Abstract

本发明公开了一种木材胶黏剂,包括以下按重量百分比计的原料:聚醋酸乙烯乳液65~75%,PVA1~3%,羟乙基纤维素1~4%,端羟基聚丁二烯5~10%,去离子水10~20%,助剂0.5~2%,交联剂A0.5~1%,交联剂B3~6%;本发明还公开了上述木材胶黏剂的制备方法。本发明的木材胶黏剂稳定性好,固化速度快,施工方便,生产效率高,固化后兼具优异的韧性、较高的压缩剪切强度及良好的耐融冻性和耐水性。

Description

一种木材胶黏剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种木材胶黏剂,尤其涉及一种木材胶黏剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
我国木质材料供应随着木材原料市场的变化,已由传统的实木为主转向以胶接木质材料为主。传统的木材胶黏剂以脲醛树脂、酚醛树脂和三聚氰胺甲醛树脂等廉价的醛类胶黏剂为主导,对木材含水率要求非常严格,而且使用时会产生有毒的甲醛,对人体健康和自然环境造成危害。随着人们室内环境安全与环保意识的提高,工业用无醛木材胶黏剂越来越受到重视。
最早使用的聚醋酸乙烯乳液,又称白乳胶,在强度及耐侯性上难以满足使用需求及现行行业标准《水基聚合物-异氰酸酯木材胶粘剂》LY/T1601的规定。其他天然胶黏剂,如大豆蛋白胶黏剂、淀粉胶黏剂等,均存在胶接强度低、耐水性差的问题。而后出现的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚乳液拼板胶则主要适用于松木、杉木等软质木材,对柞木、水曲柳等硬木基材的粘接强度不高,尤其湿强度不能满足要求。
为克服这一不足,现有研究采用异氰酸酯改性的环保型水性高分子基胶黏剂。中国发明专利CN102925081A公开了一种高强度双组份拼板胶,包括醋酸乙烯类乳液、聚乙烯醇、功能单体、增塑剂、无机填料、分散剂、消泡剂、杀菌剂、去离子水和固化剂多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯。该双组份拼板胶具有很高的强度及优异的耐水性,尤其适合硬质木材的粘接,但是,单一的改性异氰酸酯固化剂在常温下反应速率慢,影响生产效率,升温固化能提高反应速率,但同时也加快了副反应速率,对胶层强度影响较大,此外其固化剂用量大,交联度大,尽管提高了粘接强度,但是韧性、耐冻融稳定性不佳。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种木材胶黏剂及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种木材胶黏剂,包括以下按重量百分比计的原料:
聚醋酸乙烯乳液 65~75%,
PVA 1~3%,
羟乙基纤维素 1~4%,
端羟基聚丁二烯 5~10%,
去离子水 10~20%,
助剂 0.5~2%,
交联剂A 0.5~1%,
交联剂B 3~6%。
优选地,所述聚醋酸乙烯乳液的固含量为50%-60%。
优选地,所述PVA的聚合度为1000-2000,醇解度为98-99%。
优选地,所述端羟基聚丁二烯的分子量为2000-3500,官能度为2-2.5。
优选地,所述助剂包括消泡剂、防腐剂、触变剂中的至少一种,进一步优选地,所述消泡剂为矿物油,防腐剂为苯并唑啉酮类,触变剂为气相二氧化硅或有机膨润土。
优选地,所述交联剂A为多亚甲基苯基异氰酸酯,交联剂B为多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯,采用这两种活性不同的异氰酸酯交联剂复配可以增强胶接强度,延长胶液适用期。
进一步优选地,所述木材胶黏剂包括以下按重量百分比计的原料:
聚醋酸乙烯乳液 65~75%,
PVA 1~3%,
羟乙基纤维素 1~4%,
端羟基聚丁二烯 5~10%,
去离子水 10~20%,
消泡剂 0.2~0.5%,
防腐剂 0.2~0.5%,
触变剂 0.5~1%,
交联剂A 0.5~1%,
交联剂B 3~6%。
一种制备上述木材胶黏剂的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量比称取原料,将去离子水加入反应釜,在100-300r/min的搅拌速率下缓慢加入部分助剂、端羟基聚丁二烯、PVA;
(2)保持搅拌速率不变,将温度升至70-90℃,缓慢加入羟乙基纤维素、交联剂A,而后恒温恒速搅拌1-3h,再降温至50-70℃,加入聚醋酸乙烯乳液,在200-500r/min的搅拌速率下搅拌20-50min;
(3)在步骤(1)的转速下将交联剂B缓慢加入步骤(2)制得的混合物中,搅拌1-3h,再加入余下的助剂,在500-1000r/min的搅拌速率下搅拌40-90min;
(4)取样检测,过滤,出料包装。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明的聚乙烯醇和羟乙基纤维素起到协同的提高体系稳定性的作用,可以很好地防止乳液凝聚,提高贮存稳定性,同时羟乙基纤维素可参与交联反应,增强胶黏剂与木材的界面粘合,增加胶层的耐水性;本发明的端羟基聚丁二烯不含醚或酯键,耐水解性好,同时韧性优异,与固化剂反应活性高,可明显改善韧性;
(2)本发明采用两种固化剂复配,并配合使用端羟基聚丁二烯和羟乙基纤维素,产品稳定性好,能在短时间内达到定位粘接强度,生产效率高;
(3)本发明的木材胶黏剂交联度可控,固化后兼具优异的韧性、较高的压缩剪切强度及良好的耐融冻性能,且为单组分,不需要现场混胶,施工方便。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1
以上原料均为商购得到,其中消泡剂为矿物油,防腐剂为苯并唑啉酮类,触变剂为气相二氧化硅,交联剂A为多亚甲基苯基异氰酸酯,交联剂B为多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯。
按以上重量比称取原料,将去离子水加入反应釜,在100r/min的搅拌速率下缓慢加入消泡剂、端羟基聚丁二烯、PVA,保持搅拌速率不变,将温度升至80℃,缓慢加入羟乙基纤维素、交联剂A,而后恒温恒速搅拌2h,再降温至60℃,加入聚醋酸乙烯乳液,在500r/min的搅拌速率下搅拌30min,缓慢加入交联剂B,搅拌2h,再加入触变剂、防腐剂,在800r/min的搅拌速率下搅拌1h,取样检测,过滤,出料包装。

Claims (8)

1.一种木材胶黏剂,其特征在于,包括以下按重量百分比计的原料:
聚醋酸乙烯乳液 65~75%,
PVA 1~3%,
羟乙基纤维素 1~4%,
端羟基聚丁二烯 5~10%,
去离子水 10~20%,
助剂 0.5~2%,
交联剂A 0.5~1%,
交联剂B 3~6%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的木材胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述聚醋酸乙烯乳液的固含量为50%-60%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的木材胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述PVA的聚合度为1000-2000,醇解度为98-99%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的的木材胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述端羟基聚丁二烯的分子量为2000-3500,官能度为2-2.5。
5.根据权利要求1所述的木材胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述助剂包括消泡剂、防腐剂、触变剂中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的木材胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为矿物油,防腐剂为苯并唑啉酮类,触变剂为气相二氧化硅或有机膨润土。
7.根据权利要求1所述的木材胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述交联剂A为多亚甲基苯基异氰酸酯,交联剂B为多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯。
8.一种制备权利要求1-7任一项所述的木材胶黏剂的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量比称取原料,将去离子水加入反应釜,在100-300r/min的搅拌速率下缓慢加入部分助剂、端羟基聚丁二烯、PVA;
(2)保持搅拌速率不变,将温度升至70-90℃,缓慢加入羟乙基纤维素、交联剂A,而后恒温恒速搅拌1-3h,再降温至50-70℃,加入聚醋酸乙烯乳液,在200-500r/min的搅拌速率下搅拌20-50min;
(3)在步骤(1)的转速下将交联剂B缓慢加入步骤(2)制得的混合物中,搅拌1-3h,再加入余下的助剂,在500-1000r/min的搅拌速率下搅拌40-90min;
(4)取样检测,过滤,出料包装。
