Abstract

涉及航空用地面电瓶启动车中的一种电瓶启动车的前轮收放装置,由前轮,前轮轴叉,推力轴承,锥端紧定螺钉及改进后的前轮支座,带手柄轴套,杠杆手柄,定位销和销等组成,其特征是支座左侧壁有两个定位孔,杠杆手柄的支点设在带手柄轴套的手柄外伸匚型处,当该手柄自由端向左靠近带手柄轴套之手柄时,定位销脱离定位孔,前轮随带手柄轴套绕销转动,弹簧力将定位销自动推入定位孔内,故实现单手操作,前轮收放简便快捷,易保持启动车平衡之优点。

Description

一种电瓶启动车的前轮收放装置
本发明是涉及航空用地面电瓶启动车的前轮收放装置的结构之改进。现有的启动车前轮收放装置是在支架上设一定位销,当收起前轮时,先拔下定位销,摆正前轮后抬起,再插入定位销。放下前轮时,同样需要抬起前轮,拔下定位销,前轮落地后,再插入定位销,整个过程单人无法正规操作,故收放前轮时极不方便,且不易保持启动车的平衡。
本发明的目的是为了克服现有结构之不足,提供一种使前轮在任何方向均能简便收放的结构装置,单手操作,另一手可保持启动车的平衡。
本发明的目的通过以下措施来实现,在原有的前轮(1),前轮轴叉(2),安装在前轮轴叉下端凸台处的推力轴承(3)及锥端紧定螺钉(9)以外,改进的结构特征是固定在启动车车架前端下框处的前轮支座(7),该支座的左侧壁前端呈弧形,在同一半径间隔一定角度的位置上有两个定位孔(13)、(14),弧形中心为销孔,右侧支撑壁在销孔相同的位置上有另一销孔,并通过销(10)穿过销孔后穿入带手柄轴套(4)上方之销孔再穿过另一销孔,将带手柄轴套(4)固定于支座(7)左右侧壁内,前轮轴叉(2)的轴装入带手柄轴套(4)的轴孔内,由锥端紧定螺钉(9)通过带手柄轴套后上方之螺孔拧入并伸到前轮轴叉的轴上方的弧形槽内,带手柄轴套前上方设有定位销孔,并装入弹簧(5)和定位销(8),再由螺母(11)将杠杆手柄(6)一端的孔固定在定位销上,定位销(8)端头进入定位孔内,杠杆手柄(6)的支点通过螺纹销钉(12)固定在带手柄轴套(4)的手柄部位外伸型处,该手柄与杠杆手柄之手柄的中心线与垂直轴线有一定角度,并在同一平面且平行。
本发明的结构与原有结构相比具有单手收放前轮简便、快捷、无摆正前轮方向要求,稳定性好,且易保持启动车水平平衡的优点。

本发明将结合附图作进一步描述,该装置通过四个螺栓固定在启动车车架前端下框的框架中间,定位销(8)处在支座(7)左侧壁下方之定位孔(13)内时,前轮着地,当收起前轮时,左手将杠杆手柄的自由端(6)向左压,则定位销(8)右移脱离定位孔(13),弹簧(5)被压缩,手握住带手柄轴套(4)之手柄上抬,松开杠杆手柄自由端,定位销在弹簧力的作用下,当带手柄轴套(4)绕销(10)转动到一定角度时,定位销端头进入定位孔(14)内,前轮(1)被抬起一定高度后,脱离地面,移动启动车。若启动车到达某一位置后,用左手将杠杆手柄之自由端向左压,定位销右移,脱离定位孔(14),弹簧被压缩,前轮在重力的作用下与带手柄轴套一起绕销(10)向下转动前轮落地,松开杠杆手柄自由端,定位销在弹簧力的作用下,左移进入定位孔(13)内,完成放下前轮的操作。

1.涉及航空用地面电瓶启动车中的一种电瓶启动车的前轮收放装置,具有前轮(1),前轮轴叉(2),安装在前轮轴叉之轴下端凸台处的推力轴承(3)及锥端紧定螺钉(9),其特征在于固定在启动车车架前部下框处的前轮支座(7),该支座的左侧壁前端呈弧形,在同一半径间隔一定角度的位置上有两个定位孔(13)、(14),弧形中心为销孔,并通过销(10)穿过带手柄轴套(4)上方之圆孔将带手柄轴套固定于支座(7)左、右侧壁内,前轮轴叉之轴装入带手柄轴套的轴孔内,由锥端紧定螺钉通过带手柄轴套的后上方之螺孔拧入并伸到前轮轴叉之轴上方的弧形槽内,带手柄轴套(4)的前上方设有定位销孔,并装入弹簧(5)和定位销(8),再由螺母(11)将杠杆手柄(6)一端的孔固定在定位销上,定位销端头进入定位孔内,杠杆手柄(6)的支点通过螺纹销钉(12)固定在带手柄轴套(4)的手柄部位外伸型处,该手柄和杠杆手柄之手柄的中心线与垂直轴线有一定角度,并在同一平面且平行。
