工作。按照每天两次，每次15g的用量，将药膏取出后均匀的涂于患处，三天天后症状得到显著改善，手脚麻木减轻，可以正常劳作，之前的疼痛感也明显减轻，痒的感觉也消失，7天一个疗程下来，所有症状均得到治疗，不影响正常的作息。
病例二
李某，女83岁，老人，症状表现为骨关节风湿疼痛，到医院就诊后，医生诊断为风湿关节炎，经过几次西医治疗，没有效果。按照每天两次，每次15g的量服用肽通膏4天后，疼痛的症状明显减轻，服用两周后症状完全消失，之后没有再犯过。
病例三
孙某，男49岁，工人，患有关节肿痛，在阴天和接触凉水后，症状加重，曾经服用过芬必得，症状有所好转，但是停药后不久，症状又重新恢复，肿痛感反倒有加剧的表现，按照每天两次，每次15g的量服用肽通膏三天后，症状明显减轻，服用两周后，症状完全消失，此后经过回访，一直没有再发病。

1.一种祛湿止痛、舒筋活络、骨关节养护膏，其特征在于，原料如下，均为重量份，以50g样品中的含量干重计：
海参素0.03～0.07g，紫贻贝低聚肽0.04-0.08g，骨草提取物0.1～0.2g，独活提取物0.1～0.2g，生姜提取物0.03～0.05g，当归提取物0.05～0.25g，肉桂提取物0.07～0.17g，褐斑蝮蛇油0.05～0.2g，桔皮苷0.03～0.3g，肝素钠0.1～0.5g，红花油3-15g，凡士林25～45g，透明质酸钠0.02～0.4g，甘油0.5～5g，丙二醇0.1-5，苯氧乙醇0.05～0.5g，香精0.01～0.1g。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种祛湿止痛、舒筋活络、骨关节养护膏，其特征在于，所述的养护膏中海参素与紫贻贝低聚肽按照0.03~0.07:0.04～0.08（w/w）的比例进行添加。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种祛湿止痛、舒筋活络、骨关节养护膏，其特征在于，所述的养护膏中的药提取物独活提取物、生姜提取物、当归提取物、肉桂提取物、褐斑蝮蛇油的比例为0.1～0.2：0.03～0.05：0.05～0.25：0.07～0.17：0.05～0.2（w/w）的比例进行添加。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种祛湿止痛、舒筋活络、骨关节养护膏，其特征在于，养护膏中的现代提取物质桔皮苷、肝素钠、红花油、透明质酸钠按0.03～0.3：0.1～0.5：3～15：0.02～0.4（w/w）的比例进行添加。
5.如权利要求书1所述的一种祛湿止痛、舒筋活络、骨关节养护膏，其特征在于，原料如下，均为重量份，以50g样品中的含量干重计：
