为达到上述目的,本发明一种组合物,包括支链非离子分散剂0.1-3份、季铵盐0.02-1份、硼酸0.05-2份、鼠尾草提取物3-10份、葡萄柚籽提取物3-10份、牡丹根提取物3-10份、花椒果提取物3-10份、多元醇1-5份、苯氧乙醇1-5份、乙基己基甘油1-5份、对羟基苯乙酮1-5份、氯苯甘醚1-5份、抗氧化剂2-5份和去离子水40-60份。

五)制备防腐增效剂
(1)取支链非离子分散剂0.1-3份,季铵盐0.02-1份,抗氧化剂2-5份,
(2)将上述材料均加入搅拌桶内,以100-150圈/分钟的速度搅拌,调整温度至40-60℃,工作压力为为0.5-2MPa,搅拌35-70分钟;
六)调配一种组合物
取下述重量份的原料:
防腐增效剂2-9份、硼酸0.05-2份、鼠尾草提取物3-10份、葡萄柚籽提取物3-10份、牡丹根提取物3-10份、花椒果提取物3-10份、多元醇1-5份、苯氧乙醇1-5份、乙基己基甘油1-5份、对羟基苯乙酮1-5份、氯苯甘醚1-5份和去离子水40-60份。
将上述材料均加入搅拌桶内,以100-150圈/分钟的速度搅拌,调整温度至40-60℃,工作压力为为0.5-2MPa,搅拌35-70分钟后为成品组合物。
为达到上述目的,本发明一种组合物在日常卫生用品领域或一次性卫生用品领域中的应用。
为达到上述目的,本发明一种组合物在湿巾浸液或湿巾成品等擦拭巾中的应用。
本发明中使用支链非离子分散剂和季铵盐共同增效,达到了润湿性和渗透性非常好的平衡,硼酸、鼠尾草提取物、葡萄柚籽提取物、牡丹根提取物、花椒果提取物对抑制一次性卫生用品领域中易生细菌有非常显著的效果,并且大部分为植物提取物,不仅有很好的抑菌效果并且不会有对人体和皮肤有伤害。并且可以起到一些对人体有益的效果。
具体实施方式
下面本发明的具体实施例的实施作进一步的描述。
实施例1
一种组合物,包括支链非离子分散剂2份、季铵盐0.4份、硼酸1份、鼠尾草提取物5份、葡萄柚籽提取物6份、牡丹根提取物6份、花椒果提取物6份、多元醇4份、苯氧乙醇4份、乙基己基甘油4份、对羟基苯乙酮4份、氯苯甘醚4份、抗氧化剂3.5份和去离子水55份。
优选的,所述双链季铵盐是双辛烷基二甲基氯化铵或双癸基二甲基氯化铵,所述单链季铵盐是十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵。
优选的,支链非离子表面活性剂是脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚或脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物。
优选的,所述抗氧化剂为没食子酸丙酯,丁基羟基茴香醚,生育酚,特丁基对苯二酚和2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚中的一种或几种。
优选的,还包括无机抗干扰剂,所述无机抗干扰剂是EDTA二钠、磷酸氢二钾、磷酸二氢钾、柠檬酸或柠檬酸钠。
本发明中选用多种植物提取物进行组合,达到抗菌效果,进一步可以达到防腐效果,添加后可以代替防腐剂的使用,触感温和对皮肤无刺激性,并且可用作擦拭巾领域,。并且可以起到一些对人体有益的效果。
其中鼠尾草所含植物酚类能抵御细菌与真菌感染;鼠尾草是女性的好伴侣,特别适用于对付更年期症候群,可以调理身心,帮助焦躁烦闷的女性慢慢找回愉悦的心情;
葡萄柚籽提取物具有抗炎镇痛、抗病毒、抑菌及抑制眼醛糖还原酶的作用;牡丹花根提取物具有优良的抗过敏效果,镇静敏感症状,完全抑制补体作用活性,完全抑制组织胺的释放,几乎可完全抑制透明质酸酶的作用,对直接皮肤接触性皮炎具有良好的抑制作用,抑制由花生四烯酸和角叉苷引诱发的水肿,抑制黑色素的形成,抑制氧自由基的产生,抑制油脂过氧化反应、消除脂溢性皮炎,抑制分裂原刺激的淋巴细胞增殖、提升细胞免疫力;
花椒提取物煎剂对甲型和乙型链球菌、葡萄球菌、肺炎球菌、炭疽杆菌、枯草杆菌、霍乱弧菌、变形杆菌、副伤寒杆菌、痢疾杆菌、绿脓杆菌均有抑制作用,挥发油对细菌以及多种皮肤癣菌和深部真菌均有一定的抑菌作用,其中对羊毛样小孢子菌和红色毛癣菌最敏感,所含挥发油在任氏液中能使猪蛔虫严重中毒,花椒及其氯仿提取物对疥螨具有较强的触杀作用。
实施例2
在实施例1的基础上,上述组合物的制作方法,所述方法包括步骤:
一)制备鼠尾草提取物:
(1)取3-10份鼠尾草洗净晒干研磨成粉,在以100-150圈/分钟的速度低速的搅拌状态下,以30份/分钟的速度添加40-60份去离子,保持搅拌5-15分钟;
(2)以500-600圈/分钟的速度搅拌,在搅拌状态下以10-15℃/分钟的速度升温至97-103℃,恒温搅拌110-220分钟;
(3)以500-600圈/分钟的速度搅拌,在搅拌状态下,以30份/分钟的速度添加40-60份去离子,以10-15℃/分钟的速度升温至97-103℃,恒温搅拌110-220分钟;
(4)浓缩至相对密度为1.15-1.5的浓缩液;
二)制备葡萄柚籽提取物包括步骤:
(1)取葡萄柚籽3-10份;
(2)洗净晒干研磨成粉,在以100-150圈/分钟的速度低速的搅拌状态下,以30份/分钟的速度添加40-60份去离子,保持搅拌5-15分钟;
(3)以500-600圈/分钟的速度搅拌,在搅拌状态下以10-15℃/分钟的速度升温至97-103℃,恒温搅拌110-220分钟;
(4)以500-600圈/分钟的速度搅拌,在搅拌状态下,以30份/分钟的速度添加40-60份去离子,以10-15℃/分钟的速度升温至97-103℃,恒温搅拌110-220分钟;
(5)浓缩至相对密度为1.15-1.5的浓缩液。
三)制备牡丹根提取物包括步骤:
(1)取牡丹根3-10份;
(2)洗净晒干研磨成粉,在以100-150圈/分钟的速度低速的搅拌状态下,以30份/分钟的速度添加40-60份去离子,保持搅拌5-15分钟;
(3)以500-600圈/分钟的速度搅拌,在搅拌状态下以10-15℃/分钟的速度升温至97-103℃,恒温搅拌110-220分钟;
(4)以500-600圈/分钟的速度搅拌,在搅拌状态下,以30份/分钟的速度添加40-60份去离子,以10-15℃/分钟的速度升温至97-103℃,恒温搅拌110-220分钟;
(5)浓缩至相对密度为1.15-1.5的浓缩液。
四)制备花椒果提取物包括步骤:
(1)取花椒果3-10份;
(2)洗净晒干研磨成粉,在以100-150圈/分钟的速度低速的搅拌状态下,以30份/分钟的速度添加40-60份去离子,保持搅拌5-15分钟;
(3)以500-600圈/分钟的速度搅拌,在搅拌状态下以10-15℃/分钟的速度升温至97-103℃,恒温搅拌110-220分钟;
(4)以500-600圈/分钟的速度搅拌,在搅拌状态下,以30份/分钟的速度添加40-60份去离子,以10-15℃/分钟的速度升温至97-103℃,恒温搅拌110-220分钟;
(5)浓缩至相对密度为1.15-1.5的浓缩液。
五)制备防腐增效剂
(1)取支链非离子分散剂0.1-3份,季铵盐0.02-1份,抗氧化剂2-5份,
(2)将上述材料均加入搅拌桶内,以100-150圈/分钟的速度搅拌,调整温度40-60℃,工作压力为为0.5-2MPa,搅拌35-70分钟;
六)调配组合物
取下述重量份的原料:
防腐增效剂2-9份、硼酸0.05-2份、鼠尾草提取物3-10份、葡萄柚籽提取物3-10份、牡丹根提取物3-10份、花椒果提取物3-10份、多元醇1-5份、苯氧乙醇1-5份、乙基己基甘油1-5份、对羟基苯乙酮1-5份、氯苯甘醚1-5份和去离子水40-60份。
将上述材料均加入搅拌桶内,以100-150圈/分钟的速度搅拌,调整温度至40-60℃,工作压力为为0.5-2MPa,搅拌35-70分钟后为成品组合物。
实施例3
在实施例1或实施例2的基础上,组合物在日常卫生用品领域或一次性卫生用品领域中的应用。
实施例4
在实施例1或实施例2的基础上,组合物在湿巾浸液或湿巾中的应用。

Claims (10)

1.一种组合物,其特征在于,包括支链非离子分散剂0.1-3份、季铵盐0.02-1份、硼酸0.05-2份、鼠尾草提取物3-10份、葡萄柚籽提取物3-10份、牡丹根提取物3-10份、花椒果提取物3-10份、多元醇1-5份、苯氧乙醇1-5份、乙基己基甘油1-5份、对羟基苯乙酮1-5份、氯苯甘醚1-5份、抗氧化剂2-5份和去离子水40-60份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种组合物,其特征在于,包括支链非离子分散剂2份、季铵盐0.4份、硼酸1份、鼠尾草提取物5份、葡萄柚籽提取物6份、牡丹根提取物6份、花椒果提取物6份、多元醇4份、苯氧乙醇4份、乙基己基甘油4份、对羟基苯乙酮4份、氯苯甘醚4份、抗氧化剂3.5份和去离子水55份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种组合物,其特征在于,所述季铵盐包括0.015-0.8份的单链季铵盐和0.005-0.2份的双链季铵盐。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种组合物,其特征在于,所述双链季铵盐是双辛烷基二甲基氯化铵或双癸基二甲基氯化铵,所述单链季铵盐是十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种组合物,其特征在于,所述支链非离子表面活性剂是脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚或脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种组合物,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂为没食子酸丙酯,丁基羟基茴香醚,生育酚,特丁基对苯二酚和2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚中的一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种组合物,其特征在于,还包括无机抗干扰剂,所述无机抗干扰剂是EDTA二钠、磷酸氢二钾、磷酸二氢钾、柠檬酸或柠檬酸钠。
8.根据权利要求1-7任意一项的一种组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物的制造方法包括步骤:
一)制备鼠尾草提取物:
(1)取3-10份鼠尾草洗净晒干研磨成粉,在以100-150圈/分钟的速度低速的搅拌状态下,以30份/分钟的速度添加40-60份去离子,保持搅拌5-15分钟;
(2)以500-600圈/分钟的速度搅拌,在搅拌状态下以10-15℃/分钟的速度升温至97-103℃,恒温搅拌110-220分钟;
(3)以500-600圈/分钟的速度搅拌,在搅拌状态下,以30份/分钟的速度添加40-60份去离子,以10-15℃/分钟的速度升温至97-103℃,恒温搅拌110-220分钟;
(4)浓缩至相对密度为1.15-1.5的浓缩液;
二)制备葡萄柚籽提取物包括步骤:
(1)取葡萄柚籽3-10份;
(2)洗净晒干研磨成粉,在以100-150圈/分钟的速度低速的搅拌状态下,以30份/分钟的速度添加40-60份去离子,保持搅拌5-15分钟;
(3)以500-600圈/分钟的速度搅拌,在搅拌状态下以10-15℃/分钟的速度升温至97-103℃,恒温搅拌110-220分钟;
(4)以500-600圈/分钟的速度搅拌,在搅拌状态下,以30份/分钟的速度添加40-60份去离子,以10-15℃/分钟的速度升温至97-103℃,恒温搅拌110-220分钟;
(5)浓缩至相对密度为1.15-1.5的浓缩液。
三)制备牡丹根提取物包括步骤:
(1)取牡丹根3-10份;
(2)洗净晒干研磨成粉,在以100-150圈/分钟的速度低速的搅拌状态下,以30份/分钟的速度添加40-60份去离子,保持搅拌5-15分钟;
(3)以500-600圈/分钟的速度搅拌,在搅拌状态下以10-15℃/分钟的速度升温至97-103℃,恒温搅拌110-220分钟;
(4)以500-600圈/分钟的速度搅拌,在搅拌状态下,以30份/分钟的速度添加40-60份去离子,以10-15℃/分钟的速度升温至97-103℃,恒温搅拌110-220分钟;
(5)浓缩至相对密度为1.15-1.5的浓缩液。
四)制备花椒果提取物包括步骤:
(1)取花椒果3-10份;
(2)洗净晒干研磨成粉,在以100-150圈/分钟的速度低速的搅拌状态下,以30份/分钟的速度添加40-60份去离子,保持搅拌5-15分钟;
(3)以500-600圈/分钟的速度搅拌,在搅拌状态下以10-15℃/分钟的速度升温至97-103℃,恒温搅拌110-220分钟;
(4)以500-600圈/分钟的速度搅拌,在搅拌状态下,以30份/分钟的速度添加40-60份去离子,以10-15℃/分钟的速度升温至97-103℃,恒温搅拌110-220分钟;
(5)浓缩至相对密度为1.15-1.5的浓缩液。
五)制备防腐增效剂

六)调配一种组合物

将上述材料均加入搅拌桶内,以100-150圈/分钟的速度搅拌,调整温度至40-60℃,工作压力为为0.5-2MPa,搅拌35-70分钟后为成品组合物。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的一种组合物在日常卫生用品领域或一次性卫生用品领域中的应用。
10.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的一种组合物特别适用于湿巾浸液或湿巾成品等擦拭巾中的应用。
