Abstract
本发明公开了降低饲料农药残留的方法,由以下重量份的组分组成:全价基础日粮100份、微生物发酵液2~5份、酒糟粉3~8份;将上述全价基础日粮和酒糟粉、微生物发酵液,加水混合,在25~35℃下发酵3~5天,搅拌均匀,放到颗粒剂中挤压成颗粒,晒干,即得。本发明在全价日粮中添加微生物发酵液和酒糟粉经发酵处理,可降低木质素、纤维素,提高蛋白质含量,还可以降解毒素,有效防治疾病。

技术领域
本发明属于饲料技术领域,具体涉及一种降低饲料农药残留的方法。
背景技术
近年来,饲料安全问题越来越严重,对我国养殖业可持续健康发展以及人类身体健康都产生了很大的影响。饲料中常用的植物性原料主要包括豆粕、玉米、棉籽粕、菜籽粕、麸皮、花生饼、等,动物源饲料主要包括鱼粉、动物内脏、肉骨粉、羽毛粉、蚕蛹、生鸡蛋清及甲壳类动物等。天然饲料也不一定是安全的,天然饲料中极易残留较高的农药。使用药物残留的原料饲养家禽,禽类产品中不免会出现农药残留。近年来,我国居民患癌等疾病的人数不断增加,与动物源食品安全问题有很大关系。因此,农药残留问题不应被忽视,作为能量和蛋白质饲料来源的原料更加应该得到重视。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种降低饲料农药残留的方法,该饲料能提高增强乌骨鸡的机体免疫力,加快生长速度,提高抗病能力,改善肉质。
本发明提供的技术方案是一种降低饲料农药残留的方法,由以下重量份的组分组成:全价基础日粮100份、微生物发酵液2~5份、酒糟粉3~8份;将上述全价基础日粮和微生物发酵液、酒糟粉,加水混合,搅拌均匀,放到颗粒剂中挤压成颗粒,晒干,即得。
所述全价基础日粮由以下重量百分比的原料组成:玉米60~65%、豆粕 20~23%、麸皮8~10%、鱼粉2.5~4%、食盐0.15~0.3%、石粉1.5~2.5%、碳酸氢钙1~1.5%、预混料0.8~1.2%。
所述预混料由以下原料组分:维生素A 17~19万IU、维生素D3 8~10 万IU、维生素E 380~420IU、维生素K3 50~70mg、维生素B1 30~50mg、维生素B2 170~190mg、维生素B6 50~70mg、维生素B12 0.3~0.4mg、烟酰胺500~700mg、、D-泛酸钙250~350mg、叶酸14~16mg、D-维生素2.8~3.2mg、胆碱7~9g、Cu 0.18~0.22g、Fe 0.8~1.0g、Zn 1.5~1.7g、Mn1.6~1.9g、Se 1.8~2.2mg、I 7~9mg、总P 2.5~2.7%、Ca 5.5~6.5%。
其组分的重量份为:全价基础日粮100份、微生物发酵液2~3份、酒糟粉3~5份。

与现有技术相比,本发明在全价日粮中添加微生物发酵液和酒糟粉经发酵处理,可降低木质素、纤维素,提高蛋白质含量,还可以降解毒素,有效防治疾病。

以下具体实施例对本发明作进一步阐述,但不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例1
全价基础日粮100份、微生物发酵液2份、酒糟粉3份。
所述全价基础日粮由以下重量百分比的原料组成:玉米62%、豆粕21%、麸皮9%、鱼粉3%、食盐0.3%、石粉2.5%、碳酸氢钙1.2%、预混料1%。
所述预混料由以下原料组分:维生素A 18万IU、维生素D3 9万IU、维生素E 400IU、维生素K3 60mg、维生素B1 40mg、维生素B2 180mg、维生素B6 60mg、维生素B12 0.36mg、烟酰胺600mg、D-泛酸钙300mg、叶酸15mg、D-维生素3mg、胆碱8g、Cu 0.2g、Fe 0.9g、Zn 1.6g、Mn 1.7g、Se 2mg、I 8mg、总P 2.6%、Ca 6%。
将上述全价基础日粮和微生物发酵液、酒糟粉,加水混合,搅拌均匀,放到颗粒剂中挤压成颗粒,晒干,即得。
实施例2
全价基础日粮100份、微生物发酵液2.5份、酒糟粉4份。
所述全价基础日粮由以下重量百分比的原料组成:玉米62%、豆粕21%、麸皮9%、鱼粉3%、食盐0.3%、石粉2.5%、碳酸氢钙1.2%、预混料1%。
所述预混料由以下原料组分:维生素A 17万IU、维生素D3 8万IU、维生素E 380IU、维生素K3 50mg、维生素B1 30mg、维生素B2 170mg、维生素 B6 50mg、维生素B12 0.3mg、烟酰胺500mg、D-泛酸钙250mg、叶酸14mg、 D-维生素2.8mg、胆碱7g、Cu 0.18g、Fe 0.8g、Zn1.5g、Mn 1.6g、 Se 1.8mg、I 7mg、总P 2.5%、Ca 5.5%。
将上述全价基础日粮和微生物发酵液、酒糟粉,加水混合,搅拌均匀,放到颗粒剂中挤压成颗粒,晒干,即得。
实施例3
全价基础日粮100份、微生物发酵液3份、酒糟粉5份。
所述全价基础日粮由以下重量百分比的原料组成:玉米62%、豆粕21%、麸皮9%、鱼粉3%、食盐0.3%、石粉2.5%、碳酸氢钙1.2%、预混料1%。
所述预混料由以下原料组分:维生素A 19万IU、维生素D310万IU、维生素E 420IU、维生素K3 70mg、维生素B1 50mg、维生素B2 190mg、维生素B6 70mg、维生素B12 0.4mg、烟酰胺700mg、D-泛酸钙350mg、叶酸16mg、D-维生素3.2mg、胆碱9g、Cu 0.22g、Fe 1.0g、Zn 1.7g、Mn 1.9g、Se 2.2mg、I 9mg、总P 2.7%、Ca 6.5%。
将上述全价基础日粮和微生物发酵液、酒糟粉,加水混合,搅拌均匀,放到颗粒剂中挤压成颗粒,晒干,即得。
实施例4
全价基础日粮100份、微生物发酵液5份、酒糟粉8份。
所述全价基础日粮由以下重量百分比的原料组成:玉米62%、豆粕21%、麸皮9%、鱼粉3%、食盐0.3%、石粉2.5%、碳酸氢钙1.2%、预混料1%。
所述预混料由以下原料组分:维生素A 17万IU、维生素D3 10万IU、维生素E380IU、维生素K3 70mg、维生素B1 30mg、维生素B2 190mg、维生素B6 50mg、维生素B120.4mg、烟酰胺500mg、D-泛酸钙350mg、叶酸14mg、D-维生素3.2mg、胆碱7g、Cu 0.22g、Fe0.8g、Zn 1.7g、 Mn 1.6g、Se 2.2mg、I 9mg、总P 2.5%、Ca 6.5%。
将上述全价基础日粮和微生物发酵液、酒糟粉,加水混合,搅拌均匀,放到颗粒剂中挤压成颗粒,晒干,即得。
Claims (5)
1.降低饲料农药残留的方法,其特征在于:由以下重量份的组分组成:全价基础日粮100份、微生物发酵液2~5份、酒糟粉3~8份;将上述全价基础日粮和酒糟粉、微生物发酵液,加水混合,在25~35℃下发酵3~5天,搅拌均匀,放到颗粒剂中挤压成颗粒,晒干,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的降低饲料农药残留的方法,其特征在于:所述全价基础日粮由以下重量百分比的原料组成:玉米60~65%、豆粕20~23%、麸皮8~10%、鱼粉2.5~4%、食盐0.15~0.3%、石粉1.5~2.5%、碳酸氢钙1~1.5%、预混料0.8~1.2%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的降低饲料农药残留的方法,其特征在于:所述预混料由以下原料组分:维生素A 17~19万IU、维生素D3 8~10万IU、维生素E 380~420IU、维生素K3 50~70mg、维生素B1 30~50mg、维生素B2 170~190mg、维生素B6 50~70mg、维生素B12 0.3~0.4mg、烟酰胺500~700mg、、D-泛酸钙250~350mg、叶酸14~16mg、D-维生素2.8~3.2mg、胆碱7~9g、Cu 0.18~0.22g、Fe 0.8~1.0g、Zn 1.5~1.7g、Mn1.6~1.9g、Se 1.8~2.2mg、I7~9mg、总P 2.5~2.7%、Ca 5.5~6.5%。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的降低饲料农药残留的方法,其特征在于:其组分的重量份为:全价基础日粮100份、微生物发酵液2~3份、酒糟粉3~5份。
