Abstract
本发明的目的是提出一种可以减少或避免在运输过程中饮料瓶互相碰撞的瓶装饮料储运箱。本发明的瓶装饮料储运箱包括箱体,所述箱体内设有若干个开口向上的腔体;关键在于所述腔体为上大下小的漏斗状结构。上述箱体在储运饮料时,是将饮料瓶倒置放入到腔体内的,由于腔体为上大下小的漏斗状结构,因此饮料瓶会在自身重力作用下与腔体的内壁贴紧,实现良好的限位,在颠簸时也难以发生晃动,因此不会与相邻的饮料瓶发生碰撞。本发明的瓶装饮料储运箱改变了传统饮料瓶的放置方式,并针对新的放置方式设计了相应的限位结构,从而减少或避免了在运输过程中饮料瓶互相碰撞的情形,提高了安全性,同时还使得饮料瓶的装卸更加方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及到一种瓶装饮料储运箱。
背景技术
瓶装饮料,例如说汽水或者啤酒等,一般都采用塑料箱进行储运,塑料箱内设有若干个限位框以限位饮料瓶。但是,为了装卸方便,限位框是要略大于饮料瓶的,这样在运输过程中,就会随着颠簸而出现饮料瓶碰撞限位框或者相邻饮料瓶互相碰撞的情况,严重时甚至会导致饮料瓶破碎。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种可以减少或避免在运输过程中饮料瓶互相碰撞的瓶装饮料储运箱。
本发明的瓶装饮料储运箱包括箱体,所述箱体内设有若干个开口向上的腔体;关键在于所述腔体为上大下小的漏斗状结构。上述箱体在储运饮料时,是将饮料瓶倒置放入到腔体内的,由于腔体为上大下小的漏斗状结构,因此饮料瓶会在自身重力作用下与腔体的内壁贴紧,实现良好的限位,在颠簸时也难以发生晃动,因此不会与相邻的饮料瓶发生碰撞;而且,漏斗状的腔体也方便饮料瓶的装卸,即使饮料瓶呈倾斜状态放入到腔体,也会在腔体内侧壁的导向作用下自动摆正。
进一步地,所述箱体的内侧壁设有台阶,所述台阶上架设有隔板,所述腔体位于隔板上,隔板与台阶的接触面设有弹性隔振层。由于隔板与箱体之间是分离的,因此可以通过取出隔板的方式来一次性取出多个饮料瓶,在装货时也可以将饮料瓶先放入到隔板的腔体内,再将隔板与饮料瓶一起放入到箱体内,有利于提高装卸的效率。而且,隔板与台阶的接触面设有弹性隔振层可以减少箱体颠簸对饮料瓶的影响。
进一步地,所述台阶的内侧面为斜面,所述斜面的倾斜方向如下:由上至下逐渐由箱体内壁向箱体中央倾斜。通过将台阶与隔板的接触面设置为斜面,可以方便隔板的装入及取出,并使得隔板在台阶上更加稳定,同时还可以对箱体的多个方向(垂直及水平方向)的振动进行隔振,减少隔板的振动,从而保护饮料瓶。
进一步地,所述隔板有多块,每块隔板至少有两个侧面与台阶接触,相邻隔板的接触面设有减振层。将隔板设置为分离结构,在运输车急刹或者急加速时,不同隔板的加速度不一致,而且相邻隔板之间的冲击会被减振层吸收,这样就可以减少因惯性而导致隔板及饮料瓶对箱体内壁造成大的冲击,提高了安全性。
本发明的瓶装饮料储运箱改变了传统饮料瓶的放置方式,并针对新的放置方式设计了相应的限位结构,从而减少或避免了在运输过程中饮料瓶互相碰撞的情形,提高了安全性,同时还使得饮料瓶的装卸更加方便。

下面对照附图,通过对实施实例的描述,对本发明的具体实施方式如所涉及的各构件的形状、构造、各部分之间的相互位置及连接关系、各部分的作用及工作原理等作进一步的详细说明。
实施例1:
如图所示,本实施例的瓶装饮料储运箱包括箱体1,所述箱体1的内侧壁设有台阶2,所述台阶2上架设有隔板3,隔板3与台阶2的接触面设有弹性隔振层4;隔板3上呈阵列分布有若干个开口向上的腔体5;腔体5为上大下小的漏斗状结构。隔板3的高度位于腔体5的上部,以保证装上饮料瓶后,饮料瓶的重心位于隔板3的下方,提高运输的稳定性。
上述箱体1在储运饮料时,是将饮料瓶倒置放入到腔体5内的,由于腔体5为上大下小的漏斗状结构,因此饮料瓶会在自身重力作用下与腔体5的内壁贴紧,实现良好的限位,在颠簸时也难以发生晃动,因此不会与相邻的饮料瓶发生碰撞;而且,漏斗状的腔体5也方便饮料瓶的装卸,即使饮料瓶呈倾斜状态放入到腔体5,也会在腔体5内侧壁的导向作用下自动摆正。
由于隔板3与箱体1之间是分离的,因此可以通过取出隔板3的方式来一次性取出多个饮料瓶,在装货时也可以将饮料瓶先放入到隔板3的腔体5内,再将隔板3与饮料瓶一起放入到箱体1内,有利于提高装卸的效率。而且,隔板3与台阶2的接触面设有弹性隔振层4可以减少箱体1颠簸对饮料瓶的影响。
在本实施例中,台阶2的内侧面为斜面,所述斜面的倾斜方向如下:由上至下逐渐由箱体1内壁向箱体1中央倾斜。通过将台阶2与隔板3的接触面设置为斜面,可以方便隔板3的装入及取出,并使得隔板3在台阶2上更加稳定,同时还可以对箱体1的多个方向(垂直及水平方向)的振动进行隔振,减少隔板3的振动,从而保护饮料瓶。
Claims (4)
1.一种瓶装饮料储运箱,包括箱体,所述箱体内设有若干个开口向上的腔体;其特征在于所述腔体为上大下小的漏斗状结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的瓶装饮料储运箱,其特征在于所述箱体的内侧壁设有台阶,所述台阶上架设有隔板,所述腔体位于隔板上,隔板与台阶的接触面设有弹性隔振层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的瓶装饮料储运箱,其特征在于所述台阶的内侧面为斜面,所述斜面的倾斜方向如下:由上至下逐渐由箱体内壁向箱体中央倾斜。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的瓶装饮料储运箱,其特征在于所述隔板有多块,每块隔板至少有两个侧面与台阶接触,相邻隔板的接触面设有减振层。
