本发明公开了一种抗菌杀虫微生物猪饲料及其制备方法,属于饲料制备技术领域,所述抗菌杀虫微生物猪饲料以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:淀粉混合物40‑60份、红糖粉12‑20份、果渣12‑20份、蔗渣15‑22份、益生菌2‑5份、蛋白酶3‑7份、微量元素1‑4份、抗菌杀虫组合物5‑12份、甜味剂1‑4份、防腐剂1‑4份、保鲜剂1‑4份,所述抗菌杀虫微生物猪饲料是通过发酵、烘干、造粒等步骤制成的。本发明的抗菌杀虫微生物猪饲料可防治多种猪的致病菌,保障商品猪健康生长,提高猪肉品质。

【技术领域】
本发明属于饲料领域,具体涉及一种抗菌杀虫微生物猪饲料及其制备方法。
【背景技术】
一般情况下,由于养猪场比较潮湿,养殖猪容易受到各种致病菌的危害,影响养殖猪的健康生长以及猪肉制品的品质。为解决养猪场致病菌的问题,常采用外部消毒杀菌的方法,但也不能从根本是解决这些问题对野猪业造成的困扰。为此,具备抗菌杀虫的饲料应运而生。由于要使饲料具备抗菌杀虫的功能,通常需要添加抗生素,这就容易造成比较严重的药残,而含有微生物及天然药效成分的饲料则能很好的解决这些问题。
【发明内容】
本发明提供了以下技术方案:
一种抗菌杀虫微生物猪饲料,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:淀粉混合物40-60份、红糖粉12-20份、果渣12-20份、蔗渣15-22份、益生菌2-5份、微量元素1-4份、抗菌杀虫组合物5-12份、甜味剂1-4份、防腐剂1-4份、保鲜剂1-4份。
作为最优选,所述的抗菌杀虫微生物猪饲料以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:淀粉混合物45-55份、红糖粉15-18份、果渣15-18份、蔗渣16-18份、益生菌2-3份、微量元素2-4份、抗菌杀虫组合物8-10份、甜味剂2-3份、防腐剂2-3份、保鲜剂2-3份。
优选地,所述淀粉混合物包括玉米粉、豆粉、荞麦粉、木薯粉中的一种或多种。
优选地,所述益生素微量元素包括芽孢杆菌、酵母菌、乳酸菌、双歧杆菌中的一种或多种。
优选地,所述微量元素包括铁、硼、锰、铜、锌、钼、硒中的一种或多种。
优选地,所述抗菌杀虫组合物包括大蒜、苦豆子、苦菜、洋葱、败酱草、茶树叶、艾叶、黄姜、山葵、芦荟中的一种或多种。
优选地,所述甜味剂包括甜菊糖、甘草、甘草酸二钠、甘草酸三钾中的一种或多种。
优选地,所述防腐剂包括山梨酸、脱氢乙酸、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、双乙酸钠、丙酸钙、乳酸钠中的一种或多种。
优选地,所述保鲜剂包括苯甲酸、丁基羟基茴香醚、二丁基羟基甲苯、没食子酸丙酯、叔丁基对苯二酚中的一种或多种。
本发明还提供了一种抗菌杀虫微生物猪饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将淀粉混合物、红糖粉、果渣、蔗渣份、益生菌混合均匀并放入发酵罐中发酵,发酵温度45-55℃、时长11-16h,发酵完成后将发酵物移至搅拌器中,向发酵物中加入微量元素、抗菌杀虫组合物、甜味剂、防腐剂、保鲜剂,在120-160r/min的转速下搅拌30-60min,得到搅拌物料;
S2:将上述步骤得到的搅拌物料在90-95烘干℃下烘干至含水量在11-15%,经造粒机造成2-4mm的颗粒,制得抗菌杀虫微生物猪饲料。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明的猪饲料通过微生物发酵制得,含有多种天然药效成分,可防治多种猪的致病菌,保障商品猪健康生长,且营养齐全,不含抗生素,有利于提高猪肉品质。

下面结合具体实施例进行具体说明。
实施例1
一种抗菌杀虫微生物猪饲料,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:玉米粉20份、豆粉15份、荞麦粉22份、木薯粉16份、红糖粉15份、果渣18份、蔗渣18份、芽孢杆菌1份、酵母菌2份、乳酸菌2份、双歧杆菌1份、铁1份、硼1份、锰1份、铜1份、锌1份、钼1份、硒2份、大蒜4份、苦豆子1份、苦菜2份、洋葱3份、败酱草2份、茶树叶4份、艾叶4份、黄姜3份、山葵3份、芦荟3份、甜菊糖2份、甘草4份、甘草酸二钠3份、甘草酸三钾2份、山梨酸1份、脱氢乙酸2份、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯2份、双乙酸钠1份、丙酸钙2份、乳酸钠1份、苯甲酸1份、丁基羟基茴香醚1份、二丁基羟基甲苯1份、没食子酸丙酯1份、叔丁基对苯二酚2份。
本发明还提供了一种抗菌杀虫微生物猪饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将玉米粉20份、豆粉15份、荞麦粉22份、木薯粉16份、红糖粉15份、果渣18份、蔗渣18份、芽孢杆菌1份、酵母菌2份、乳酸菌2份、双歧杆菌1份混合均匀并放入发酵罐中发酵,发酵温度55℃、时长16h,发酵完成后将发酵物移至搅拌器中,向发酵物中加入铁1份、硼1份、锰1份、铜1份、锌1份、钼1份、硒2份、大蒜4份、苦豆子1份、苦菜2份、洋葱3份、败酱草2份、茶树叶4份、艾叶4份、黄姜3份、山葵3份、芦荟3份、甜菊糖2份、甘草4份、甘草酸二钠3份、甘草酸三钾2份、山梨酸1份、脱氢乙酸2份、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯2份、双乙酸钠1份、丙酸钙2份、乳酸钠1份、苯甲酸1份、丁基羟基茴香醚1份、二丁基羟基甲苯1份、没食子酸丙酯1份、叔丁基对苯二酚2份,在160r/min的转速下搅拌60min,得到搅拌物料;
S2:将上述步骤得到的搅拌物料在95烘干℃下烘干至含水量在11%,经造粒机造成4mm的颗粒,制得抗菌杀虫微生物猪饲料。
实施例2
一种抗菌杀虫微生物猪饲料,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:玉米粉20份、豆粉15份、红糖粉15份、果渣18份、蔗渣18份、芽孢杆菌1份、酵母菌2份、铁1份、硼1份、大蒜4份、苦豆子1份、艾叶4份、黄姜3份、甜菊糖2份、山梨酸1份、脱氢乙酸2份、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯2份、双乙酸钠1份、丙酸钙2份、苯甲酸1份、丁基羟基茴香醚1份、二丁基羟基甲苯1份。
本发明还提供了一种抗菌杀虫微生物猪饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将玉米粉20份、豆粉15份、红糖粉15份、果渣18份、蔗渣18份、芽孢杆菌1份、酵母菌2份混合均匀并放入发酵罐中发酵,发酵温度45℃、时长11h,发酵完成后将发酵物移至搅拌器中,向发酵物中加入铁1份、硼1份、大蒜4份、苦豆子1份、艾叶4份、黄姜3份、甜菊糖2份、山梨酸1份、脱氢乙酸2份、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯2份、双乙酸钠1份、丙酸钙2份、苯甲酸1份、丁基羟基茴香醚1份、二丁基羟基甲苯1份,在120r/min的转速下搅拌30min,得到搅拌物料;
S2:将上述步骤得到的搅拌物料在90烘干℃下烘干至含水量在11%,经造粒机造成2mm的颗粒,制得抗菌杀虫微生物猪饲料。
实施例3
一种抗菌杀虫微生物猪饲料,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:玉米粉20份、木薯粉16份、红糖粉15份、果渣18份、蔗渣18份、乳酸菌2份、双歧杆菌1份、铁1份、锌1份、钼1份、硒2份、败酱草2份、茶树叶4份、艾叶4份、黄姜3份、山葵3份、芦荟3份、甜菊糖2份、甘草4份、山梨酸1份、脱氢乙酸2份、双乙酸钠1份、丙酸钙2份、苯甲酸1份、叔丁基对苯二酚2份。
本发明还提供了一种抗菌杀虫微生物猪饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将玉米粉20份、木薯粉16份、红糖粉15份、果渣18份、蔗渣18份、乳酸菌2份、双歧杆菌1份混合均匀并放入发酵罐中发酵,发酵温度50℃、时长14h,发酵完成后将发酵物移至搅拌器中,向发酵物中加入铁1份、锌1份、钼1份、硒2份、败酱草2份、茶树叶4份、艾叶4份、黄姜3份、山葵3份、芦荟3份、甜菊糖2份、甘草4份、山梨酸1份、脱氢乙酸2份、双乙酸钠1份、丙酸钙2份、苯甲酸1份、叔丁基对苯二酚2份,在140r/min的转速下搅拌45min,得到搅拌物料;
S2:将上述步骤得到的搅拌物料在92烘干℃下烘干至含水量在13%,经造粒机造成3mm的颗粒,制得抗菌杀虫微生物猪饲料。
实施例4
一种抗菌杀虫微生物猪饲料,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:荞麦粉22份、木薯粉16份、红糖粉15份、果渣18份、蔗渣18份、芽孢杆菌1份、酵母菌2份、乳酸菌2份、双歧杆菌1份、铁1份、硼1份、锌1份、钼1份、硒2份、大蒜4份、苦豆子1份、茶树叶4份、艾叶4份、黄姜3份、山葵3份、芦荟3份、甘草酸二钠3份、甘草酸三钾2份、山梨酸1份、脱氢乙酸2份、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯2份、双乙酸钠1份、苯甲酸1份、叔丁基对苯二酚2份。
本发明还提供了一种抗菌杀虫微生物猪饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将荞麦粉22份、木薯粉16份、红糖粉15份、果渣18份、蔗渣18份、芽孢杆菌1份、酵母菌2份、乳酸菌2份、双歧杆菌1份混合均匀并放入发酵罐中发酵,发酵温度55℃、时长16h,发酵完成后将发酵物移至搅拌器中,向发酵物中加入铁1份、硼1份、锌1份、钼1份、硒2份、大蒜4份、苦豆子1份、茶树叶4份、艾叶4份、黄姜3份、山葵3份、芦荟3份、甘草酸二钠3份、甘草酸三钾2份、山梨酸1份、脱氢乙酸2份、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯2份、双乙酸钠1份、苯甲酸1份、叔丁基对苯二酚2份,在160r/min的转速下搅拌60min,得到搅拌物料;
S2:将上述步骤得到的搅拌物料在95烘干℃下烘干至含水量在15%,经造粒机造成4mm的颗粒,制得抗菌杀虫微生物猪饲料。

1.一种抗菌杀虫微生物猪饲料,其特征在于,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:淀粉混合物40-60份、红糖粉12-20份、果渣12-20份、蔗渣15-22份、益生菌2-5份、微量元素1-4份、抗菌杀虫组合物5-12份、甜味剂1-4份、防腐剂1-4份、保鲜剂1-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌杀虫微生物猪饲料,其特征在于,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:淀粉混合物45-55份、红糖粉15-18份、果渣15-18份、蔗渣16-18份、益生菌2-3份、微量元素2-4份、抗菌杀虫组合物8-10份、甜味剂2-3份、防腐剂2-3份、保鲜剂2-3份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的抗菌杀虫微生物猪饲料,其特征在于,所述淀粉混合物包括玉米粉、豆粉、荞麦粉、木薯粉中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的抗菌杀虫微生物猪饲料,其特征在于,所述益生素微量元素包括芽孢杆菌、酵母菌、乳酸菌、双歧杆菌中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的抗菌杀虫微生物猪饲料,其特征在于,所述微量元素包括铁、硼、锰、铜、锌、钼、硒中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的抗菌杀虫微生物猪饲料,其特征在于,所述抗菌杀虫组合物包括大蒜、苦豆子、苦菜、洋葱、败酱草、茶树叶、艾叶、黄姜、山葵、芦荟中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的抗菌杀虫微生物猪饲料,其特征在于,所述甜味剂包括甜菊糖、甘草、甘草酸二钠、甘草酸三钾中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的抗菌杀虫微生物猪饲料,其特征在于,所述防腐剂包括山梨酸、脱氢乙酸、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、双乙酸钠、丙酸钙、乳酸钠中的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的抗菌杀虫微生物猪饲料,其特征在于,所述保鲜剂包括苯甲酸、丁基羟基茴香醚、二丁基羟基甲苯、没食子酸丙酯、叔丁基对苯二酚中的一种或多种。
10.一种根据权利要求1或2所述的抗菌杀虫微生物猪饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将淀粉混合物、红糖粉、果渣、蔗渣份、益生菌混合均匀并放入发酵罐中发酵,发酵温度45-55℃、时长11-16h,发酵完成后将发酵物移至搅拌器中,向发酵物中加入微量元素、抗菌杀虫组合物、甜味剂、防腐剂、保鲜剂,在120-160r/min的转速下搅拌30-60min,得到搅拌物料;
S2:将上述步骤得到的搅拌物料在90-95烘干℃下烘干至含水量在11-15%,经造粒机造成2-4mm的颗粒,制得抗菌杀虫微生物猪饲料。
