Abstract
本发明涉及一种轨道机,其具有通过驱动轴(17)被机械地连接到发电机/电机单元(10)的内燃机7。发电机/电机单元通过机械驱动装置(19)被连接到液压泵(8)。蓄能器(20)通过电源线(21)被连接到发电机/电机单元(10)和电驱动件(5)。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及轨道机,其具有通过轨上行走机构能在轨道上移动的机架和连接到多个驱动件的供能系统,供能系统由内燃机和包括至少一个液压泵的液压驱动系统构成。
背景技术
很多情况下,轨道机的内燃机甚至在工作运行的较长中断时间以全功率运行。这导致高的燃料消耗和增加的维护成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供开始提及的类型的轨道机,由此能改进轨道机运行所需的能量平衡。
根据本发明,利用通过以下特征而在开始提及的类型的轨道机实现该目的。
a)内燃机通过驱动轴机械地连接到发电机/电机单元,
b)发电机/电机单元通过驱动装置连接到液压泵,
c)蓄能器通过电源线连接到发电机/电机单元和可供能的驱动件。
通过这些特征的这种结合,能为轨道机上的各个驱动件主要进行供电。至于所需的液压驱动件,必要的液压泵能借助发电机/蓄能器供能的电机单元驱动。因此,甚至性能降低的内燃机也能是足够的,从而避免现有技术已经存在的缺陷。

具体实施方式
轨道机1装备有通过轨上行走机构2能在轨道3上移动的机架4、和连接到多个不同的驱动件5上的供能系统6。所述供能系统6由内燃机7、具有液压泵8的液压驱动系统9、和两个发电机/电机单元10。
装备有多个驱动件5的捣固单元13和通过液压驱动件5可调节的轨道提升单元14被设置用于校正轨道的位置。用于空气压缩机15和空调16的多个其他电驱动件5在这里仅作为示例示出。
通过驱动轴17并经过在这里设计为分配齿轮18的驱动装置19,内燃机7机械地连接到两个发电机/电机单元10。
每个发电机/电机单元10均通过驱动装置19连接到液压泵8。
蓄能器20通过电源线21连接到发电机/电机单元10、功率转换器12和能电致动的驱动件5。连接到蓄能器20的发电机/电机单元10作为运动驱动件与轨上行走机构2相关联。
在工作运行时,内燃机7通过分配齿轮18驱动每个均具有150KW标称输出的发电机/电机单元10。内燃机7配备有自由轮(或联轴器)22,以便轨道机1能因此在没有内燃机7的情况下运行。当内燃机7起动时,发电机/电机单元10用作为具有300kW充电率的蓄能器20充电的发电机、和/或在传输或工作模式中为用作运动驱动件的两个发电机/电机单元10输送需要的功率的发电机。另外,在内燃机7关闭时确保了液压系统压力的持续,因为一个液压泵8由发电机/电机单元10驱动。当液压驱动件5致动时,通过液压泵8进行给该液压驱动件的能量供应。
在示出为示例的情况下,锂离子聚合物蓄能器具有200kW/h的输出,并且通过由内燃机7驱动的发电机/电机单元10能在约25分钟内充电为达到其存储容量的80%。该系统被设计为使得辅助单元的多个电驱动件5也能供有高压。因此,能在延长的时间对驱动件5进行供能,而无需为此起动内燃机7。在有利的方式中,在负载运行时内燃机7的应用可以被限制为工作运行。如果蓄能器20被充满,其能甚至在工作运行期间部分地承担供能作用。
作为捣固机的示出的示例的替代,当然也能例如通过根据本发明的供能系统操作所有其他已知的轨道机,如焊接机。
Claims (2)
1.一种轨道机,其具有通过轨上行走机构(2)能在轨道上移动的机架(4)和连接到多个驱动件(5)的供能系统(6),所述供能系统由内燃机(7)和包括至少一个液压泵(8)的液压驱动系统(9)构成,其特征在于:
a)所述内燃机(7)通过驱动轴(17)机械地连接到发电机/电机单元(10),
b)所述发电机/电机单元(10)通过机械驱动装置(19)连接到所述液压泵(8),
c)蓄能器(20)通过电源线(21)连接到所述发电机/电机单元(10)和可被供能的所述驱动件(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轨道机,其特征在于,连接到所述蓄能器(20)的所述发电机/电机单元(10)作为运动驱动件与所述轨上行走机构(2)相关联。
