Abstract

本发明提出了一种水果自动去枝装置,可以自动去除掉水果上带有的枝条,从而减少或者避免枝条在运输过程中损害水果。本发明由底座及架设于底座上的本体构成,本体的上部设有漏斗状的水果容置部,下部通过垂直的落枝通道连接有枝条排除部;本体还设有水平的切割通道,切割通道的一端与落枝通道相通;切割通道内设有切割刀,本体的侧面设有用于驱动切割刀水平往复运动的气缸;该水果自动去枝装置还包括一个位于水果容置部上方的漏斗状的水果调整部,所述水果调整部的侧部设有水平支架,所述水平支架设有通孔,所述本体的顶面设有垂直向上穿过所述通孔的导向柱,本体的顶面与水平支架之间设有弹簧;所述本体的顶面还设有控制气缸的行程开关。

技术领域
本发明涉及到一种水果加工装置,具体涉及到一种为砂糖桔等水果去枝的装置。
背景技术
在摘取砂糖桔等水果时,必须连同水果蒂部的枝条一起剪下,否则就可能将水果的表皮撕坏。但是,将带有枝条的水果堆放在一起运输时,枝条经常会将水果的表皮戳坏,造成水果的损伤,进而影响水果的价值。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种水果自动去枝装置,可以自动去除掉水果上带有的枝条,从而减少或者避免枝条在运输过程中损害水果。
本发明的水果自动去枝装置由底座及架设于底座上的本体构成,所述本体的上部设有漏斗状的水果容置部,下部设有枝条排除部,所述水果容置部、枝条排除部通过垂直的落枝通道连接;所述本体还设有水平的切割通道,所述切割通道的一端与落枝通道相通;切割通道内设有切割刀,切割通道的底面设有用于支撑切割刀的滑槽,本体的侧面设有用于驱动切割刀水平往复运动的气缸;该水果自动去枝装置还包括一个位于水果容置部上方的漏斗状的水果调整部,所述水果调整部的侧部设有水平支架,所述水平支架设有通孔,所述本体的顶面设有垂直向上穿过所述通孔的导向柱,本体的顶面与水平支架之间设有弹簧,所述弹簧套设于导向柱上;所述本体的顶面在水平支架的下方设有行程开关,所述行程开关与气缸连接,以控制气缸的动作。
上述水果自动去枝装置的工作原理如下:
将剪下来的水果放入到水果调整部内,并使水果的枝条向下伸入到落枝通道内,然后向下按动水果,使得水果调整部连同水平支架一起向下移动,从而触发行程开关,控制切割刀向落枝通道的方向行进,当切割刀接触到枝条后,会将枝条压在落枝通道的侧壁处而切断,切落的枝条会沿着落枝通道而掉落到枝条排除部,进而掉到地面或者地面所设的筐内。在上述去枝过程中,枝条被落枝通道所限制,并不会受到较剧烈的扯动,因此不会将果皮扯坏,从而保证了水果果实的完整性;松开水果后,水果调整部及水平支架会在弹簧的弹力作用下自动上移,行程开关复位,从而控制气缸复位,等待下一次的枝条剪切。上述水果调整部与水果容置部均为漏斗状结构,可以对水果调整部的移动进行限位;切割刀被限制在切割通道内,不会外露,足以保证安全。
进一步地,所述水果容置部的表面设有弹性缓冲垫,以避免水果被水果容置部的表面碰伤,更为关键的是,在枝条被切割刀切除的过程中,在弹性缓冲垫的支撑下,水果能够随着枝条做微小的移动,从而避免枝条被切割刀压紧割断过程中扯坏水果的表皮。
进一步地,所述枝条排除部为倒置的漏斗状结构,以方便带有树叶的枝条能够舒畅地从落枝通道中掉落,而不至于造成落枝通道内堵塞。
本发明的水果自动去枝装置结构简单,可以自动地对水果上的枝条进行修剪,不仅避免枝条在运输过程中戳坏水果,还能够保留预定长度的枝条以延长水果的保鲜期,从而提高水果的价值。

实施例1:
如图1所示,本实施例的水果自动去枝装置由底座1及悬空架设于底座1上的本体2构成,所述本体2的上部设有漏斗状的水果容置部3,下部设有枝条排除部4,枝条排除部4离地面具有一定的高度;水果容置部3、枝条排除部4通过垂直的落枝通道5连接;所述本体2还设有水平的切割通道6,所述切割通道6的一端与落枝通道5相通。枝条排除部4为倒置的漏斗状结构,以方便带有树叶的枝条能够舒畅地从落枝通道5中掉落,而不至于造成落枝通道5内堵塞。
切割通道6内设有水平往复运动的切割刀7,切割通道6的底面设有用于支撑切割刀的滑槽8,本体2的侧面设有用于驱动切割刀7水平往复运动的气缸9;该水果自动去枝装置还包括一个位于水果容置部3上方的漏斗状的水果调整部10,所述水果调整部10的侧部设有水平支架11,所述水平支架11设有通孔,所述本体2的顶面设有垂直向上穿过所述通孔的导向柱12,本体2的顶面与水平支架11之间设有弹簧13,所述弹簧13套设于导向柱12上;所述本体2的顶面还在水平支架11的下方设有行程开关14,所述行程开关14与气缸9连接,以控制气缸9的动作。
上述水果自动去枝装置的工作原理如下:

1.一种水果自动去枝装置,其特征在于由底座及架设于底座上的本体构成,所述本体的上部设有漏斗状的水果容置部,下部设有枝条排除部,所述水果容置部、枝条排除部通过垂直的落枝通道连接;所述本体还设有水平的切割通道,所述切割通道的一端与落枝通道相通;切割通道内设有切割刀,切割通道的底面设有用于支撑切割刀的滑槽,本体的侧面设有用于驱动切割刀水平往复运动的气缸;该水果自动去枝装置还包括一个位于水果容置部上方的漏斗状的水果调整部,所述水果调整部的侧部设有水平支架,所述水平支架设有通孔,所述本体的顶面设有垂直向上穿过所述通孔的导向柱,本体的顶面与水平支架之间设有弹簧,所述弹簧套设于导向柱上;所述本体的顶面在水平支架的下方设有行程开关,所述行程开关与气缸连接,以控制气缸的动作。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水果自动去枝装置,其特征在于所述水果调整部的表面设有弹性缓冲垫。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的水果自动去枝装置,其特征在于所述枝条排除部为倒置的漏斗状结构。
