液压管件是液压系统中,连接高压油管与高压油管之间的部件。液压管件由于其特定的工作环境,对其防锈的效果要求较高,现有技术中的防锈工艺较为复杂而且防锈的效果较差。

一种液压管件防锈工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a、去杂,将液压管件放置在预处理液中浸泡10-30分钟;
b、清洗,用50-60℃的温水将液压管件清洗干净;
c、浸泡,将清洗好的液压管件放置在防锈液中浸泡1-2小时;
d、清洗,将在防锈液中浸泡后的液压管件清水冲洗干净;
e、烘干,将清洗后的液压管件烘干机烘干;
f、磨砂处理,将烘干后的液压管件外表面进行磨砂处理;
g、包装,将磨砂后的液压管件包装。
进一步的,在步骤a中,所述处理液为浓度为15%的盐酸,其工作温度为30-40℃。
进一步的,在步骤f中,所述磨砂处理的方式为机械磨砂。
