Abstract

一种包装用水性聚氨酯胶粘剂及其制备方法,其特征在于改变软段聚酯和硬段部分的分子结构引入邻苯二甲酸耐湿热高温链段,提高聚氨酯胶黏剂耐热性;链段酯基引入耐水性能好的脂肪族多元酸和醇,改善链段酯基不耐水解的性质,提高聚氨酯胶黏剂的耐水性。在聚酯型多元醇与固化剂反应中添加环氧树脂、磷酸等助剂,大大提高聚氨酯胶黏剂的耐高温、耐水、耐化学品、耐油等性能。反应过程中不加入有机溶剂,或只在调节黏度时加入适当的有机溶剂,一般为投料总量的0~10%,产品中有机溶剂含量非常低,所以蒸馏除溶剂的步骤,使制备过程较为简单,节约能源。生产的包装用水性聚氨酯胶粘剂,在蒸煮环境下,具有耐高温性、耐水解性、高粘接强度的优良特性。

技术领域
本发明涉及,特别涉及一种包装用水性聚氨酯胶粘剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚氨酯(PU)胶黏剂是指在分子链中含有氨基甲酸酯基团(—NHCOO—)或异氰酸酯基(—NCO)的胶黏剂。与含有活泼氢的材料,如泡沫塑料、木材、皮革、织物、纸张、陶瓷等多孔材料和金属、玻璃、橡胶、塑料等表面光洁的材料都有着优良的化学黏合力。
聚氨酯树脂的结构对其性能起决定性作用。聚氨酯是一种由软硬段镶嵌而成的线性有机聚合物,其结构如下所示:

聚氨酯树脂的软段由一般由聚醚、聚酯等低聚物多元醇构成,这类多元醇的分子量通常约为600~3000。一般来说,用于制备胶粘剂的聚氨酯树脂的硬/软段比例都较低,其性能也主要由软段决定。聚氨酯的硬段由多异氰酸酯和小分子扩链剂生成的异氰酸酯基、氨基甲酸酯基,及异氰酸酯与水或胺类扩链剂产生的脲基,对材料的力学性能有重要影响,尤其是拉伸强度、硬度和抗撕裂强度等性能。
用于包装的聚氨酯胶粘剂品种繁多,如水基聚氨酯胶粘剂、热熔型聚氨酯胶粘剂、溶剂型聚氨酯胶粘剂、无溶剂型聚氨酯胶粘剂。其中常用的聚氨酯热熔胶又可分为两类,一类是热塑性聚氨酯弹性体热熔胶,另一类是反应型热熔胶。热塑性热熔胶的主要缺点是粘度较高,故对涂布表观质量的影响较大。反应型聚氨酯热熔胶粘剂是在传统热熔胶基础上发展起来的一类新型胶粘剂,它不仅有传统热熔胶初粘性好和后固化性能优的特点,又具有聚氨酯的组成结构多变和性能调节范围大的优点,对多种基材具有优良的粘接性能。
另外,在包装用水性聚氨酯胶方面,由于乳化剂的使用或分子中亲水性离子基团的引入,使其耐水性降低,近年来,对提高其耐水性的研究已成为热点。同时由于水的热容较大,故如何提高其固含量从而提高其干燥速度,也是目前亟待解决的问题之一。聚氨酯胶粘剂的耐高温性能远不如其耐低温性能,如用在食品包装复合薄膜中,则需要其具有耐蒸煮性。所谓高温蒸煮是指在121~135℃高温蒸汽加热下进行食品杀菌,这就要求基材和聚氨酯胶黏剂能经受得起高温、高湿的考验。普通包装用聚氨酯胶黏剂在高温下易水解,黏合强度降低,也容易引起薄膜脱落。引入纳米粒子可显著提高其耐热性、拉伸强度、抗剪强度以及剥离强度等,但加入的纳米材料要适当,若加入过多则可能会破坏部分大分子中硬段的有序排列而使力学性能下降。
为解决上述问题,本发明提出一种包装用水性聚氨酯胶粘剂及其制备方法,在蒸煮环境下,具有耐高温性、耐水解性、高粘接强度的优良特性。
发明内容
一种包装用水性聚氨酯胶粘剂及其制备方法,配方如下:
其制备过程如下:先将聚酯二元醇、乙酸乙酯、邻苯二甲酸酐、多异氰酸酯、磷酸和环氧树脂加入反应釜中,在65℃下搅拌3h制得含50%固体的溶液,
加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸三聚物,升温至80℃反应1~5小时;
加入适当的有机溶剂,使粘度低于60000cps/65℃;
在高速剪切力的作用下,将中和剂的水溶液加入到反应釜中,搅拌10~70分钟得到一种包装用水性聚氨酯胶粘剂。
聚酯多元醇相对分子质量为300~50000,最好为10000。
本方法中改变软段聚酯和硬段部分的分子结构引入邻苯二甲酸耐湿热高温链段,提高聚氨酯胶黏剂耐热性;链段酯基引入耐水性能好的脂肪族多元酸和醇,改善链段酯基不耐水解的性质,提高聚氨酯胶黏剂的耐水性。在聚酯型多元醇与固化剂反应中添加环氧树脂、磷酸等助剂,大大提高聚氨酯胶黏剂的耐高温、耐水、耐化学品、耐油等性能。反应过程中不加入有机溶剂,或只在调节黏度时加入适当的有机溶剂,一般为投料总量的0~10%,产品中有机溶剂含量非常低,所以蒸馏除溶剂的步骤,使制备过程较为简单,节约能源。生产的包装用水性聚氨酯胶粘剂,在蒸煮环境下,具有耐高温性、耐水解性、高粘接强度的优良特性。

下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详述,但不应理解为是对本发明保护范围的限制,凡基于上述技术思路,利用于本领域普通技术知识和惯用手段所做的修改、替换、变更均属于本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种包装用水性聚氨酯胶粘剂及其制备方法按重量份数,先将50重量份聚酯二元醇(相对分子质量为300)、40重量份乙酸乙酯、2重量份邻苯二甲酸酐、25重量份多异氰酸酯、0.1重量份磷酸和15重量份环氧树脂加入反应釜中,在65℃下搅拌3h制得含50%固体的溶液,加入10重量份异佛尔酮二异氰酸三聚物,升温至80℃反应3小时;加入适当的有机溶剂,使粘度为10000~30000cps/65℃;在高速剪切力(搅拌速度在3800r/min)的作用下,搅拌10分钟得到一种包装用水性聚氨酯胶粘剂。
实施例2
一种包装用水性聚氨酯胶粘剂及其制备方法按重量份数,先将50重量份聚酯二元醇(相对分子质量为1000)、40重量份乙酸乙酯、2重量份邻苯二甲酸酐、25重量份多异氰酸酯、0.1重量份磷酸和15重量份环氧树脂加入反应釜中,在65℃下搅拌3h制得含50%固体的溶液,加入10重量份异佛尔酮二异氰酸三聚物,升温至80℃反应5小时;加入适当的有机溶剂,使粘度为(30000~50000)cps/65℃;在高速剪切力(搅拌速度在3800r/min)的作用下,搅拌70分钟得到一种包装用水性聚氨酯胶粘剂。
实施例3
一种包装用水性聚氨酯胶粘剂及其制备方法按重量份数,先将50重量份聚酯二元醇(相对分子质量为5000)、40重量份乙酸乙酯、2重量份邻苯二甲酸酐、25重量份多异氰酸酯、0.1重量份磷酸和15重量份环氧树脂加入反应釜中,在65℃下搅拌3h制得含50%固体的溶液,加入10重量份异佛尔酮二异氰酸三聚物,升温至80℃反应5小时;加入适当的有机溶剂,使粘度为(40000~60000)cps/65℃;在高速剪切力(搅拌速度在3800r/min)的作用下,搅拌30分钟得到一种包装用水性聚氨酯胶粘剂。
实施例4
一种包装用水性聚氨酯胶粘剂及其制备方法按重量份数,先将50重量份聚酯二元醇(相对分子质量为10000)、40重量份乙酸乙酯、2重量份邻苯二甲酸酐、25重量份多异氰酸酯、0.1重量份磷酸和15重量份环氧树脂加入反应釜中,在65℃下搅拌3h制得含50%固体的溶液,加入10重量份异佛尔酮二异氰酸三聚物,升温至80℃反应4小时;加入适当的有机溶剂,使粘度为(40000~60000)cps/65℃;在高速剪切力(搅拌速度在3800r/min)的作用下,搅拌50分钟得到一种包装用水性聚氨酯胶粘剂。
实施例5
一种包装用水性聚氨酯胶粘剂及其制备方法按重量份数,先将50重量份聚酯二元醇(相对分子质量为30000)、40重量份乙酸乙酯、2重量份邻苯二甲酸酐、25重量份多异氰酸酯、0.1重量份磷酸和15重量份环氧树脂加入反应釜中,在65℃下搅拌3h制得含50%固体的溶液,加入10重量份异佛尔酮二异氰酸三聚物,升温至80℃反应4小时;加入适当的有机溶剂,使粘度为(40000~60000)cps/65℃;在高速剪切力(搅拌速度在3800r/min)的作用下,搅拌60分钟得到一种包装用水性聚氨酯胶粘剂。
实施例6
一种包装用水性聚氨酯胶粘剂及其制备方法按重量份数,先将50重量份聚酯二元醇(相对分子质量为50000)、40重量份乙酸乙酯、2重量份邻苯二甲酸酐、25重量份多异氰酸酯、0.1重量份磷酸和15重量份环氧树脂加入反应釜中,在65℃下搅拌3h制得含50%固体的溶液,加入10重量份异佛尔酮二异氰酸三聚物,升温至80℃反应2小时;加入适当的有机溶剂,使粘度为(20000~40000)cps/65℃;在高速剪切力(搅拌速度在3800r/min)的作用下,搅拌20分钟得到一种包装用水性聚氨酯胶粘剂。
实施例中,加入的有机溶剂为乙酸乙酯。
分别将上述实施例一~六所制得的包装用水性聚氨酯胶粘剂产品性能如下表1。

5.一种包装用水性聚氨酯胶粘剂及其制备方法,其特征在于在高速剪切力的作用下,将中和剂的水溶液加入到反应釜中,搅拌10~70分钟得到一种包装用水性聚氨酯胶粘剂。
6.一种包装用水性聚氨酯胶粘剂及其制备方法,其特征在于聚酯多元醇相对分子质量为300~50000,最好为10000。
