技术领域
本发明涉及加热包领域,具体涉及一种加热包用包装膜。
背景技术
随着人们的生活节奏加快,许多人忙于工作没时间做饭,或者节假日一个人蜗居家中不愿烹饪菜肴,此时带有高效加热包的速食食品能够为我们带来方便与快捷;而且现在许多人喜欢户外野营、徒步旅行,有的甚至夜宿深山老林,在原始森林中,没有电源、严禁明火,此时在远离他乡的户外能够吃上一口热气腾腾的饭菜是一件非常幸福的事情,这些加热速食食品无需电源、无需明火,仅仅加水就可以自动发热,能够为人们送上热气腾腾的可口佳肴。
加热包的发热成分基本都包含多种金属粉末如铁粉、铝粉、镁粉,以及氧化钙等,遇水后产生放热的化学反应,因此对加热包的防潮性能要求很高,有些加热包还包含一些可能产生有害气体的成分(催化剂),在使用时会产生一些异味,而且容易污染环境。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种加热包用包装膜,能防止加热芯受潮,保护使用者的健康,避免环境污染。
为达到上述目的,本发明采取如下技术方案:
一种加热包用包装膜,由内到外依次包括第一无纺布基层,纳米无纺布净化层,第二无纺布基层,活性炭无纺布层和第三无纺布基层。
作为优选,所述纳米无纺布净化层上涂抹有防氧化剂。
本发明中,包装发热芯的包装膜采用多层无纺布基层、纳米无纺布净化层和活性炭无纺布层叠加制成,无纺布材质本身防水透气,且表面布满孔纹,在包裹住发热芯后,和发热芯的粉末材料之间的摩擦力大,防止发热芯粉末滑动摩擦,产生自发的反应,无纺布层本身具有较弱的延展性,且韧性强,在加热包反应膨胀时,能自然膨松而不裂开,活性炭无纺布层能有效防止发热芯受潮,防止外界水汽污染,同时纳米无纺布净化层和活性炭无纺布层能吸收发热反应过程中可能产生的异味及有害气体,双重吸收,使反应过程中无异味,保障用户健康,同时,无纺布材质均可降解,不会污染环境。

具体实施方式
下面结合图1对本发明的技术方案做进一步说明。
一种加热包用包装膜,由内到外依次包括第一无纺布基层1,纳米无纺布净化层2,第二无纺布基层3,活性炭无纺布层4和第三无纺布基层5。
纳米无纺布净化层2上涂抹有防氧化剂。防氧化剂多为羟基酚、萘酚类和苯亚磺酸盐类,本身具备一定的还原性,能捕捉并消化掉透入包装膜的氧气,防止加热芯中的金属粉末被氧化。
显然,本发明的上述实施例仅仅是为了说明本发明所作的举例,而并非对本发明的实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其他不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷例。而这些属于本发明的实质精神所引申出的显而易见的变化或变动仍属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种加热包用包装膜,其特征在于,由内到外依次包括第一无纺布基层(1),纳米无纺布净化层(2),第二无纺布基层(3),活性炭无纺布层(4)和第三无纺布基层(5)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种加热包用包装膜,其特征在于,所述纳米无纺布净化层(2)上涂抹有防氧化剂。
