图10为根据本发明的实施例的换热器的换热组件的一种设置方式的示意立体图;

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本发明做进一步说明。
参见图1至12,根据本发明的实施例的用于换热器的换热组件1包括:用于换热介质流过的多个换热管11;连接在相邻的换热管11之间的连接片12;以及由连接片12的至少一部分形成的换热片121。多个换热管11和连接片12可以通过挤压成型或其它方式成型成一体。
参见图2至4、8、9、12,在本发明的实施例中,连接片12包括主体120以及与主体120不在同一平面上的换热片121。在一个示例中,换热片121包括百叶窗状的换热片121。换热片121的长度与连接片12的宽度的比值范围为0.2~3。在另一个示例中,换热片121包括主体120和从主体120向主体120的垂直于主体120的方向上的一侧突出的桥片,桥片的周边的一部分与主体120分离。换热片121的长度方向可以与换热管11的轴向方向大致垂直或成锐角。尽管一些换热器和换热组件1的附图中没有示出百叶窗状的换热片121和桥片等,但是这些附图所示出的换热器和换热组件1可以设有换热片121和桥片等。
根据本发明的实施例,换热组件1的连接片12进行开窗而形成百叶窗状的换热片121或对连接片12进行其它处理,然后把多层的换热组件1叠加成多层,或折叠成多层或以其它方式形成多层,换热管两端与两根或多根集流管15联接。如图10,图11所示,换热组件1可以大致沿着长度方向或者宽度方向折叠。
根据本发明的实施例,换热组件1的连接片12可以形成有条缝等。可从连接片12去除材料。被去除材料的形状可为条状、块状、圆状等。
在本发明的实施例中,换热管11可以是圆形的、方形的、矩形的或其它形状的。如图3、4所示,换热管11的内侧及外侧皆可有翅片或花纹。如图5所示,换热管11可以是单通道或多通道换热管。
在本发明的实施例中,如图6、7所示,换热组件1可在沿换热管11的轴线方向或垂直于换热管11的轴线方向折弯或扭弯,也可直接加工成折弯状态。例如,所述换热组件1在与换热管11的轴向方向平行的方向观看时具有折线形的形状;或者所述换热组件1在与换热管的轴向方向垂直的方向观看时具有波浪形的形状。由此可以增加换热组件1的换热面积。
在本发明的实施例中,换热组件1的换热管11的尺寸、通孔个数及形状等可以不同,如各个换热管11的直径、截面形状等可以不同。换热管11间的连接片12的尺寸及形状可不同,如连接片12的厚度、长度等可不同。连接片12上的开窗(百叶窗状的换热片)结构等可不同,如开窗(百叶窗状的换热片)的长度、角度、间距等可不同。换热管11的水力直径范围可以为0.1~5mm。连接片12的厚度范围可以为0.02~1mm,连接片12的宽度(两相邻换热管11间的距离)范围可以为3~30mm。
下面描述根据本发明的实施例的换热器。
参见图8至12,根据本发明的实施例的换热器包括换热组件1。参见图8、9、12,换热器还包括集流管15,换热组件1为至少一层大致与集流管15的轴向方向平行的换热组件1,或多层换热组件1,多层换热组件1中的每一层换热组件1大致与集流管15的轴向方向平行。多层换热组件1可以由单个换热组件1折弯形成。如图10、11所示,多层换热组件1可以由单个换热组件沿着与换热管11的轴向方向大致平行或垂直的方向折弯形成。
如图6、7所示,在本发明的实施例中,所述换热组件1在与换热管11的轴向方向平行的方向观看时具有折线形的形状;或者所述换热组件1在与换热管的轴向方向垂直的方向观看时具有波浪形的形状。由此可以增加换热组件1的换热面积。
参见图8、9,在本发明的实施例中,多层换热组件1中的多个换热管11的端部分别插入集流管15的不同开口中。参见图12,多层换热组件1中的在与集流管15的轴向方向大致垂直或成锐角的方向上排列的多个换热管11的端部插入集流管15的同一开口中。例如,多层换热组件1中的在集流管15的轴向方向上处于同一位置的多个换热管11的端部插入集流管15的同一开口中。
在本发明的实施例中,在一些应用场合下,风的方向大致与连接片12或连接片12的主体120所在的平面垂直。
在本发明的实施例中,换热器可以包括单层换热组件1或多层换热组件1。换热器可以沿换热管11折弯,形成有多个折弯部。参见图8至12,各个独立的换热组件1可叠加成多层。参见图8、12,每层的换热组件1可以对齐叠加。当每层换热组件1垂直放置时,每层的对应换热管11的轴线处于同一水平面上。各个独立的换热组件1可叠加使用。参见图9,多层换热组件1也可以交错叠加。例如,所述换热组件1中的至少两层换热组件1的换热管11在与换热管11的轴向方向垂直的方向上相互错开,以增加换热管11与空气的接触和促进空气的扰动,从而增加换热器的换热效率。当每层换热组件1垂直放置时,每层的换热管11的轴线处于不同水平面上。
在本发明的实施例中,参见图10至11,可以用一个独立的换热组件1折叠成或弯曲成多层使用。如图10所示,折叠时可保持换热管11不变,每层换热组件1的长度可一样或不一样。如图11所示,换热组件1可以沿换热管11折弯,形成有多个折弯部,换热组件1的两端的多个换热管11可以大致沿着集流管的轴向方向排列并插入集流管。相邻的两层换热组件1上的换热管11可以对齐也可以错开。在一些应用场合下,风可以上下方向吹也可以前后方向吹,风的方向大致与连接片12或连接片12的主体120所在的平面大致垂直或者平行。
在本发明的实施例中,采用多层换热组件1的情况下,每层换热组件1可以有不同的结构,各层换热组件1之间的距离,各层换热组件1上的换热管数量,管径,连接片的尺寸等,连接片上的开窗(百叶窗状的换热片)等皆可不同。相邻两层换热组件1间的距离(LD)与连接片12上开窗(百叶窗状的换热片)间距(LP)的关系是:0.2LP≤LD≤10LP,相邻两层换热组件1间的距离(LD)与换热管的水力直径(HD)的关系是:0.2HD≤LD≤10HD。
在本发明的实施例中,参见如8、9、12,换热管的两端可与单个或多个集流管联接。如图8、9所示,换热管可每根单独插入集流管中,或如图12所示,数根换热管并列在一起,再插入集流管中。
下面描述根据本发明的实施例的用于形成换热组件1的模具。
参见图13至16,模具包括:第一模具,该第一模具用于形成多个换热管11的孔110(参见图1和2);以及第二模具2,该第二模具2具有用于形成换热组件1的主体的型腔20,型腔20具有开口21,换热组件1从第二模具2的型腔20的开口21挤出。开口21呈带状,并且沿弯曲的线延伸。弯曲的线可以是非封闭线或封闭线。例如,弯曲的线可以包括圆周的至少一部分、螺旋线、折线、之字形线中的至少一种。
如图13至16所示,挤压出的换热组件在垂直于换热管的轴线的方向上的截面是非直线形的,可以是非封闭的曲线形的,例如圆形的一部分、螺旋形的,或多角形的一部分、或之字形的。挤压出的换热组件可以通过展开等方式形成直线状的。使用该方法,小尺寸的模具也可以生产出大尺寸的产品
通过采用根据本发明的实施例的用于换热器的换热组件、包括该换热组件的换热器,可以提高换热效率、降低产品成本、提高排水速度、延长除霜周期、减小冷媒充注量、产品易回收。
包括本发明的实施例的换热组件的换热器,换热组件可水平摆放,也可竖起摆放,皆有良好的排水效果。
尽管描述了上述实施例,但是上述实施例中的一些特征可以进行组合形成新的实施例。

Claims (18)

1.一种用于换热器的换热组件,包括:
用于换热介质流过的多个换热管;
连接在相邻的换热管之间的连接片;以及
由连接片的至少一部分形成的换热片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于换热器的换热组件,其中:
所述连接片包括主体以及与主体不在同一平面上的所述换热片。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于换热器的换热组件,其中:
所述换热片包括百叶窗状的换热片。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于换热器的换热组件,其中:
所述换热片包括主体和从主体向主体的垂直于主体的方向上的一侧突出的桥片,所述桥片的周边的一部分与主体分离。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于换热器的换热组件,其中:
所述换热片的长度方向与换热管的轴向方向大致垂直或成锐角。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于换热器的换热组件,其中:
多个换热管和连接片通过挤压成型成一体。
7.一种换热器,包括:
权利要求1所述的用于换热器的换热组件。
8.根据权利要求7所述的换热器,还包括:
集流管,所述换热组件为至少一层大致与集流管的轴向方向平行的换热组件。
9.根据权利要求7所述的换热器,其中:
所述换热组件为多层换热组件,多层换热组件由单个换热组件折弯形成。
10.根据权利要求9所述的换热器,其中:
多层换热组件由单个换热组件沿着与换热管的轴向方向大致平行或垂直的方向折弯形成。
11.根据权利要求7所述的换热器,其中:
所述换热组件为多层换热组件,多层换热组件中的多个换热管的端部分别插入集流管的不同开口中。
12.根据权利要求7所述的换热器,其中:
所述换热组件在与换热管的轴向方向平行的方向观看时具有折线形的形状。
13.根据权利要求7所述的换热器,其中:
所述换热组件在与换热管的轴向方向垂直的方向观看时具有波浪形的形状。
14.根据权利要求7所述的换热器,其中:
所述换热组件为多层换热组件,所述换热组件中的至少两层换热组件的换热管在与换热管的轴向方向垂直的方向上相互错开。
15.根据权利要求7所述的换热器,其中:
所述换热组件为多层换热组件,多层换热组件中的在与集流管的轴向方向大致垂直或成锐角的方向上排列的多个换热管的端部插入集流管的同一开口中。
16.一种用于形成权利要求1所述的用于换热器的换热组件的模具,包括:
第一模具,该第一模具用于形成多个换热管的孔;以及
第二模具,该第二模具具有用于形成换热组件的主体的型腔,所述型腔具有开口,换热组件从第二模具的型腔的开口挤出,
其中所述开口呈带状,并且沿弯曲的线延伸。
17.根据权利要求16所述的模具,其中:
弯曲的线是非封闭线。
18.根据权利要求16所述的模具,其中:
所述弯曲的线包括圆周的至少一部分、螺旋线、折线中的至少一种。
