Abstract

本发明涉及一种齿轮泵轴向力偏心补偿结构,在浮动轴承外圆与齿轮泵壳体腔壁之间设置一定的间隙,可将齿轮出口的高压燃油引入至浮动轴承尾部与壳体形成的偏心环腔内,在浮动轴承尾部开设有数个弹簧孔,安装数个浮动弹簧。在起动状态时,弹簧力保证浮动轴承端面压向齿轮,随着出口压力增高,推开浮动轴承的力增大,浮动轴承偏心环腔内的压力随出口压力升高而升高,同时压紧侧板的力亦跟着增大,从而保证了端面压紧,增大了容积效率。偏心环腔中心与齿轮轴颈/浮动轴承中心应设置特定的偏心值,保证偏心环腔液压力合力作用线与齿轮齿间液压力合力作用线重合,防止浮动轴承倾斜,提高齿轮泵容积效率。

技术领域
本发明属于齿轮泵的端面浮动补偿技术,涉及一种齿轮泵偏心轴向力补偿结构。
背景技术
众所周知,齿轮泵现有的端面浮动补偿技术一般为分区式补偿,采用这种补偿法,在背向齿轮的侧板面上,作用有液压力和弹簧压紧力。在起动状态时,弹簧力保证了侧板压向齿轮,而在大状态时,随着出口压力增高,推开侧板的力增大,同时压紧侧板的力亦跟着增大,从而保证了端面压紧,增大了容积效率,由于有燃油润滑,并不产生大的功率损失,故被广泛采用。
现有技术中采用的齿轮泵端面浮动补偿存在一定的不足之处:侧板与轴承为分体结构,侧板需设置多个分区油室,还需要弹簧浮动、橡胶垫密封、引油孔等结构,结构复杂,装配繁琐,可靠性相对较低。
发明内容
发明目的
本发明的目的是为了简化轴承和侧板结构,同时也能达到很好的端面密封效果,齿轮泵容积效率较现有结构高。由于结构简单,装配性好,齿轮泵可靠性高。
技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:本发明是一种齿轮泵偏心轴向力补偿结构,图1中包括主动齿轮、泵壳体、输入轴、固定轴承、浮动轴承和从动齿轮;
输入轴带动主动齿轮转动,主动齿轮与从动齿轮啮合;主动齿轮位于固定轴承与浮动轴承之间,且固定轴承和浮动轴承的端面分别与主动齿轮两侧面贴合;
固定轴承和浮动轴承均为滑动轴承;
浮动轴承一端面与主动齿轮侧面贴合,另一端面轴向延伸形成有偏心环,即偏心环相对于浮动轴承旋转轴线偏心;
壳体内壁形成径向凸起,偏心环支撑在径向凸起上,且偏心环与径向凸起之间为密封连接;
径向凸起、偏心环外壁面、泵壳体内壁面与浮动轴承另一端面之间形成油腔;
在浮动轴承外周面均与泵壳体1之间存在间隙,使得主动齿轮上齿间的高压油液会通过间隙流入到油腔中,油腔中的压力作为轴向偏心力将浮动轴承紧密压在齿轮侧面上。
进一步的,所述的密封连接通过密封圈实现。
进一步的,所述的浮动轴承通过限位销限位,不能相对于旋转轴线转动。
进一步的,所述的浮动轴承外周缘为圆缺形,并与泵壳体形状适配,不能相对于泵壳体转动。
发明效果
本发明简化了轴承和侧板结构,同时也能达到很好的端面密封效果,齿轮泵容积效率更高。由于结构简单,装配性好,齿轮泵可靠性高。

具体实施方式
本发明是一种齿轮泵偏心轴向力补偿结构,图1中包括泵壳体1、浮动轴承2、主动齿轮 3、输入轴4、从动齿轮5和固定轴承6;
输入轴4带动主动齿轮3转动,主动齿轮3与从动齿轮5啮合;主动齿轮3位于固定轴承6与浮动轴承2之间,且固定轴承6和浮动轴承2的端面分别与主动齿轮3两侧面贴合;
固定轴承6和浮动轴承2均为滑动轴承;
浮动轴承2一端面与主动齿轮3侧面贴合,另一端面轴向延伸形成有偏心环,即偏心环相对于浮动轴承2旋转轴线偏心;
壳体1内壁形成径向凸起,偏心环支撑在径向凸起上,且偏心环与径向凸起之间为密封连接;
径向凸起、偏心环外壁面、泵壳体1内壁面与浮动轴承2另一端面之间形成油腔;
在浮动轴承2外周面均与泵壳体1之间存在间隙,使得主动齿轮3上齿间的高压油液会通过间隙流入到油腔中,油腔中的压力作为轴向偏心力将浮动轴承2紧密压在齿轮3侧面上。

该补偿结构具备很好的端面密封效果,齿轮泵容积效率更高。并且结构简单,装配性好,齿轮泵可靠性高。

Claims (4)

1.一种齿轮泵偏心轴向力补偿结构,包括主动齿轮、泵壳体、输入轴、固定轴承、浮动轴承和从动齿轮;
输入轴带动主动齿轮转动,主动齿轮与从动齿轮啮合;主动齿轮位于固定轴承与浮动轴承之间,且固定轴承和浮动轴承的端面分别与主动齿轮两侧面贴合;
固定轴承和浮动轴承均为滑动轴承;
浮动轴承一端面与主动齿轮侧面贴合,另一端面轴向延伸形成有偏心环,即偏心环相对于浮动轴承旋转轴线偏心;
壳体内壁形成径向凸起,偏心环支撑在径向凸起上,且偏心环与径向凸起之间为密封连接;
径向凸起、偏心环外壁面、泵壳体内壁面与浮动轴承另一端面之间形成油腔;
在浮动轴承外周面均与泵壳体之间存在间隙,使得主动齿轮上齿间的高压油液会通过间隙流入到油腔中,油腔中的压力作为轴向偏心力将浮动轴承紧密压在齿轮侧面上。
