本发明涉及中医中药领域，尤其是一种治疗跟痛症的中药洗剂。
背景技术
跟痛症好发于中老年人，多由劳伤之人，肾气虚损所致。因足跟部位于人体底部，如遇劳损、风寒湿邪侵袭、年老体弱、肝肾亏虚、气血不足或外伤等诱因，致足跟部气血循环不畅，气滞血瘀，不通则痛，表现出诸多痹痛之症状。表现为晨起足跟疼痛，压痛明显，局部无红肿，行走片刻疼痛减轻，行久则疼痛复又加重。以往治疗多口服消炎镇痛药，消炎镇痛剂可暂时止痛，但副作用较大，且停药后疼痛易复发。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于，公开一种作用直接，操作简单，疗效显著，无毒副作用的治疗跟痛症的中药洗剂。
为实现上述目的，一种治疗跟痛症的中药洗剂，它是由下列重量的原料药物配比的组分组成，川椒、苏木、伸筋草、透骨草各30g，荆芥、海桐皮各20g，赤芍、泽兰、五加皮各15g，川芎、红花、乳没香各12g，细辛5g。煎好后加入陈醋或白酒。
本发明中药配制合理，作用直接，操作简单，疗效显著，无毒副作用，川椒可温中止痛，川芎、红花、苏木、泽兰有活血通经、散瘀止痛的作用，赤芍与乳没香同用增强其活血止痛之力，牛膝有逐瘀通经、引血下行之功，五加皮、伸筋草、透骨草、海桐皮合用有祛风除湿、舒筋活络、活血止痛、补肝肾、强筋骨的作用，荆芥及细辛有发散风寒，祛风止痛之功，醋含醋离子，有较强的渗透作用，可助活血化瘀，软坚散结之力，白酒有辛散温通之功。诸药合用，共奏祛风除湿、活血化瘀、散寒止痛之目的。中药熏洗是中国传统医学的重要组成部分，该法通过药物与热疗的协同作用，药物可祛风除湿，活血化瘀，散寒止痛；热能疏松腠理，增高药效和加快药物的吸收，从而迅速有效地改善局部微循环障碍，达到治疗目的。对跟痛症的治疗具有作用直接，操作简单，安全可靠，疗效持久，无毒副作用的优点。
具体实施方式
将中草药备好放入药罐内，加水浸泡30min，先用武火快煎，煮沸之后改用文火。煎好后加入陈醋或白酒，将药液用纱布滤过，以免药渣刺伤皮肤。趁热将药液倒入盆中，患足足跟置于盆上趁热熏蒸，并用毛巾遮盖严实，待药液温度降至不烫时，将患侧足跟部泡入药液中，药液总量为能完全浸洗患处，浸泡外洗30-60min，每日熏洗1-2次，每剂使用2天，10天为一疗程，一般使用2个疗程。经临床研究，有效率在92％以上。
典型病例：
1张某某，女，65岁，2008年3月10日就诊，足跟痛病史10年余，口服消炎镇痛药症状减轻，停药复发，使用本发明外洗14天后，诸症消失，至今未再复发。
2刘某某，男，59岁，2008年5月22日就诊，有足跟骨刺病史，小针刀手术后1年复发，足跟疼痛难忍，要求中药治疗，使用本发明外洗10天后，症状消失，至今未再复发。

1一种治疗跟痛症的中药洗剂，其特征在于，有下述重量份的中药组成的制剂，川椒、苏木、伸筋草、透骨草各30g，荆芥、海桐皮各20g，赤芍、泽兰、五加皮各15g，川芎、红花、乳没香各12g，细辛5g。
2根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗跟痛症的药物，其特征在于所述的剂型为中药药剂学上所述的洗剂。
