本发明属于洗涤剂技术领域,具体涉及一种水果蔬菜清洗剂。本发明的水果蔬菜清洗剂包括以下按重量份计的组分:表面活性剂3‑6份、丙二醇2‑4份、乙醇2‑4份、柠檬酸2‑5份、螯合剂0.5‑1份、山梨醇1‑2份、氧化剂2‑4份、碳酸钠3‑6份、助剂0.5‑1.5份、纯净水30‑40份。本发明的水果蔬菜清洗剂能够彻底清除水果蔬菜表面的农药残留,并具有杀菌和络合重金属的作用,还能够清除水果蔬菜表面的蜡质,能够清除水果蔬菜表面的各种有害物质,适用性好;各组分对人体无毒无害无刺激、绿色环保,易溶于水,不会造成二次污染的问题,便宜易得,大大降低了生产成本。

技术领域
本发明属于洗涤剂技术领域,具体涉及一种水果蔬菜清洗剂。
背景技术
水果蔬菜是人们日常必不可少的食物,将水果蔬菜上的污物、农药残留物、杂菌等清洗干净,对于人的健康具有重要的意义。为了防止水果、蔬菜等作物生长过程中受到虫害等影响,常常会使用杀虫剂、除草剂等农药。在实际的使用中,有些农民由于盈利心切,往往忽略农药的安全间隔期以及农药的使用量,导致水果、蔬菜上存在严重的农药残留。水果蔬菜在生长过程中,会受到生长环境的影响,这些生长环境中的重金属等污染物,也会积累和残留在水果蔬菜上,危害食用者的健康。另外,为了延长水果蔬菜的保存时间以及增加水果蔬菜的光泽度,从而吸引消费者购买,大多数水果蔬菜表面都进行了打蜡处理。综上可知,在水果蔬菜表面存在多种对人的健康有危害的物质,因此,在食用前对水果蔬菜进行清洗是必不可少的步骤。
为了减少水果蔬菜表面的各种对人体健康有危害的物质,可以采用水洗、洗涤剂清洗后再水洗等。但是,对于水洗并不能有效的清除这些有害的物质。现有的洗涤剂的清洗效果不佳,使用时往往仅能清洗某一类有害物质,而对其他种类的有害物质的清洗效果差,适用性不好,不能满足实际需求。因此,开发一种清洗效果好、适用性好的水果蔬菜清洗剂,对于保证水果蔬菜的食用安全具有重要意义。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种水果蔬菜清洗剂。本发明的水果蔬菜清洗剂能够彻底清除水果蔬菜表面的农药残留,并具有杀菌和络合重金属的作用,还能够清除水果蔬菜表面的蜡质,适用性好;本发明的水果蔬菜清洗剂的各组分对人体无毒无害无刺激、绿色环保。此外,本发明的水果蔬菜清洗剂的各组分易溶于水,不会再水果蔬菜上残留造成二次污染,各组分便宜易得,大大降低了生产成本。

一种水果蔬菜清洗剂,包括以下按重量份计的组分:
表面活性剂3-6份,
丙二醇2-4份,
乙醇2-4份,
柠檬酸2-5份,
螯合剂0.5-1份,
山梨醇1-2份,
氧化剂2-4份,
碳酸钠3-6份,
助剂0.1-1.5份,
纯净水30-40份。
一种水果蔬菜清洗剂,包括以下按重量份计的组分:
表面活性剂5份,
丙二醇3份,
乙醇3份,
柠檬酸4份,
螯合剂0.8份,
山梨醇1.5份,
氧化剂3份,
碳酸钠4份,
助剂1份,
纯净水35份。
优选地,所述表面活性剂是十二烷基硫酸钠、单硬脂酸甘油酯中的一种或两种混合。
优选地,所述螯合剂是乙二胺四乙酸二钠。
优选地,所述氧化剂是双氧水。
优选地,所述助剂是抗菌剂。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明的水果蔬菜清洗剂能够彻底清除水果蔬菜表面的农药残留,并具有杀菌和络合重金属的作用,还能够清除水果蔬菜表面的蜡质,能够清除水果蔬菜表面的各种有害物质,适用性好;
(2)本发明的水果蔬菜清洗剂的各组分对人体无毒无害无刺激、绿色环保;
(3)本发明的水果蔬菜清洗剂的各组分易溶于水,不会造成二次污染的问题;
(4)本发明的水果蔬菜清洗剂的各组分便宜易得,大大降低了生产成本。

使用本发明的水果蔬菜清洗剂清洗水果蔬菜后,再洗涤用水中能够检测到明显的农药成分和重金属;观察清洗后的水果,光泽度自然,用手触摸后,能够明显感觉到不同于蜡质的触摸感,表明本发明的水果蔬菜清洗剂能够有效清除各种有害物质,适用性好。

助剂0.5-1.5份,
纯净水30-40份。
