本发明属于标签或铭牌加工用设备领域,具体涉及一种不干胶标签的裁切装置。
背景技术
不干胶,是一种以纸张、薄膜或其他特有材料为面料,背面涂有胶粘剂,并以涂硅保护纸为底纸的一种复合材料。不干胶标签,是以不干胶为面料,在其正面印刷上标识产品相关说明的一种印刷品。
不干胶标签与传统的标签相比,具有不用刷胶、不用浆糊、不用蘸水、无污染、节省贴标时间等优点,并且应用的范围广、方便、快捷,因此是现目前标签常使用不干胶标签。不干胶标签印刷后通常是一整张,需要通过裁切才能实现小标签的分离。现目前标签在裁切的过程中均是通过手工完成的,这种方式裁切的效率非常低,并且人工操作的过程中会存在一定的主观性,因此,会导致裁切的标签存在误差,导致标签成品的次品率高。
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种不干胶标签的裁切装置,以解决现有技术通过人工对标签进行裁切,效率低、人工劳动强度大的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案,一种不干胶标签的裁切装置,工作台,工作台上设有传送皮带,传送皮带包括主动轮、从动轮和输送带,主动轮上连接有驱动电机,工作台的两端分别设有支架,支架上分别转动连接有第一卷辊和第二卷辊,第二卷辊上设有皮带轮,皮带轮与主动轮通过皮带连接;工作台上靠近从动轮的一端设有横向撕拉线裁切机构;工作台上靠近主动轮的一端设有纵向撕拉线裁切机构,纵向撕拉线裁切机构包括连动块、切割刀具、压板、驱动件和固定块;工作台上输送带的两侧均设有支撑架,支撑架包括两个竖杆和位于竖杆顶端的横杆,连动块滑动连接在两个横杆之间,固定块固定连接在两个横杆之间,固定块与连接块之间设有压缩弹簧;连动块的中部设有通槽,切割刀具滑动连接在通槽内,压板设置在切割刀具的顶部,压板的底部与连动块的顶部之间设有复位弹簧;驱动件包括设置在横杆上的支杆,支杆的顶部连接有电机,电机上设有凸轮,凸轮包括圆形部和凸起部,凸轮的圆形部与压板的上表面相贴。
本方案技术特征的技术效果:
横向撕拉线裁切机构和纵向撕拉线裁切机构分别用于对不干胶标签进行裁切,并且切除纵向和横向的撕拉线,通过拉扯不干胶标签,能够方便的将其撕成小方块,以便使用。支撑架用于支撑纵向撕拉线裁切机构,连动块用于安装切割刀具,并实现切割刀具的滑动。
电机带动凸轮转动,当凸轮的凸起部与压板接触时,向下推动压板,从而推动切割刀具沿着固定块向下滑动,实现切割刀具向下移动,使得刀具在不干胶标签上切割出间隔的小孔,形成撕拉线;切割刀具下移时,插入输送带上,随着输送带移动,由于连动块与支撑架滑动连接,因此,连动块会随着输送带移动,避免不干胶标签被扯破。
随着凸轮的持续转动,圆形部与压板接触时,在复位弹簧的作用下,压板上移,带动切割刀具上移,使得切割刀具脱离输送带,同时在压缩弹簧复位的作用下,带动连动块沿着支撑架滑动,实现复位。
本方案的技术原理是:
待切割的不干胶标签设置在第一卷辊上,第二卷辊转动带动不干胶标签紧贴在输送带上转动,当不干胶标签移动至横向撕拉线裁切机构下方时,在不干胶标签上裁切出横向的撕拉线;随着第二卷辊的持续转动,带动不干胶标签转动,当不干胶标签移动至纵向撕拉线裁切机构下方时,凸轮的凸起部与压板接触时,推动压板向下移动,从而实现切割刀具向下移动,切割刀具在不干胶标签上切割出纵向的撕拉线。
当切割刀具下移时,切割刀具的底部插入输送带,通过连动块与支撑架互动连接,切割刀具随着输送带移动;当凸轮转动至圆形部与压板接触时,在复位弹簧的作用下,压板带动切割刀具上移,实现切割刀具脱离输送带;同时在压缩弹簧的作用下,连动块复位;通过第二卷辊和凸轮的持续转动,实现对不干胶标签的切割。
本方案能产生的技术效果是:
1、通过设置横向撕拉线裁切机构和纵向撕拉线裁切机构,能实现不干胶标签的自动切割,减少人工的劳动强度;
2、通过第二卷辊与驱动输送带转动的驱动电机连动,实现不干胶标签移动的速率与输送带转动的速率一致,实现不干胶标签与输送带同步转动,避免不干胶标签在传输的过程中出现褶皱,确保不干胶标签裁切的精度高;
3、在纵向撕拉线裁切的过程中,切割刀具插入输送带,并随着输送带同步移动,能避免不干胶标签在纵向裁切的过程中被扯破。
以下是基于上述方案的优选方案:
优选方案一:基于基础方案,所述切割刀具包括刀架和若干个刀片,刀架的两侧纵向滑动连接在通槽内,刀片均匀设置在刀架的底部;压板设置在刀架的顶部,且压板与刀架垂直设置。
有益效果:通过凸轮的凸起部推动压板向下,压板带动刀架下移,使得底部的刀片插入输送带内,同时将不干胶标签插出间距相同的若干小孔,形成撕拉线。并且压板与刀架垂直设置,随着刀架移动,能使得压板始终与凸轮接触。
优选方案二:基于优选方案一,所述压板长度大于凸轮的周长。能使得凸轮始终与压板的顶面接触。
优选方案三:基于优选方案二,所述压板的顶部设有滑槽,凸轮位于滑槽内。压板随着连动块移动的过程中,避免凸轮脱离压板。
优选方案四:基于优选方案三,所述固定块上靠近连动块的一侧设有磁铁层,连动块上设有电磁铁,电磁铁上连接有导电片,支撑架上设有电源。
有益效果:连动块移动,带动导电片移动,使得导电片与电源接触,实现电磁铁与电源的连通,电磁铁产生磁场,与磁铁层相互吸引;由于磁铁层设置在固定块上,固定块保持不动,因此固定块吸引电磁铁,连动块的移动,实现连动块的复位。
优选方案五:基于优选方案四,所述工作台上还设有压紧辊。压紧辊能使得不干胶标签与输送带紧密的贴合,避免不干胶标签在裁切的过程中出现褶皱,导致切割的精度受影响。
优选方案六:基于优选方案五,所述压紧辊的表面设有刷毛。不干胶标签在生产的过程中表面会吸附有灰尘,通过刷毛能取出不干胶标签表面的灰尘。

下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:

如图1所示,一种不干胶标签的裁切装置,包括机床,机床上设有工作台,工作台上设有传送皮带1。传送皮带1包括主动轮11、从动轮12和输送带13,主动轮11位于工作台的右端、从动轮12位于工作台的左端;输送带13包括在主动轮11和从动轮12上;机床上安装有驱动电机,主动轮11与驱动电机的输出轴连接。
工作台上从左至右依次设有第二卷辊6、纵向撕拉线裁切机构5、横向撕拉线裁切机构4、压紧辊3和第一卷辊2;第二卷辊6通过支架安装在工作台的左侧,第一卷管通过支架安装在工作台的右侧,且第一卷辊2和第二卷辊6均与支架转动连接。第二卷辊6的一端设有皮带轮,皮带轮与驱动电机之间通过皮带连接。压紧辊3的表面设有刷毛。
如图2所示,横向撕拉线裁切机构4包括设置在工作台上的固定架41,固定架41包括两个竖板411和一个设置在两个竖板411中部的横板412,横板412与输送带13平行设置,两个竖板411分别位于工作台的上、下两侧。横板412上均匀设置有多个切割槽4121,切割槽4121与输送带13的传送方向平行。两个竖板411的上部之间转动连接有转轴,转轴的一端连接有转动电机;转轴上切割槽4121的上方转动固定连接有圆形的切割刀42,切割刀42的外周均匀设置有凸起。
如图3所示,纵向撕拉线裁切机构5包括连动块51、切割刀42具、压板54、驱动件和固定块52,工作台的上下两侧分别设有支撑架,支撑架包括两根竖杆和位于竖杆顶端的横杆;连动块51滑动连接在两个横杆之间,固定块52固定连接在两个横杆上,且固定块52位于连动块51的右侧,固定块52与连动块51之间设有压缩弹簧。
如图4所示,连动块51上沿纵向设有通槽;切割刀42具包括刀架531和多个刀片532,刀片532均匀的设置在刀架531的底部;刀架531与输送带13的传送方向垂直,压板54设置在刀架531的顶部,且压板54与刀架531垂直设置;压板54的顶部沿横向设有滑槽541。
压板54的底部与连动块51的顶部之间设有复位弹簧;驱动件包括设置在横杆上的支杆,支杆的顶部连接有电机,电机上设有凸轮7,凸轮7包括圆形部和凸起部。凸轮7位于滑槽541内,且压板54的长度大于凸轮7的周长。固定块52的左侧设有磁铁层,连动块51上设有电磁铁,电磁铁包括铁芯和缠绕在铁芯上的线圈,线圈的左端连接有导电片,支撑架的左端设有电源。
使用本实施例时,将待裁切的不干胶标签缠绕在第一卷辊2上,并将不干胶标签与输送带13贴紧,并使得不干胶标签的端部固定在第二卷辊6上。驱动电机转动,带动第二卷辊6转动,从而实现对第一卷辊2上的待裁切的不干胶标签进行传输,不干胶标签的底部与输送带13相贴,由于第二卷辊6通过带动输送带13转动的驱动电机连动,因此第二卷辊6转动的速率与输送带13转动的速率一致,从而使得不干胶标签转动的速率与输送带13一致,避免不干胶标签产生褶皱。
不干胶标签在传输的过程中通过压紧辊3将其压紧,并将不干胶标签表面的褶皱抹平,同时通过刷毛清理表面的灰尘。当不干胶标签经过横向撕拉线裁切机构4下方时,转动电机带动转轴转动,转轴带动切割刀42转动,切割刀42外周的凸起会在不干胶标签上切割多条横向的撕拉线。
随着输送带13的持续转动,带动不干胶标签移动,当不干胶标签经过纵向撕拉线裁切机构5下方时,电机带动凸轮7转动,凸轮7的凸起部转动至与压板54接触时,凸轮7推动压板54下移,从而实现刀片532下移,刀片532插入输送带13上,将不干胶标签插出小孔,形成撕拉线。同时刀片532固定在输送带13上,随着输送带13移动,刀片532带动连动块51随着输送带13移动。
当凸轮7转动至圆形部与压板54接触时,在复位弹簧的作用下,刀片532脱离输送带13上移,同时,连动块51向左移动带动导电片与电源接触,使得电磁铁与电源连通产生磁场,电磁铁与磁铁层相互吸引,由于固定块52固定不动,因此磁铁层吸引连动块51向右移动,并在压缩弹簧的作用下,实现复位,再进行下一次纵向撕拉线的裁切。
对于本领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术方案的前提下,还可以作出若干变形和改进,这些也应该视为本发明的保护范围,这些都不会影响本发明实施的效果和专利的实用性。

1.一种不干胶标签的裁切装置,包括工作台,工作台上设有传送皮带,传送皮带包括主动轮、从动轮和输送带,主动轮上连接有驱动电机,工作台的两端分别设有支架,支架上分别转动连接有第一卷辊和第二卷辊,第二卷辊上设有皮带轮,皮带轮与主动轮通过皮带连接;工作台上靠近从动轮的一端设有横向撕拉线裁切机构;其特征在于:工作台上靠近主动轮的一端设有纵向撕拉线裁切机构,纵向撕拉线裁切机构包括连动块、切割刀具、压板、驱动件和固定块;工作台上输送带的两侧均设有支撑架,支撑架包括两个竖杆和位于竖杆顶端的横杆,连动块滑动连接在两个横杆之间,固定块固定连接在两个横杆之间,固定块与连动块之间设有压缩弹簧;连动块的中部设有通槽,切割刀具滑动连接在通槽内,压板设置在切割刀具的顶部,压板的底部与连动块的顶部之间设有复位弹簧;驱动件包括设置在横杆上的支杆,支杆的顶部连接有电机,电机上设有凸轮,凸轮包括圆形部和凸起部,凸轮的圆形部与压板的上表面相贴。

6.根据权利要求5所述的不干胶标签的裁切装置,其特征在于:所述工作台上还设有压紧辊。
7.根据权利要求6所述的不干胶标签的裁切装置,其特征在于:所述压紧辊的表面设有刷毛。
