在汽车制动分泵中,加压柱塞外,套加一个复位缸,使加压柱塞在非制动行驶时自动复位,松开刹车片与刹车盘。在复位缸与制动分泵体间加一弹性元件,加压时弹性元件受压微变形,失压时膨胀推动复位缸微动回位。复位量设计限位凸台,既保证复位消除了摩擦,又保证了再制动时的敏感响应。

汽车制动方面的节能、节油及延长机件寿命。
背景技术
在汽车盘式制动中,行驶及非制动状态时,目前均为半摩擦状态。即摩擦片与摩擦盘这对摩擦付处于半摩擦状态。导致汽车行驶阻滞,阻力增大,同时摩擦付间的摩擦产生热量与磨损,这既加大了燃油的浪费又加剧了摩擦片与摩擦盘的磨损,降低了使用寿命。
发明内容
本申请之专利解决了上述汽车制动系统中摩擦付在非制动状态时的半摩擦状态,使盘式制动分泵之液压缸在不制动状态下既能微动复位,又能随着摩擦片及摩擦盘的磨损而随动补偿。消除了车辆行驶中的羁绊及无谓损耗,达到节能及延长制动摩擦付使用寿命的目的。

Claims (4)

1.在汽车制动分泵中,加压柱塞外,套加一个复位缸,使加压柱塞在非制动行驶时自动复位,松开刹车片与刹车盘。
2.根据权利要求项1,在复位缸与制动分泵体间加一弹性元件,加压时弹性元件受压微变形,失压时膨胀推动复位缸微动回位。
3.复位量由设计的限位凸台调整,既保证复位消除了摩擦,又保证了再制动时的敏感响应。
4.复位缸及限位装配采用以下两种方式实现:
(1)头端加螺旋付结构式
(2)头端在泵体结构出限位及弹性件沟槽,尾端加装配封盖。
