Abstract
본 발명은 황금, 석류피, 지모, 녹차 및 오미자의 혼합 추출물을 포함하는 여성청결제 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 여성청결제 조성물은 천연물을 사용하여 인체에 안전성이 높으며, 항균 효과가 우수하여 여성의 청결 유지 및 여성질환을 예방하는데 효과적이다.
Description
본 발명은 황금, 석류피, 지모, 녹차 및 오미자의 혼합 추출물을 포함하는 여성청결제 조성물에 관한 것이다.
여성의 비뇨생식기계는 자궁, 질, 외음부, 요도 등을 포함하며, 해부생리학적, 기능적 특성상 외부로부터의 감염에 노출되기 쉽다. 예를 들어, 질은 양분이 풍부하여 인체 깊숙히 위치하고 있으므로, 온도와 습도가 높기 때문에 질염의 주원인인 세균이나 곰팡이를 포함한 여러 균주들의 침범이 용이하여 여러 질환이 발생할 가능성이 크다. 그러므로 항상 질은 청결히 유지하고 외부로부터 세균감염에 노출되지 않도록 유의하는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 여성 비뇨생식기계에는 비뇨생식기계 pH를 약산성으로 유지하여 주는 유산간균이 존재하여 유해한 세균의 번식을 막아 주는 역할을 하지만, 물리적 손상, 스트레스 및 호르몬 불균형 외에도 청결하지 않은 비뇨생식기계 환경, 성관계에 따른 세균성 질환 혹은 성병 등에 의해 여성 비뇨생식기계 관련 질환이 발생되기 쉬우며, 의료기구를 체내에 도입할 때 또는 출산 시 발생하는 점막의 상처는 병원균의 감염의 기회를 높이고, 염증을 유발할 수 있다.
이러한 비뇨생식기계 염증은 부인과를 찾아오는 환자들의 가장 흔한 질환 중의 하나이며, 세균성에서부터 기생충, 바이러스에 이르기까지 매우 다양하다. 이들 환자들은 소양감 및 심한 염증과 악취를 동반하게 되는데, 특히 인유두종 바이러스의 감염은 자궁경부암과 매우 밀접한 관계가 있어 세심한 주의가 필요하다. 그러므로, 이에 따른 적절한 예방, 진단과 치료로서 치명적 합병증을 감소시키는 것은 매우 중요하며, 이와 같은 여성질환을 예방하고 불쾌한 냄새를 제거하기 위해서 여성청결제를 사용하는 경우가 많다.
질염을 예방을 위해 사용되는 국부용 세정제는 지방산류 또는 증류된 라우릴알콜 등을 설폰화하고 완화제, 점증제, 영양제, 기포제, 유기살균제 등을 함유된 것이나, 또는 세정력을 지닌 계면 활성제 및 의약품으로서의 포비돈-요오드를 주성분으로 하는 것을 예로 들 수 있다. 그러나, 화학적 여성청결제의 주성분인 요오드는 과민 증상이나 점막 손상에 의한 소양감, 작열감, 피부 궤양, 접촉성 피부염 등을 일으킬 우려가 있으며, 질내 무기 요오드 또는 혈중 총 요오드치가 상승하여 갑상선 기능 저하증을 유발할 수 있는 것으로 알려져 있다.
여성청결제는 민감한 점막 부위에 사용하므로, 화학적 합성물질의 사용은 안전하지 못하며, 이에, 종래 알려진 여성용 청결제에 비하여 보다 효과가 우수하고 안전한 물질로서 천연물을 이용한 새로운 여성청결제 조성물의 개발이 절실히 요구되고 있는 실정이다.
본 발명의 일 목적은 황금, 석류피, 지모, 녹차 및 오미자의 혼합 추출물을 포함하는 여성청결제 조성물을 제공하는 것이다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명의 일 양상은 황금, 석류피, 지모, 녹차 및 오미자의 혼합 추출물을 포함하는 여성청결제 조성물을 제공한다.
구체적으로, 본 발명은 인체에 유익한 황금, 석류피, 지모, 녹차 및 오미자로부터 농축액을 추출하고, 추출된 농축액과 점증제, 보습제 및 산도 조절제와 혼합하여 제조하여, 화학물질에 의한 과민 반응 등을 방지할 수 있는 천연물 추출물을 이용한 여성청결제 조성물에 관한 것이다.
황금은 해열, 이뇨, 지사, 이담 및 소염제로 이용하며 플라보노이드 성분이 포함되어 있어, 지혈, 안태의 효능이 있고, 자궁출혈 방지, 방광염, 요도염 등 항염 작용을 하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 석류피는 설사를 멎게 하고, 출혈을 방지하며, 비생리적으로 냉이 나오는 증상이나 비정상적 자궁출혈을 치료하는 효능을 갖는다. 지모는 해열 작용, 부신피질호르몬의 자극을 억제하거나, 결핵균, 이질균, 대장균 등에 항균 효과가 있다. 녹차는 비타민 C와 카테킨 성분이 다량 함유되어 있어 항산화 작용에 도움을 주는 것은 물론 항염증, 항암, 콜레스테롤 저하에 도움을 주며, 피부미용에 유익한 효과가 있다. 오미자는 항산화 성분을 포함하여 혈류 개선, 고혈압, 심혈관 질환에 효능이 있으며, 면역력을 개선하고, 간기능 개선과 피부 트러블에도 효과가 있다.
본 명세서에서 용어 "추출물"은 황금, 석류피, 지모, 녹차 및 오미자를 적절한 추출용매로 추출하여 얻은 추출액을 의미하는 것으로, 추출처리에 의해 얻어지는 추출액, 추출액의 희석액 또는 농축액, 추출액을 건조하여 얻어지는 건조물, 이들의 조정제물 또는 정제물일 수 있으나, 이에 한정하지는 않는다. 본 발명에 따른황금, 석류피, 지모, 녹차 및 오미자의 혼합 추출물은 당업계에 공지된 일반적인 추출방법, 분리 및 정제방법을 이용하여 제조할 수 있다. 상기 추출방법으로는 열탕 추출, 열수 추출, 냉침 추출, 환류 냉각 추출 또는 초음파 추출 등의 방법을 사용할 수 있으나, 이에 한정되지 않는다.
본 발명에 있어서, 상기 추출물은 추출용매로 추출하거나 추출용매로 추출하여 제조한 추출물에 분획용매를 가하여 분획함으로써 제조할 수 있다. 상기 추출용매는 이에 제한되지는 않으나, 물, 유기용매 또는 이들의 혼합용매 등을 사용할 수 있으며, 상기 유기용매는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알코올이나, 에틸아세테이트 또는 아세톤 등의 극성용매, 헥산 또는 디클로로메탄의 비극성용매 또는 이들의 혼합용매를 사용할 수 있다. 또한, 바람직하게는 물, 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알코올 또는 이들의 혼합용매를 사용할 수 있으며, 상기 추출물은 에탄올 추출물인 것이 가장 바람직하다.
본 발명의 일 구체예에 따르면, 상기 조성물은 붉나무충영 추출물 및 쑥잎 추출물을 더 포함할 수 있다.
붉나무충영 추출물은 질염의 원인균인 칸디다균에 대한 항균 효과가 있는 것으로 알려져 있어 본 발명의 혼합 추출물에 항균 효과를 증가시킬 수 있으며, 쑥잎 추출물은 본 발명의 여성청결제 조성물에 탈취 효과를 부여한다.
본 발명의 일 구체예에 따르면, 상기 조성물은 자무, 락토바실러스, 나이아신아미드, 소듐히알루로네이트, 알지닌, 글리세린, 1,2-헥산디올, 베타글루칸, 히알루론산, 아데노신, 부틸렌글리콜 및 히드록시에틸셀룰로오스를 더 포함할 수 있으며, 상기 조성물은 조성물 총 중량 대비 황금, 석류피, 지모, 녹차 및 오미자의 혼합 추출물 1.5 내지 35 중량%, 붉나무충영 추출물 3 내지 10 중량%, 쑥잎 추출물 0.1 내지 5 중량%, 자무 0.1 내지 3 중량%, 락토바실러스 분말 0.1 내지 3 중량%, 나이아신아미드 0.1 내지 3 중량%, 소듐히알루로네이트 0.1 내지 3 중량%, 알지닌 0.5 내지 2 중량%, 글리세린 3 내지 9 중량%, 1,2-헥산디올 0.5 내지 1.5 중량%, 베타글루칸 0.3 내지 5 중량%, 히알루론산 1 내지 5 중량%, 아데노신 0.01 내지 1 중량%, 부틸렌글리콜 0.3 내지 3 중량% 및 히드록시에틸셀룰로오스 3 내지 25 중량%를 포함하는 것이 가장 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 여성청결제 조성물을 이용하여 여성청결제를 제조하는 경우, 10 내지 40 중량%의 정제수가 포함될 수 있으며, 정제수는 여성청결제 제품의 농도를 조절하고, 각 성분의 용매역할을 하는 것으로서, 상수를 증류하거나 이온교환수지를 통하여 정제한 물을 사용할 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 여성청결제는 일반적인 기능성 화장품 형태, 외용제 또는 스프레이 형태로 제조될 수 있으나, 이에 한정하지는 않는다.
본 발명에 따른 여성청결제 조성물은 천연물을 사용하여 인체에 안전성이 높으며, 항균 효과가 우수하여 여성의 청결 유지 및 여성질환을 예방하는데 효과적이다.
도 1은 페이퍼디스크법을 이용하여 본 발명에 따른 혼합 추출물의 항균 효과를 확인한 결과를 나타낸다.
이하 하나 이상의 구체예를 실시예를 통하여 보다 상세하게 설명한다. 그러나, 이들 실시예는 하나 이상의 구체예를 예시적으로 설명하기 위한 것으로 본 발명의 범위가 이들 실시예에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
실시예 1: 황금, 석류피, 지모, 녹차, 오미자 혼합 추출물의 제조
33.3%의 에탄올 또는 주정 7.2 L를 사용하여 약초시장에서 구입한 황금 405 g, 석류피 571 g, 지모 100 g, 녹차잎 141 g, 오미자 189.2 g을 넣고, 초음파 처리기(KODO, Hwaseong, Korea, 출력 1,200 W, 주파수 28 KHz)로 50℃에서 2시간 추출한 후에 95~100℃에서 3시간 열수 추출한 후, 여과하였다. 상기 여과된 추출물 100 ml를 재 여과하고, 93℃에서 감압농축하여 상기 5종 천연물의 혼합 추출물을 수득하였다.
실시예 2: 황금, 석류피, 지모, 녹차, 오미자 혼합 추출물의 항균 실험
항균 효과는 상기 실시예 1에서 제조한 혼합 추출물을 페이퍼 디스크에 적시어, 미생물을 도말한 배지위에 올려놓고 배양한 다음, 디스크 주위의 투명환(clear zone)의 크기를 측정하여 비교하였다.
구체적으로, 실시예 1에서 제조한 혼합 추출물 50 ㎕를 페이퍼 디스크(지름 8mm, 두께 1.5mm)에 적신 다음, 실온에서 하루 동안 방치하였다. 항균력 실험을 수행할 대상 4종의 균주(Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Candida albicans, Escherichia coli, Bacillus cereus)는 각각 30℃ 또는 37℃에서 1-2일 동안 배양하여, 흡광도를 측정하고 1×104 CFU가 되도록 계산한 다음, 고체 배지(Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Bacillus cereus는 Nutrient Agar 배지, Candida albicans는 Sabrouraud Dextrose Agar 배지) 위에 상기 4종의 균주를 각각 고르게 도말하고, 37℃의 인큐베이터에서 2-3일 동안 배양하였다. 이후, 페이퍼 디스크 주변에 균이 자라지 않은 투명환의 지름을 측정함으로써 항균력을 확인하였다.
도 1에서, 1은 30% 에탄올, 2는 60% 에탄올을 첨가한 페이퍼디스크이며, 3에서 확인된 투명환의 크기는 각각 Pseudomonas aeruginosa - 2.4mm, Candida albicans - 1.4mm, Escherichia coli - 2.6,mm, Bacillus cereus - 2.7mm 로 나타났다. 도 1에서 확인한 바와 같이, 5종의 천연물이 포함된 혼합 추출물은 각종 유해균에 우수한 항균 효과를 나타냄을 확인하였다.
실시예 3: 여성청결제의 제조
상기 실시예 2에서 확인한 각 세균에 대한 항균 효과 측정 결과로부터, 아래의 표 1에 기재된 조성을 갖는 여성청결제를 제조하였다.
구체적으로, 실시예 1에서 제조한 황금, 석류피, 지모, 녹차 및 오미자의 혼합 추출물 25 중량%, 자무 1 중량%, 락토바실러스 1 중량%, 나이아신아미드 1 중량%, 소듐히알루로네이트 1 중량%, 알지닌 1.6 중량%, 글리세린 8 중량%, 1,2-헥산디올 0.5 중량%, 베타글루칸 3 중량%, 히알루론산 5 중량%, 아데노신 0.01 중량%, 부틸렌글리콜 1.5 중량% 및 히드록시에틸셀룰로오스 11 중량%, 붉나무충영 추출물 10 중량%(충영 200g을 물 1L로 추출 95~100℃에서 3시간 열수 추출한 후, 여과한 다음, 상기 여과된 추출물 100 ml를 재 여과하고, 93℃에서 감압농축하여 추출물을 수득함), 쑥잎 추출물 5 중량%(쑥잎 100g 에 물 1L 로 추출 95~100℃에서 3시간 열수 추출한 후, 여과한 다음, 상기 여과된 추출물 100 ml를 재 여과하고, 93℃에서 감압농축하여 추출물을 수득함)를 혼합하고, 하루 정도 숙성시켜 본 발명에 따른 여성청결제를 제조하였다.

이제까지 본 발명에 대하여 그 바람직한 실시예들을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자는 본 발명이 본 발명의 본질적인 특성에서 벗어나지 않는 범위에서 변형된 형태로 구현될 수 있음을 이해할 수 있을 것이다. 그러므로 개시된 실시예들은 한정적인 관점이 아니라 설명적인 관점에서 고려되어야 한다. 본 발명의 범위는 전술한 설명이 아니라 특허청구범위에 나타나 있으며, 그와 동등한 범위 내에 있는 모든 차이점은 본 발명에 포함된 것으로 해석되어야 할 것이다.

- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 자무, 락토바실러스, 나이아신아미드, 소듐히알루로네이트, 알지닌, 글리세린, 1,2-헥산디올, 베타글루칸, 히알루론산, 아데노신, 부틸렌글리콜 및 히드록시에틸셀룰로오스를 더 포함하는 것인 여성청결제 조성물.
