本发明公开了一种水性木材接齿胶,包括以下按重量百分比计的原料:聚醋酸乙烯乳液20~30%,苯丙乳液20~30%,丙烯酸乳液20~30%,PVA3~5%,增塑剂1~2%,填料10~20,去离子水10~20%,消泡剂0.2~0.5%,防腐剂0.2~0.5%;本发明还公开了上述水性木材接齿胶的制备方法。本发明的水性木材接齿胶成本低,稳定性好,干燥速度快,粘接强度高,耐水性及耐久性好,在高温或极寒天气下不脱胶、不开裂。

一种水性木材接齿胶及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种木材胶黏剂,尤其涉及一种水性木材接齿胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着木材原料市场的变化,我国木质材料供应已由传统的实木为主转向以胶接木质材料为主。传统的木材胶黏剂以脲醛树脂、酚醛树脂和三聚氰胺甲醛树脂等廉价的醛类胶黏剂为主导,对木材含水率要求非常严格,而且使用时会产生有毒的甲醛,对人体健康和自然环境造成危害。随着人们室内环境安全与环保意识的提高,工业用无醛木材胶黏剂越来越受到重视。
现有的天然胶黏剂,如大豆蛋白胶黏剂、淀粉胶黏剂等,均存在胶接强度低、耐水性差的问题,其他类型的无醛木材胶黏剂则价格昂贵,耐久性不佳,在高温或寒冷天气下易出现脱胶、开裂等问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种水性木材接齿胶及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种水性木材接齿胶,包括以下按重量百分比计的原料:
聚醋酸乙烯乳液 20~30%,
苯丙乳液 20~30%,
丙烯酸乳液 20~30%,
PVA 3~5%,
增塑剂 1~2%,
填料 10~20,
去离子水 10~20%,
消泡剂 0.2~0.5%,
防腐剂 0.2~0.5%。
优选地,所述聚醋酸乙烯乳液的固含量为50%-60%,苯丙乳液的固含量40-50%,丙烯酸乳液的固含量为40-60%。
优选地,所述PVA的聚合度为1000-2000,醇解度为98-99%。
优选地,所述增塑剂为聚酰胺树脂。
优选地,所述填料为滑石粉、云母粉、石英粉、钛白粉中的至少一种。
优选地,所述消泡剂为矿物油,防腐剂为异噻唑啉酮类。
一种制备上述水性木材接齿胶的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量比称取原料,将去离子水加入反应釜,在100-300r/min的搅拌速率下缓慢加入消泡剂和PVA;
(2)保持搅拌速率不变,将温度升至70-90℃,恒温恒速搅拌1-3h,再降温至50-70℃,加入聚醋酸乙烯乳液、苯丙乳液、丙烯酸乳液,在500-1000r/min的搅拌速率下搅拌20-50min,而后加入填料搅匀;
(3)在步骤(1)的转速下将增塑剂、防腐剂加入步骤(2)制得的混合物中,在1000-1500r/min的搅拌速率下搅拌1-3h;
(4)取样检测,过滤,出料包装。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明选用一定聚合度和醇解度的聚乙烯醇作为稳定剂和乳化剂,可提高贮存稳定性,防止乳液凝聚,同时在反应过程中能保持较好的胶结效果,增加胶层的耐水性;
(2)本发明的苯丙乳液粒径小,渗透性好,耐候性能优异,而丙烯酸乳液与木材结合性好,二者配合使用使胶黏剂能快速渗透至纤维网孔内,并与木材表面形成牢固的物理结合,增强粘接强度及耐久性;
(3)本发明的木材接齿胶成膜温度低,干燥速度快,固化后兼具较高的压缩剪切强度及良好的耐融冻性能,且成本低,耐久性好,在高温或极寒天气下不脱胶、不开裂。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1
以上原料均为商购得到,其中增塑剂为聚酰胺树脂,消泡剂为矿物油,防腐剂为异噻唑啉酮类。
按以上重量比称取原料,将去离子水加入反应釜,在100r/min的搅拌速率下缓慢加入消泡剂和PVA,保持搅拌速率不变,将温度升至80℃,恒温恒速搅拌2h,再降温至60℃,加入聚醋酸乙烯乳液、苯丙乳液、丙烯酸乳液,在500r/min的搅拌速率下搅拌30min,而后加入钛白粉、滑石粉搅匀,再加入增塑剂、防腐剂,在1000r/min的搅拌速率下搅拌2h,取样检测,过滤,出料包装。

Claims (7)

1.一种水性木材接齿胶,其特征在于,包括以下按重量百分比计的原料:
聚醋酸乙烯乳液 20~30%,
苯丙乳液 20~30%,
丙烯酸乳液 20~30%,
PVA 3~5%,
增塑剂 1~2%,
填料 10~20,
去离子水 10~20%,
消泡剂 0.2~0.5%,
防腐剂 0.2~0.5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性木材接齿胶,其特征在于,所述聚醋酸乙烯乳液的固含量为50%-60%,苯丙乳液的固含量40-50%,丙烯酸乳液的固含量为40-60%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水性木材接齿胶,其特征在于,所述PVA的聚合度为1000-2000,醇解度为98-99%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水性木材接齿胶,其特征在于,所述增塑剂为聚酰胺树脂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水性木材接齿胶,其特征在于,所述填料为滑石粉、云母粉、石英粉、钛白粉中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的水性木材接齿胶,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为矿物油,防腐剂为异噻唑啉酮类。
7.一种制备权利要求1-6任一项所述的水性木材接齿胶的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量比称取原料,将去离子水加入反应釜,在100-300r/min的搅拌速率下缓慢加入消泡剂和PVA;
(2)保持搅拌速率不变,将温度升至70-90℃,恒温恒速搅拌1-3h,再降温至50-70℃,加入聚醋酸乙烯乳液、苯丙乳液、丙烯酸乳液,在500-1000r/min的搅拌速率下搅拌20-50min,而后加入填料搅匀;
(3)在步骤(1)的转速下将增塑剂、防腐剂加入步骤(2)制得的混合物中,在1000-1500r/min的搅拌速率下搅拌1-3h;
(4)取样检测,过滤,出料包装。
