Description

本发明涉及一种具有双面增强纤维的薄片砂轮。
在现有技术中,所有薄片砂轮均只有中间一层增强纤维,二边是磨料,如产品BG4175-86。这种结构的薄片砂轮,轴向受力性差,在运输使用过程中易折碎和破裂,造成人身事故。
本发明的目的在于提供一种安全的、高强度的薄片砂轮。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用下述技术方案:在薄片砂轮的轴向二边各胶粘一层高强度的玻璃纤维网布,二层纤维的中间是磨料。它的特点是利用二层纤维把磨料夹在中间,使砂轮二边均能承受较大的轴向力,大大提高砂轮的使用安全性,它可适用于厚度为2.5~16mm,外径为150~600mm,内径为16~32mm的各种薄片砂轮。
本发明与现有技术相比,优点是显见的,由于砂轮磨料一般抗压性能好,抗拉性能差,当只有中间一层增强纤维时,不轮砂轮受到那个方向的轴向力时,如将砂轮二边的磨料作为受压的支力点,则中间的纤维承受拉应力的力矩,只有薄片砂轮厚度的一半,而当两边均有纤维时,每边的纤维承拉应力的力矩均为薄片砂轮整个厚度,抗折强度提高50%以上;从砂轮的抗径向力来讲,二层纤维的抗离心力强度提高近一倍;实践证实,增加一层纤维、并未影响砂轮的切削力和切削速度;从砂轮制造工艺上讲,双面纤维的薄片砂轮比老产品减少五个工序,并更易实现生产机械化。
本发明的一种实施方案是:薄片砂轮厚度为3mm,外径Φ为320mm,内径Φ为32mm,二边的增强纤维为玻璃纤维网布。

Claims (2)

1、一种具有双面增强纤维的薄片砂轮,其特征是:薄片砂轮的轴向二边的表面各有一层增强纤维,二层纤维中间是磨料。
2、根据权利要求1所述的薄片砂轮,其外径为Φ150~500mm,内径为Φ16~32mm,厚度为2.5~6mm。
