In the initial state, the driving cylinder does not act, and the distance between the two arc plates 49 is relatively large; after the rock wool strip 65 is turned over, the movable ends of the two curved plates 49 are driven to be relatively close by the driving cylinder, and at the moment, the curved plates 49 rotate around the hinged ends, the additional distance between the two curved plates 49 is reduced, and the rock wool strip 65 is finally conveyed outwards from between the two curved plates 49. The arrangement of the two curved plates 49 can limit the output position of the rock wool strip 65 so that the rock wool strip can accurately enter the next working procedure.
As shown in fig. 8, preferably, two moving frames 54 are movably mounted on the detecting and stacking mechanism 50, and the two moving frames 54 can move the rock wool sandwich plate from the positioning table 51 and the detecting table 52 to the stacking groove 53 in sequence, and a plurality of balls 55 uniformly distributed are movably arranged on the positioning table 51 and the detecting table 52 respectively.
Further, a lifter (not shown) is installed in the stacking groove 53, and a transport vehicle (not shown) for stacking the rock wool sandwich panels is provided on the lifter.
During actual production, the produced rock wool sandwich plates enter the positioning table 51 to be positioned, then are sent to the detection table 52 under the action of the moving frame 54, at the moment, operators can observe whether the surfaces of the rock wool sandwich plates are damaged or not, screen finished rock wool sandwich plate products, and the qualified finished rock wool sandwich plate products are continuously conveyed into the stacking groove 53 at one side of the detection table 52 through the moving frame 54, and are particularly placed on a transport vehicle to be stacked, and when the number of the rock wool sandwich plates on the transport vehicle reaches a certain number, the transport vehicle conveys the stacked rock wool sandwich plates to a designated position.
In this embodiment, it is preferable that the two moving frames 54 are respectively provided with moving rods 543, which can move toward and away from each other while translating integrally, and the two moving rods 543 are controlled to move toward or away from each other by two symmetrically arranged bidirectional cylinders, so as to control the movement of the moving frame 54 connected to the moving rods 543.

After the two movable frames 54 are separated from the rock wool sandwich plate, the movable frames are lifted to a certain height so as to be convenient for restoring movement, and the movable frames 54 are movably connected with the movable rods 543, so that a certain supporting effect can be provided while the movable frames 54 are convenient for movement, the movable frames 54 are ensured to move stably, and the working effect is good.
The movable rod 543 is specifically moved back and forth through the cooperation of the sliding seat and the sliding rail, preferably, the bidirectional air cylinder is movably connected with the sliding rail through the mounting block 56, friction force is reduced, and the mounting block 56, the bidirectional air cylinder and the movable rod 543 move together to ensure stable movement.
In this embodiment, the overall movement of the two moving frames 54 is actually realized through the cooperation of the gears and the racks, specifically, the two mounting blocks 56 are fixedly connected through the rotating shaft 57, the rotating shaft 57 is controlled to rotate by the driving motor, so as to drive the two gears at two ends of the rotating shaft 57 to rotate, and each gear moves on the corresponding rack, thereby realizing the purpose that the gears drive the bidirectional cylinder, the moving rod 543, the moving frame 54 and the like to act together.
When the rock wool sandwich board moves along each ball 55 after entering the positioning table 51, friction force is reduced, and the movement is facilitated; the movable frame 54 is connected with a bearing plate 541 in a downward extending manner, a row of bearing plates 542 are horizontally arranged at the bottoms of the two bearing plates 541 respectively, the bearing plates 542 are arranged to play a bearing role when the rock wool sandwich plates are conveyed into the stacking groove 53, and meanwhile, the plane where the bearing plates 542 are arranged is lower than the plane where the tops of the balls 55 are arranged, so that the movement of the rock wool sandwich plates is prevented from being hindered.
In this embodiment, the balls 55 are preferably limited on the positioning table 51 and the detecting table 52 by the limiting seats, each limiting seat is provided with a movable groove for each ball 55 to be embedded, the balls 55 can freely rotate in the center in the limiting seats to provide power for the rock wool sandwich panel, and meanwhile, part of the balls 55 extend out of the limiting seats to provide support for the rock wool sandwich panel.
It should be noted that the balls 55 are disposed on the table in a row by row manner, the receiving pieces 542 are arranged in a row manner and shuttle between the balls 55, and at least one receiving piece 542 is disposed between two adjacent balls 55 on the same row of balls 55, and the specific number depends on the actual working situation.
In actual production, before the rock wool sandwich plate enters the positioning table 51, the two moving frames 54 move to the positioning table 51, the two bearing plates 541 are located at two sides of the rock wool sandwich plate, and the push plates 544 are preferably arranged at the opposite sides of the two bearing plates 541, so that the two push plates 544 move in opposite directions to align and position the rock wool sandwich plate during operation.
In this embodiment, two positioning plates 511 are preferably further mounted on the positioning table 51, and each positioning plate 511 is movably connected to the positioning table 51 through a plurality of positioning cylinders. The two receiving plates 541 are horizontally and longitudinally arranged, the two positioning plates 511 are horizontally and transversely arranged, the two receiving plates 541 and the two positioning plates 511 are arranged on the positioning table 51 around the rock wool sandwich plate, the two positioning plates 511 are used for positioning and aligning the rock wool sandwich plate under the action of respective positioning cylinders, and the push plate 544 is also used for positioning and aligning the rock wool sandwich plate under the action of each auxiliary cylinder installed on the receiving plates 541, so that the accurate position of the rock wool sandwich plate is ensured.
The rock wool sandwich panel enters the positioning table 51 from the direction in which the two positioning plates 511 are located, so that the positioning plate 511 close to the input port can move in the vertical direction, the rock wool sandwich panel can conveniently enter, and the rock wool sandwich panel can be driven by an air cylinder or by other modes, and the rock wool sandwich panel is not limited herein.
The conveying tables 12 and the turnover body 44 are respectively provided with a plurality of rollers 70 which are uniformly distributed, so that friction force can be reduced, and the steel plates, the pressing plates and the like can be conveniently moved, and production work can be conveniently carried out.
The rock wool sandwich panel in this embodiment is specifically produced as follows:

the auxiliary mechanisms are arranged in a plurality, and are a first pressing plate mechanism, a plate adding mechanism, a first plate removing mechanism, a second pressing plate mechanism and a second plate removing mechanism in sequence, each auxiliary mechanism is composed of lifting tables and conveying tables which are arranged in parallel, each conveying table is in the same straight line, and rock wool strips enter the first pressing plate mechanism from the feeding mechanism and move along each conveying table until a rock wool sandwich plate is formed;
the two glue spreading machines are respectively a front glue spreading machine and a rear glue spreading machine, the front glue spreading machine is positioned between the feeding mechanism and the first pressing plate mechanism, the rear glue spreading machine is positioned between the first plate removing mechanism and the second pressing plate mechanism, and each glue spreading mechanism is positioned in the same straight line with each conveying table;
the two turnover mechanisms are respectively a front turnover mechanism and a rear turnover mechanism, the front turnover mechanism is positioned between the plate adding mechanism and the first plate removing mechanism, the rear turnover mechanism is positioned between the second pressing plate mechanism and the second plate removing mechanism, and each turnover mechanism is positioned in the same straight line with each conveying table;
the detection stacking mechanism is positioned at one side of the second plate removing mechanism and is provided with a positioning table, a detection table and a stacking groove which are arranged in parallel, and rock wool strips sequentially pass through the conveying tables to form a rock wool sandwich plate and then carry out detection stacking work through the positioning table, the detection table and the stacking groove;
the manipulator is provided with two clamping jaws which are symmetrically arranged, two ends of each clamping jaw are respectively provided with a combined air cylinder, and each combined air cylinder controls the two clamping jaws to be close to or far away from each other;
the feeding table is provided with a lifting motor, the lifting motor drives the manipulator to move along the vertical direction, the manipulator is provided with a position sensor and two parallel inductive probes, and each inductive probe is electrically connected with the lifting motor and feeds back a position signal to the lifting motor to control the manipulator to move;
each gluing machine is provided with a gluing roller, and when the rock wool strips pass through the gluing machine, the upper surfaces of the rock wool strips are attached to the gluing rollers.
