Abstract
本发明提供了一种双排链轮,属于机械技术领域。它解决了现有的双排链轮强度不佳的问题。本双排链轮由以下质量百分比的原料制得:铁粉92~94,铜粉2.5~2.8,锰粉0.4~1.0,镍粉1.8~2.6,石墨粉0.4~1.0,铬粉0.2~0.6,润滑剂0.6~1.0,粘结剂0.30~0.5。本双排链轮具有强度高的优点。

技术领域
本发明属于机械技术领域,涉及一种双排链轮。
背景技术
双排链轮,是指具有双排轮齿的链轮。现有的双排链轮是通过粉末冶金方法生产的,其存在强度差、单齿齿抗低、抗冲击差、容易产生崩齿问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种双排链轮,解决的技术问题是如何提高强度和抗冲击性能。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种双排链轮,其特征在于,由以下质量百分比的原料制得:铁粉92~94,铜粉2.5~2.8,锰粉0.4~1.0,镍粉1.8~2.6,石墨粉0.4~1.0,铬粉0.2~0.6,润滑剂0.6~1.0,粘结剂0.30~0.5。
在上述的双排链轮中,所述的粘结剂为防偏析粘结剂。
与现有技术相比,本双排链轮以铁作为基体,其中,镍、铬、润滑剂和粘结剂向基体扩散,提高了基体与硬质粒子的结合强度,从而有效提高链轮的强度和抗冲击性能。

具体实施方式
以下是本发明的具体实施例并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
实施例一
双排链轮由以下质量百分比的原料制得:铁粉92~94,铜粉2.5~2.8,锰粉0.4~1.0,镍粉1.8~2.6,石墨粉0.4~1.0,铬粉0.2~0.6,润滑剂0.6~1.0,防偏析粘结剂0.30~0.5。
本双排链轮加工工艺包括以下步骤:
A、混料:将包括铁粉、铜粉、锰粉、镍粉、铬粉、石墨粉、润滑剂和防偏析粘结剂在内的原料投入到混合机内进行搅拌混合。作为优选,上述原料的比例为:铁粉93,铜粉2.6,锰粉0.5,镍粉2.0,石墨粉0.5,铬粉0.4,润滑剂0.8,防偏析粘结剂0.4。
B、将混合后的原料倒入模具内压制成密度为7.3~7.36g/cm3的压坯1,其中,控制模具的温度为130~150℃,单位压制压力为6.5~7.5T/cm2。上述的压坯1的形状如附图3所示。
C、环槽2加工:将压坯1装夹在车床上,并通过车削的方式在压坯1的侧壁上加工出环槽2。加工完毕后,将压坯1从车床上取下,此时,压坯1的形状与双排链轮的形状是相同的,如附图1和附图2所示。
D、烧结:将完成环槽2加工后的压坯1放入到烧结炉内,并在氢气和氮气所组成的混合气体的保护下烧结35~45分钟,其中,烧结温度控制在1130~1150℃。优选,烧结时间为40分钟;烧结温度控制在1140℃;氢气和氮气所组成的混合气体的比例为:氢气占5%,氮气占95%。
E、热处理:将烧结后的压坯1放入到热处理炉内,然后将热处理炉抽真空,接着往热处理炉内通入碳氮共渗用混合气体并进行碳氮共渗处理,其中,处理温度控制860~880℃,处理时间为40~50分钟。作为优选,碳氮共渗用混合气体由丙烷和氮气组成,其中,丙烷占碳氮共渗用混合气体体积的85%,氮气占碳氮共渗用混合气体体积的15%;处理温度控制在870℃,处理时间为45分钟。
F、油淬:在840~860℃的温度下对经过热处理后的压坯1进行油淬处理。优选上述的温度为850℃。
G、冷却:在110℃/10min的冷却速度下对油淬后的压坯1进行油冷处理,使压坯1的温度冷却至180~200℃。
H、回火:将冷却后的压坯1放入到回火炉内进行回火处理,回火温度控制在180~200℃,回火时间控制在55~65min。优选回火温度控制在190℃,回火时间为1h。
I、真空清洗:将回火后的压坯1放入到清洗设备内,以洗去压坯1表面和压坯1孔隙中的油污。
J、孔隙密封:将清洗后的压坯1放入到封孔机内,并通过封孔剂以密封压坯1从里到外分布的孔隙。优选上述的封孔剂为TS-2型封孔剂。
K、镀彩锌:用化学或者电化学的方法在压坯1表面上产生一层有色膜或干扰膜。
实施例二
本实施例二同实施例一的结构及原理基本相同,不一样的地方在于:用于制造双排链轮的原料的比例为:铁粉92,铜粉2.5,锰粉0.4,镍粉1.8,石墨粉0.4,铬粉0.2,润滑剂0.6,防偏析粘结剂0.3。
实施例三
本实施例三同实施例一的结构及原理基本相同,不一样的地方在于:用于制造双排链轮的原料的比例为:铁粉94,铜粉2.8,锰粉1.0,镍粉2.6,石墨粉1,铬粉0.6,润滑剂1,防偏析粘结剂0.5。

1.一种双排链轮,其特征在于,由以下质量百分比的原料制得:铁粉92~94,铜粉2.5~2.8,锰粉0.4~1.0,镍粉1.8~2.6,石墨粉0.4~1.0,铬粉0.2~0.6,润滑剂0.6~1.0,粘结剂0.30~0.5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双排链轮,其特征在于,所述的粘结剂为防偏析粘结剂。
