Abstract

本发明的目的是提出一种仿人工土豆切片机,可以对易滚动的土豆进行切片,且切出来的土豆片类似人工切出来的,厚薄及形状均有些微的变化,口感更好。本发明的仿人工土豆切片机包括机架、切刀、驱动切刀垂直往复运动的切刀驱动装置、安装于机架上的输送器,关键在于所述机架固定设有支架,所述切刀及切刀驱动装置均固定安装于刀架上,所述刀架通过水平振动机构安装于支架上;所述输送器包括支撑平板及垂直固定于支撑平板一端的挡板,所述挡板处安装有真空吸附装置;所述输送器通过水平往复驱动机构与机架连接。本发明的仿人工土豆切片机结构简单,利用真空吸附装置可以将土豆进行固定,并利用水平振动机构而实现了仿人工切片。

仿人工土豆切片机
技术领域
本发明涉及到一种自动切菜机。
背景技术
随着人工成本的逐渐升高,很多工作都开始由自动机械来代替人工,例如说切菜。专利号为200710129958.0的发明专利就公开了一种切菜机,包括机架、驱动装置、切刀、输送带,其特征在于机架上设有摆杆和滚轮,切刀固定于刀架上,刀架通过摆杆与机架连接;滚轮与机架活动连接,滚轮紧贴于刀架的两侧。上述切菜机实现了自动切菜,但是其切出来的菜厚薄均匀,食用起来口感单一,远远不如人工切出来的厚薄不均的菜好吃。
另外, 当将其用于土豆等近乎球形、易滚动的蔬菜切片时,仅依靠输送器的简单行进难以保证切片的正常运行,经常会出现因土豆滚动而造成切片厚薄不均甚至切片失败的情形。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种仿人工土豆切片机,可以对易滚动的土豆进行切片,且切出来的土豆片类似人工切出来的,厚薄及形状均有些微的变化,口感更好。
本发明的仿人工土豆切片机包括机架、切刀、驱动切刀垂直往复运动的切刀驱动装置、安装于机架上的输送器,关键在于所述机架固定设有支架,所述切刀及切刀驱动装置均固定安装于刀架上,所述刀架通过水平振动机构安装于支架上;所述输送器包括支撑平板及垂直固定于支撑平板一端的挡板,所述挡板处安装有真空吸附装置;所述输送器通过水平往复驱动机构与机架连接。
在用于对土豆进行切片时,开启真空吸附装置,将土豆的一侧吸附在真空吸附装置上,使其无法随意摆动或滚动;待切的土豆随着输送器行进而经过切刀的下方,切刀在切刀驱动装置的驱动下做垂直往复运动,实现切片的功能,同时,水平振动机构也会带动刀架及其上安装的切刀做水平振动,这就导致切出来的土豆片不可能厚薄均匀,而是更接近于人工切出来的厚薄不均的土豆片,当然,这种厚薄不均是受到水平振动机构的振幅所限制的,可以控制在一定范围内。
进一步地,所述刀架的上部和下部均通过水平振动机构与支架连接,在两个水平振动机构的作用下,刀架不仅在水平方向上振动,而且其角度也会出现一定的随机变化,使得切出来的土豆片不仅厚薄不均,而且形状也所有区别,例如说有的土豆片是上下厚薄均匀的,有的土豆片是上厚下薄的,还有的土豆片是上薄下厚的。
具体来说,所述水平振动机构由弹簧和振动器构成,所述弹簧和振动器分别连接于刀架的两侧。在振动器的带动下,刀架做水平振动,而弹簧可以做适应性的伸缩。
进一步地,所述刀架的两端设有垂直导槽,所述切刀的两端位于垂直导槽内,以使切刀沿垂直导槽移动。上述垂直导槽严格限制了切刀的行进路径,使得切片动作的控制更加可靠。
具体来说,所述支撑平板的下方设有螺母,所述机架设有螺杆及驱动螺杆转动的电机,所述螺杆穿过螺母;所述螺母、螺杆及电机构成所述水平往复驱动机构。螺母、螺杆构成了丝杠螺母的传动机构,电机带动螺杆转动时,该传动机构即可将电机的转动转化为支撑平板沿机架的水平移动,反转电机,即可控制支撑平板向相反的方向移动。上述水平往复驱动机构可以精确地控制支撑平板移动的速度和位置,从而使得切片均匀,且切刀不会碰到真空吸附装置。
进一步地,所述真空吸附装置设有柔性的吸附嘴,以使吸附嘴能够尽可能多地与土豆接触,实现更好地吸附。
本发明的仿人工土豆切片机结构简单,利用真空吸附装置可以将土豆进行固定,并利用水平振动机构而实现了仿人工切片,使得切出来的土豆片在一定范围内厚薄不均,口感更好。

下面对照附图,通过对实施实例的描述,对本发明的具体实施方式如所涉及的各构件的形状、构造、各部分之间的相互位置及连接关系、各部分的作用及工作原理等作进一步的详细说明。
实施例1:
如图所示,本实施例的仿人工土豆切片机包括机架1、切刀2、驱动切刀2垂直往复运动的切刀驱动装置3、安装于机架1上的输送器4,关键在于所述机架1固定设有支架5,所述切刀2及切刀驱动装置3均固定安装于刀架6上,所述刀架6的上部和下部均通过水平振动机构支架5连接;所述输送器4包括支撑平板41及垂直固定于支撑平板41一端的挡板42,所述挡板42处安装有真空吸附装置43,真空吸附装置43设有柔性的吸附嘴;所述输送器4通过水平往复驱动机构与机架1连接。
水平振动机构由弹簧7和振动器8构成,所述弹簧7和振动器8分别连接于刀架6的两侧。在振动器8的带动下,刀架6做水平振动,而弹簧7可以做适应性的伸缩。
刀架6的两端设有垂直导槽61,所述切刀2的两端位于垂直导槽61内,以使切刀2沿垂直导槽61移动。上述垂直导槽61严格限制了切刀2的行进路径,使得切片动作的控制更加可靠。
在本实施例中,所述支撑平板41的下方设有螺母9,所述机架1设有螺杆10及驱动螺杆10转动的电机11,所述螺杆10穿过螺母9;所述螺母9、螺杆10及电机11构成所述水平往复驱动机构。螺母9、螺杆10构成了丝杠螺母9的传动机构,电机11带动螺杆10转动时,该传动机构即可将电机11的转动转化为支撑平板41沿机架1的水平移动,反转电机11,即可控制支撑平板41向相反的方向移动。上述水平往复驱动机构可以精确地控制支撑平板41移动的速度和位置,从而使得切片均匀,且切刀2不会碰到真空吸附装置43。

Claims (6)

1.一种仿人工土豆切片机,包括机架、切刀、驱动切刀垂直往复运动的切刀驱动装置、安装于机架上的输送器,其特征在于所述机架固定设有支架,所述切刀及切刀驱动装置均固定安装于刀架上,所述刀架通过水平振动机构安装于支架上;所述输送器包括支撑平板及垂直固定于支撑平板一端的挡板,所述挡板处安装有真空吸附装置;所述输送器通过水平往复驱动机构与机架连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的仿人工土豆切片机,其特征在于所述刀架的上部和下部均通过水平振动机构与支架连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的仿人工土豆切片机,其特征在于所述水平振动机构由弹簧和振动器构成,所述弹簧和振动器分别连接于刀架的两侧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的仿人工土豆切片机,其特征在于所述刀架的两端设有垂直导槽,所述切刀的两端位于垂直导槽内,以使切刀沿垂直导槽移动。
5.根据权利要求1所述的仿人工土豆切片机,其特征在于所述支撑平板的下方设有螺母,所述机架设有螺杆及驱动螺杆转动的电机,所述螺杆穿过螺母;所述螺母、螺杆及电机构成所述水平往复驱动机构。
6.根据权利要求1所述的仿人工土豆切片机,其特征在于所述真空吸附装置设有柔性的吸附嘴。
