Claims (5)
- 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,具备:输入轴,对使洗涤物旋转的旋转部输入旋转动力;电机,向正反方向旋转,构成所述旋转部的动力源;以及变速器,位于该电机的输出轴与对所述旋转部的输入轴之间,所述变速器具备:可变型的驱动侧带轮单元,设置于所述输出轴侧;可变型的从动侧带轮单元,设置于所述输入轴侧;以及传动带,在两带轮单元之间传递动力,各带轮单元以将输出轴或输入轴的轴端部定位于构成该带轮单元的可动带轮与固定带轮之间的状态,并以可一体旋转的方式直接安装于该输出轴或输入轴。
- 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,至少一方的带轮单元具有与可动带轮一体旋转的外侧带轮毂和与固定带轮一体旋转的内侧带轮毂、以及构成于两带轮毂之间的凸轮机构,将内侧带轮毂制成有底,并将贯通其底部的轴端部和内侧带轮毂紧固在该底部内面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述变速器具备根据所述输出轴或所述输入轴的转速来改变轮径比的转速感应部,该转速感应部具有通过离心力从径向内侧位置向径向外侧位置移动的可动配重、以及设置于可动带轮侧并将所述可动配重的位移变换为该可动带轮的轴向的位移的倾斜面,在所述倾斜面的径向内侧位置或外侧位置设有对可动配重碰撞时的冲击进行缓冲的缓冲部件。
- 根据权利要求3所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,构成为在所述可动配重通过离心力位移后,未设置可动配重侧的可动带轮一边压缩弹簧一边向轴向位移,所述缓冲部件至少设置于所述倾斜面的径向内侧位置,对可动配重返回时的冲击进行缓冲。
- 根据权利要求1~4的任一项所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,具备经由驱动器驱动所述电机的控制部,该控制部以预先设定的对所述旋转部进行驱动的规定的驱动时间、和到该旋转部停止为止的规定的惯性旋转时间为工作单位,按每一个该工作单位反复进行对所述旋转部的反转驱动。
