技术领域
本发明涉及不稳定心绞痛药物技术领域，特别涉及一种穴位贴敷中药及其使用方法。
背景技术
不稳定型心绞痛是临床中较为多见的心内科疾患之一，其主要是介于稳定型心绞痛和心肌梗死之间的一种状态。不稳定型心绞痛的特征为心绞痛症状进行性的加重，患者新发作的休息或夜间的心绞痛持续时间较长，发作频率也会增加，其病理生理和临床预后较为特别，如治疗不及时很有可能发展为急性心肌梗死。在中医理论中，不稳定型心绞痛属于“胸痹心痛”的范畴，随着中医在临床中的大力推广，中医在不稳定型心绞痛中的应用越发广泛，主要有汤药、针灸以及穴位贴敷等，但汤药和针灸对患者可能造成不同程度的副作用，且治疗都不十分方便。
发明内容
本发明目的是：克服现有技术存在的不足，解决现有技术中存在的问题，提供一种穴位贴敷中药及其使用方法，穴位贴敷对患者的影响较小，其治疗效果好，更好地提升了患者的生存质量。
本发明的技术方案为：
一种穴位贴敷中药，其特征在于：所述穴位贴敷中药组分为：丹参20g、五味子10g、冰片5g、薤白20g、没药10g、桃仁15g、黄芪30g、川芎15g、红花15g、瓜蒌20g、乳香10g、党参15g、延胡索20g。檀香15g。
优选的，将上述中药组分加工成为散剂，在其中添加甘油和蜂蜜，将甘油和蜂蜜和中药混合制成药丸，将药丸置于敷贴之上，稍压成药饼。
一种穴位贴敷中药使用方法，其特征在于：将穴位贴敷中药贴附于膻中、内关、虚里以及心腧穴。

本发明公开一种穴位贴敷中药，所述穴位贴敷中药组分为：丹参20g、五味子10g、冰片5g、薤白20g、没药10g、桃仁15g、黄芪30g、川芎15g、红花15g、瓜蒌20g、乳香10g、党参15g、延胡索20g。檀香15g。本发明所公开的穴位贴敷中药及其使用方法，穴位贴敷对患者的影响较小，其治疗效果好，更好地提升了患者的生存质量。本发明所公开的穴位贴敷中药益气活血、化瘀止痛，有效改善躯体受限活动程度、减少心绞痛发作、提升心绞痛稳定状况，可以更好地保障患者健康，促进患者康复。
不稳定型心绞痛是临床上的常见病和多发病，患者发生心绞痛时间要长于稳定型心绞痛，而其症状又低于急性心肌梗死。中医将不稳定型心绞痛归为胸痹心痛，其致病机理主要是本虚标实，其中所说的本虚主要是气虚，传统来说就是心气不足，标实又主要体现在血淤，主要表现为气滞血瘀。所谓气衰无以行血，血因之则为瘀阻，发生血气瘀滞，则不通则痛。本发明公开的穴位贴敷中药及其使用方法，药物贴敷于对应的穴位后，通过药物与机体皮肤的直接接触，使药物通过皮肤的渗透，刺激特定皮肤部位，使阴阳能够调和，进而减少发病率以及缓解症状的功效；药液经皮肤到达全身血液循环，进而在脏腑调节病气，通过间接作用进而达到治疗心绞痛的目的。
选用穴位贴敷中药对不稳定型心绞痛患者进行治疗，其所用药物渗透之穴位为膻中、内关、虚里以及心腧穴，穴位贴敷中药主要功效为益气活血、化瘀止痛，其药方组成主要为丹参、五味子、冰片、薤白、没药、桃仁、黄芪、川芎、红花、瓜蒌、乳香、党参、延胡索、檀香。在心痛贴配方中，黄芪实卫气，使得气行血畅，通络祛瘀，其与党参配伍可以起到加强健脾益气功效；而丹参、川芎、红花以及桃仁能够活血散瘀止痛；檀香、薤白以及瓜蒌的主要功效就是通阳散结、行气导滞，在乳香、没药中添加延胡索具有显著的活血行气止痛药效，对内可以宣通脏腑之血气，对外又能够通达至经络。而冰片的作用主要是作为促渗剂，能够加快药物在皮肤中的渗透作用，提升患者的血药浓度，穴位贴敷中药中各药物相互配伍使用，能够明显的开心窍、通心络，消化患者淤血，进而达成治疗的目的。

本发明所公开的穴位贴敷中药及其使用方法应用于不稳定型心绞痛患者的临床护理中效果良好，有效改善躯体受限活动程度、减少心绞痛发作、提升心绞痛稳定状况，患者的治疗满意度也显著提高，从而改善患者的病情，提高患者的生活质量。在不稳定心绞痛患者常规治疗护理中应用穴位贴敷疗法效果显著。
综上所述，穴位贴敷护理在不稳定型心绞痛中的收效确切，不仅提升患者的生存质量，而且对于患者心绞痛临床症状的改善及预后均有积极的影响，在心绞痛患者药物治疗中，结合穴位贴敷护理，可以更好地保障患者健康，促进患者康复

2.根据权利要求1所述的穴位贴敷中药，其特征在于：将上述中药组分加工成为散剂，在其中添加甘油和蜂蜜，将甘油和蜂蜜和中药混合制成药丸，将药丸置于敷贴之上，稍压成药饼。
3.一种权利要求1或2所述穴位贴敷中药的使用方法，其特征在于：将所述穴位贴敷中药贴附于膻中、内关、虚里以及心腧穴。
