When the cotton-flax package fluffy article automatic storage system performs cotton-flax package discharging operation, the cotton-flax package discharging lifting and transferring device is controlled, an industrial control computer firstly determines the left, middle and right storage spaces of the storage space material frame device 2 according to built-in storage space loading information and storage space selection programs to sequentially empty, record and store, and then a cotton-flax package discharging control loop starts to work: the industrial control computer controls the cotton and hemp bag limiting control mechanisms of the left, middle and right storage spaces to sequentially act and open or close according to time, one cotton and hemp bag slides off in the storage space in the opening process of the cotton and hemp bag limiting control mechanism, if the cotton and hemp bag limiting control mechanism of the middle storage space is opened, one cotton and hemp bag slides off in the middle storage space to the lifting tray 111, then the industrial control computer controls the tray guide lifting part of the cotton and hemp bag lifting mechanism 11 to act according to the position of the cotton and hemp bag entering and exiting tray 12 so that the lifting tray 111 carries the cotton and hemp bag in a stagnation state with the cotton and hemp bag entering and exiting tray 12 in the same horizontal plane, then the industrial control computer controls the left and right lifting and transferring racks 112 to move so that the left and right lifting and transferring racks 112 hold the cotton and hemp bags and translate the cotton and hemp bags onto the cotton and hemp bag in-out tray 12, if the cotton and hemp bag limiting control mechanism of the left or right storage space is opened, one cotton and hemp bag directly slides down into the cotton and hemp bag in-out tray 12 in the left or right storage space, the cotton and hemp bags which are taken out of the warehouse are transferred, and the like, so that the whole cotton and hemp bag taking-out operation is completed.
The cotton-flax bag fluffy article automatic storage system can realize the operation of taking in and taking out simultaneously by controlling the cooperative operation of the lifting tray 111 and the cotton-flax bag in and out tray 12.
The lifting parts and the translational transferring parts of the left and right lifting transferring frame 112 may be hydraulic control structures, pneumatic control structures, or electric control structures, and the first two schemes require additional hydraulic pump stations or air pumps, which are not only complex in structure but also inconvenient for direct control, and the third scheme is preferred because the cotton bale is relatively light, i.e., as a preferred scheme of the present invention, the lifting parts and the translational transferring parts of the left and right lifting transferring frame 112 are both electric screw rod structures.
In order to facilitate power taking and prevent system bulkiness caused by setting too many circuit lines, as a further improvement scheme of the invention, the lifting tray 111 adopts a contact type automatic power taking mode, and the lifting tray 111 is contacted with a power supply wire through a power taking bow structure to take power.
Because cotton-flax packages are accumulated and piled one by one in the bin-level material rack device 2, in order to relieve the weight accumulation pressure of the lifting and transferring device end of the cotton-flax packages in the warehouse, as a further improvement scheme of the invention, an inclined roller way of the bin-level material rack device 2 is discontinuously inclined, at least one buffer platform is arranged in the middle of the inclined roller way, and the length dimension of the buffer platform is smaller than that of a standard cotton-flax package.
As an embodiment of the front-back pushing mechanism of the lifting tray 111, the front-back pushing mechanism of the lifting tray 111 is a turnover structure, the lifting tray 111 comprises a support base and a tray body with a front end hinged on the support base, the left and right lifting and transferring frames 112 are arranged in the tray body, and the tray body is connected with the support base through a telescopic turnover control component. The tray body can be folded forwards along the hinge axis by controlling the telescopic folding control part, so that the cotton and hemp package is pushed to directly enter the middle storage space.
As another embodiment of the front-back pushing mechanism of the lifting tray 111 of the present invention, the front-back pushing mechanism of the lifting tray 111 is a translational pushing structure, the front-back pushing mechanism of the lifting tray 111 is a telescopic push plate that is telescopically arranged along the front-back direction, and the telescopic push plate is mounted at the rear end of the lifting tray 111. The telescopic push plate can push the cotton and hemp package to directly enter the middle storage space by controlling the telescopic push plate to stretch.
As one implementation mode of the cotton-flax bag limiting control mechanism, the cotton-flax bag limiting control mechanism is a limiting door structure which is arranged in a vertically opposite way.
As another implementation mode of the cotton and hemp bag limiting control mechanism, the cotton and hemp bag limiting control mechanism is a limiting turnover plate structure arranged at the bottom position or the top position of the front end of the inclined roller way.
In order to ensure the dryness of the inside of the airtight bin material frame device 2, as a further improvement scheme of the invention, a humidity sensor is arranged in the bin material frame device 2 and is electrically connected with an industrial control computer of the electric control device, a blower which is communicated and connected with the inside of the bin material frame device 2 is also arranged at the bottom end of the bin material frame device 2, a filter is arranged at the inlet end of the blower, and the blower is electrically connected with the industrial control computer of the electric control device. When the humidity value fed back by the humidity sensor is larger than the set value, the industrial control computer controls the blower to work to blow and dry the inside of the bin material frame device 2, and when the humidity value fed back by the humidity sensor is smaller than the set value, the industrial control computer controls the blower to stop working, so that the automatic control of the environment humidity is realized.
The cotton-flax-package fluffy-article automatic storage system can be suitable for automatic storage of cotton-flax-package fluffy articles as long as the bearing capacity of the left and right lifting transfer racks 112 and the reasonable layer number of the bin material rack device 2 are reasonably set, and is also suitable for automatic storage of articles (such as plastic-packaged book products, plastic-packaged capsule medicines and the like) which have regular outer package sizes and are not easy to break.
The automatic storage system for the cotton-flax bags and fluffy articles is a fully-digital control unit, can realize centralized digital management by being in seamless connection with a digital bus of intelligent logistics, adopts a relay transmission mode to carry out the storage and the delivery of the cotton-flax bags, and can realize the storage and the delivery of the fully-digital goods by being matched with an automatic guiding transport vehicle of the intelligent logistics; because the inclined roller way is arranged in the bin material frame device 2, the cotton-flax bags pushed by the warehouse-in cotton-flax bag lifting and transferring device can automatically slide down to the warehouse-out cotton-flax bag lifting and transferring device by means of self gravity, and the cotton-flax bag lifting and transferring device is capable of automatically accumulating and stacking one by one, and is simple in structure and high in stacking efficiency; because the cotton and hemp package lifting and transferring device 1 is embedded into the inside of the front and rear ends of the bin space material frame device 2, two cotton and hemp package inlet and outlet trays 12 are symmetrically and fixedly arranged on the left side and the right side of the cotton and hemp package lifting mechanism 11, the cotton and hemp package inlet and outlet trays 12 are positioned at the end bin positions of the bottom layer of the multi-layer bin space material frame structure of the bin space material frame device 2, and the end positions are open structures with front end surfaces or rear end surfaces, the positions of the front and rear ends of the bin space material frame device 2 can be used as bin spaces except the positions of the cotton and hemp packages inlet and outlet trays 12, and the space utilization rate is improved to the greatest extent; because the tray guiding and lifting component comprises a supporting frame and a well arranged in the supporting frame, the supporting frame is of a three-side open structure with left side, right side, front side or rear side open, and the lifting tray 111 is arranged in the well, goods can be accessed by controlling the left and right lifting and transferring frames 112 of the lifting tray 111 to lift cotton and hemp bags to enter and leave the bin space above the tray 12; the bin material rack device 2 is of a simple multi-layer bin material rack structure, so that the structure is simple and the maintenance is convenient; the automatic storage system for the cotton-flax bags and the fluffy articles has high degree of automation, fully utilizes the outline dimension of the standard cotton-flax bags, can realize the automatic transportation of the cotton-flax bags and the fluffy articles, can realize the full utilization of space, and is particularly suitable for the automatic storage of the cotton-flax bags.

Claims (9)

1. An automatic storage system for fluffy articles of cotton-flax bags is characterized by comprising a cotton-flax bag lifting and transferring device (1), a bin material frame device (2) and an electric control device;
the bin space material frame device (2) is a closed multi-layer bin space material frame structure with low front and high rear, each layer of bin space material frame is in front-low rear and high rear and is uniformly distributed in parallel up and down, two upright partition plates which are arranged from bottom to top and are parallel to the outer wall upright plates are arranged in the multi-layer bin space material frame structure in the front-rear direction, each layer of bin space material frame of the multi-layer bin space material frame structure is uniformly divided into a left storage space, a middle storage space and a right storage space in the left-right direction by the two upright partition plates in the left-right direction, a plurality of transverse carrier rollers which are arranged in parallel in a rolling way along the front-rear direction are erected at the bottom position of each layer of bin space material frame, and an inclined roller way is formed in the front-rear direction of the transverse carrier rollers;
the cotton and hemp package lifting and transferring device (1) comprises a warehouse-in cotton and hemp package lifting and transferring device and a warehouse-out cotton and hemp package lifting and transferring device, the warehouse-in cotton and hemp package lifting and transferring device is arranged at the middle storage space position at the rear two ends of the warehouse-in material frame device (2), the warehouse-out cotton and hemp package lifting and transferring device is arranged at the middle storage space position at the front end of the warehouse-in material frame device (2), the warehouse-in cotton and hemp package lifting and transferring device and the warehouse-out cotton and hemp package lifting and transferring device are embedded into the inside at the front two ends and the rear two ends of the warehouse-in material frame device (2), the warehouse-in cotton and hemp package lifting and transferring device and the warehouse-out cotton and hemp package lifting and transferring device comprise a cotton and hemp package lifting mechanism (11) and a cotton and hemp package inlet and outlet tray (12), the cotton and hemp package inlet and outlet trays (12) of the warehouse-in cotton and hemp package lifting and transferring device and the warehouse-out cotton and hemp package lifting and transferring device are respectively arranged as two cotton and hemp package lifting and transferring devices which are horizontally and symmetrically arranged at the left side and the right side of a cotton and hemp package lifting mechanism (11) of the warehouse-in cotton and hemp package lifting and transferring device and the warehouse-out cotton and hemp package lifting and transferring device, the four cotton and hemp package inlet and outlet trays (12) are positioned on the same horizontal plane, the cotton and hemp package inlet and outlet trays (12) of the warehouse-out cotton and hemp package lifting and transferring device are flush with the bottom transverse carrier roller of the inclined roller way of the warehouse-in material frame device (2), the cotton and hemp package inlet and outlet trays (12) of the warehouse-out cotton and hemp package lifting and transferring device are of a structure with the front end surface opened, the upper surface of the cotton-flax bag inlet and outlet tray (12) is provided with a plurality of transverse carrier rollers which are arranged in a rolling way along the front-back direction;
the cotton bale lifting mechanism (11) comprises a lifting tray (111) and a tray guide lifting component capable of enabling the lifting tray (111) to move up and down along the vertical direction, wherein the tray guide lifting component comprises a supporting frame and a well arranged in the supporting frame, the supporting frame is of a three-side open structure with left side, right side, front side or rear side open, and the lifting tray (111) is arranged in the well; the lifting tray (111) is provided with a plurality of transverse carrier rollers which are arranged in a rolling way along the front-back direction, a plurality of left and right lifting transfer carriages (112) are arranged in the lifting tray (111), the left and right lifting transfer carriages (112) are horizontally arranged between the transverse carrier rollers along the left and right direction, each left and right lifting transfer carriage (112) comprises a lifting part and a translation transfer carriage part, the lifting part can lift the front and back lifting transfer carriage (112) to enable the upper surface of the lifting part to be higher than the upper rolling surface of the transverse carrier roller, and the translation transfer carriage part can enable the lifted front and back lifting transfer carriage (112) to move in a translation way along the left and right direction; the lifting tray (111) is also provided with a front-back pushing mechanism; the two ends of the inclined roller tables of the left storage space and the right storage space of the bin position material frame device (2) are provided with left and right lifting and transferring carrier containing neutral gears which are communicated up and down and matched with the left and right lifting and transferring carrier (112) in size, the positions of the cotton and flax bags on the entering and exiting tray (12) corresponding to the left and right lifting and transferring carrier (112) are provided with left and right lifting and transferring carrier containing neutral gears matched with the left and right lifting and transferring carrier (112) in size, and the front end of each layer of inclined roller table of the bin position material frame device (2) is provided with a cotton and flax bag limiting control mechanism relative to the positions of the lifting tray (111) and the cotton and flax bag entering and exiting tray (12);

2. The automated storage system of cotton-flax bales of bulk goods according to claim 1, wherein the lifting members and the translational transfer members of the left and right lifting transfer frames (112) are both electric screw rod structures.

The automated storage system of cotton-flax bales and fluffy articles according to claim 1, wherein the lifting tray (111) adopts a contact type automatic electricity taking mode, and the lifting tray (111) is contacted with a power wire through an electricity taking bow structure to take electricity.

The automated storage system of cotton-flax bales and fluffy articles according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein a humidity sensor is arranged inside the bin space material frame device (2), the humidity sensor is electrically connected with an industrial control of the electric control device, a blower which is communicated with the inside of the bin space material frame device (2) is further arranged at the bottom end of the bin space material frame device (2), a filter is arranged at the inlet end of the blower, and the blower is electrically connected with the industrial control of the electric control device.
