putting polyglutamic acid and deionized water into a homogenizer according to a proportion, homogenizing for 10min at 78 ℃, completely dissolving to obtain A, and then placing A for natural cooling;
when the temperature of the A is reduced to 50 ℃, mannitol and dextran are added according to the proportion and are uniformly mixed to obtain B;
when the temperature of the B is reduced to 30 ℃, adding the traditional Chinese medicine extract, the ficus pumila cryptocephala extract, the momordica grosvenori extract, the lonicera edulis extract, the Guangxi rubus suavissimus fruit extract, the mango extract, the longan extract, the apple extract, the nano graphene and the fibroblast growth factor in proportion, uniformly stirring to obtain C, then freezing the C at the temperature of minus 25 ℃ for 20 hours, and discharging after the plate alignment is qualified; filling the frozen C, placing the C in vacuum freeze drying equipment, and carrying out vacuum freeze drying treatment for 35h at the temperature of-50 ℃ and the vacuum degree of 7Pa to obtain freeze-dried powder containing the composition with the acne removing effect;
