The invention relates to the field of vending machines, in particular to a goods selling and discharging system of a vending machine, which comprises a spiral storage groove, a goods discharging cabin door, a goods discharging port and a goods discharging device, wherein the goods discharging device comprises a rotary disc, a push rod and a driving device, the driving device comprises a rotary disc motor, a push rod motor, a goods discharging cabin door motor, a goods discharging sensor, a goods discharging cabin door sensor, a push rod sensor and a main controller, the main controller is respectively connected with the rotary disc motor, the push rod motor, the goods discharging cabin door motor, the goods discharging sensor, the goods discharging cabin door sensor and the push rod sensor, and is used for controlling the rotary disc motor, the push rod motor and the goods discharging cabin door motor and/or receiving feedback information of each sensor; a delivery method of the vending machine delivery system is also provided. The invention has the advantages of convenient shipment, no storage space occupation, high system stability, no error and goods jam prevention.
Description
Technical Field

Background
The vending machine is not limited by time and place, so that the vending machine has the advantages of labor saving and convenient transaction and is widely applied. The existing vending machine has various goods storage mechanisms, which can be divided into a coil spring type goods channel, a crawler-type goods channel, a snake-shaped goods channel and a vertical goods channel.
The spiral spring type cargo channel and the crawler type cargo channel are storage mechanisms which linearly arrange the cargos in the horizontal direction, and the cargos are sent to the cargo outlet one by one through the spiral spring or the crawler belt driven by the motor. The snakelike goods passage and the vertical goods passage are storage mechanisms which arrange goods in a snakelike or linear manner in the vertical direction, and the goods fall to the goods outlet one by means of gravity.
Above-mentioned goods storage mechanism's characteristics are arranged the goods along the single direction, but this kind of arrangement's space utilization is lower, leads to storing the mechanism at level or vertical direction oversize, is unfavorable for using on the autonomous mobile vending machine people. Moreover, the reliability of the spiral spring and the crawler-type goods channel is poor, and the goods blocking phenomenon is easy to occur in the goods delivery process. Therefore, the delivery method of the existing vending machine should be improved to solve the above problems.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to specific examples, but the embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a delivery system of a vending machine, comprising a spiral storage chute 1, a delivery port 3, a delivery door 51, wherein the delivery door 51 can be a stop bar or can be replaced by other conventional structures, such as an openable and closable door panel, and further comprising a delivery device, the delivery device comprises a rotary disc 2 and a push rod 61, the rotary disc 2 is used for pushing goods to the delivery port 3, and the push rod 61 has two states of retraction and extension, and is used for pushing the goods out of the delivery door 5; the driving device comprises a turntable motor 4, a push rod motor 6 and a cargo outlet door motor 5, wherein the turntable motor 4 is used for driving a turntable to carry cargos to move to the cargo outlet 3, the push rod motor 6 is used for driving a push rod 61 to push the cargos out of the cargo outlet door 51, and the cargo outlet door motor 5 is used for driving the cargo outlet door 51 to be in an open or closed state; a delivery sensor 31, wherein the delivery sensor 31 is a correlation infrared sensor installed at the delivery port 3, and detects whether the turntable 2 pushes the goods to the delivery port 3; a cargo door sensor 52, the cargo door sensor 52 being two hall sensors respectively provided at positions where the cargo door 51 is fully opened and fully closed, for detecting a fully opened or fully closed state of the cargo door 51; a push rod sensor 62, the push rod sensor 62 being hall sensors respectively provided at a position where the push rod 61 is fully pushed out and a position where the push rod 61 is fully retracted, for detecting a fully pushed out or fully retracted state of the push rod 61; and the main controller is respectively connected with the turntable motor 4, the push rod motor 6, the cargo outlet door motor 5, the cargo outlet sensor 31, the cargo outlet door sensor 52 and the push rod sensor 62, and is used for controlling the turntable motor, the push rod motor and the cargo outlet door motor and/or receiving feedback information of each sensor.
As shown in fig. 2, the present invention also provides a shipment method for a shipment system of a vending machine, comprising the steps of:
(1) after the upper computer establishes a shipment task, sending shipment information to the main controller; after the main controller receives the goods delivery signal, the main controller executes a goods delivery program and starts the turntable motor 4; otherwise, continuing to wait for the shipment signal;

(3) after receiving the feedback signal of the delivery sensor 31, the main controller executes the operation of stopping the rotation of the turntable motor 4 and starting the delivery cabin door motor 5; the delivery hatch door motor 5 drives the delivery hatch door 51 to be fully opened; when the cargo door sensor 52 arranged at the fully opened position of the cargo door 51 detects that the cargo door 51 is fully opened, the cargo door sensor 52 feeds back a signal to the main controller;
(4) after receiving the feedback signal of the cargo door sensor 52, the main controller performs the operation of stopping the cargo door motor 5 and starting the push rod motor 6; the push rod motor 6 drives the push rod 61 to push the goods out of the goods outlet door 51; when the push rod sensor 62 disposed at the complete push-out position of the push rod 61 detects that the push rod 61 is completely pushed out, a delivery success signal is fed back to the main controller.
In the step (2), when the goods sensor 31 does not detect that the goods move to the goods outlet 3, whether the rotation of the turntable motor 4 exceeds the set time is judged, if not, the turntable motor 4 continues to rotate, otherwise, the rotation of the turntable motor 4 is stopped, and error information is returned to the main controller.
In step (3), when the cargo door sensor 52 does not detect that the cargo door 51 is completely opened, it is determined whether the time for opening the cargo door 51 exceeds a set time, if not, the original operation is continuously performed, if so, the cargo door motor 5 is stopped and an error message is returned to the main controller.
When the push rod sensor 62 does not detect that the push rod is completely pushed out in the step (4), whether the rotation of the push rod motor 6 exceeds the set time is judged, if not, the original operation is continuously executed, and if the rotation of the push rod motor 6 exceeds the set time, the push rod motor 6 is stopped and error information is returned to the main controller.
After the main controller receives the feedback signal of successful shipment in the step (4), the main controller uploads information to an upper computer, and the remaining quantity of the cargoes of the upper computer is reduced by one; otherwise, continuously waiting for a feedback signal of successful shipment.
After the main controller receives the feedback signal that the shipment is successful in the step (4), the main controller starts the push rod motor 6 again to execute the operation of withdrawing the push rod 61; when the push rod sensor 62 disposed at the fully retracted position of the push rod 61 detects that the push rod 61 is fully retracted, the push rod sensor 62 feeds back a signal to the main controller.
When the push rod sensor 62 does not detect that the push rod 61 is completely retracted, it is determined whether the retraction time of the push rod 61 exceeds a set time, if not, the original operation is continuously performed, if, the push rod motor 6 is stopped and an error message is fed back to the main controller.
After receiving the feedback signal of the push rod sensor 62, the main controller executes an operation of starting the cargo compartment door motor 5 to drive the cargo compartment door 51 to close; when the hatch door sensor 52 disposed at the fully closed position of the hatch door 51 detects that the hatch door 51 is closed, the hatch door sensor 52 feeds back a signal to the main controller.
When the cargo door sensor 52 does not detect that the cargo door 51 is completely closed, it is determined whether the time for closing the cargo door 51 exceeds a set time, if not, the original operation is continuously performed, if, the operation stops and an error message is fed back to the main controller.
The shipment process of this embodiment is as follows:
when a consumer purchases goods, the upper computer of the automatic vending machine establishes a goods delivery task and sends delivery information to the main controller; after the main controller receives the shipment signal, the main controller executes a shipment program, otherwise, the main controller does not execute the shipment program and continues to wait for the shipment signal; the main controller executes the program as follows: the main controller controls a turntable motor 4 to drive a turntable 2 to rotate in a forward direction, so that goods in a spiral storage groove 1 move to a goods outlet 3 along with the turntable 2, the specific method is that the turntable 2 is positioned below the spiral storage groove 1 and used for bearing the goods in the storage groove, the turntable 2 can be driven to rotate by the turntable motor 4, when the turntable 2 continuously rotates in a clockwise reverse direction in the figure, the turntable 2 can be driven to be placed on the turntable 2 in advance, namely the goods in the spiral storage groove 1 move towards a direction close to a goods outlet door 51 until the goods are pushed to the goods outlet 3, namely the goods reach the goods outlet position, when one side of an opposite-emitting infrared sensor arranged at the goods outlet 3 is extruded by the goods, a blocking piece at the other side blocks infrared light of an opposite-emitting infrared sensor arranged at the goods outlet 3 to detect that the goods arrive, and when the goods reach the goods to the goods outlet position through the sensor, the next operation is performed.
