Abstract
本发明提供一种果实籽烘干设备,可以防止烘干过程中果实籽烤焦,并且提高烘干效率。该果实籽烘干设备包括竖向设置的滚筒,所述滚筒的顶部设有进料口,所述滚筒的侧壁设有若干出风孔,所述滚筒内还固设有竖向设置的螺旋桨,所述螺旋桨的中轴线处设有中空内筒,所述中空内筒的侧壁设有若干进风孔,所述中空内筒的上方连接进风通道,所述进风通道通过滚珠轴承与进风管连接,所述中空内筒的下方连接转动轴,所述转动轴通过传送带与电机连接。

技术领域
本发明涉及水果加工设备技术领域,具体涉及一种果实籽烘干设备。
背景技术
目前,对粒径较小的果实籽烘干,通常采用多层托盘式的烘干箱烘干。这种烘干技术,通常需要间隔时间就要对果实籽进行翻动,防止烤焦。而对不同种类的果实籽,翻动的间隔时间难以控制,且烘干箱内的空气流动慢,对果实籽烘干过程中蒸发的水气排出慢,影响烘干效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种果实籽烘干设备,可以防止烘干过程中果实籽烤焦,并且提高烘干效率。
根据本发明提供的果实籽烘干设备,包括竖向设置的滚筒,所述滚筒的顶部设有进料口,所述滚筒的侧壁设有若干出风孔,所述滚筒内还固设有竖向设置的螺旋桨,所述螺旋桨的中轴线处设有中空内筒,所述中空内筒的侧壁设有若干进风孔,所述中空内筒的上方连接进风通道,所述进风通道通过滚珠轴承与进风管连接,所述中空内筒的下方连接转动轴,所述转动轴通过传送带与电机连接。
本发明的果实籽烘干设备工作时,将果实籽从滚筒上方的进料口放入,然后开动电机带动滚筒转动,同时从进风通道鼓入热空气,热空气通过中空内筒的进风孔往支撑在螺旋桨上的果实籽吹热空气进行烘干,果实籽在滚筒内螺旋桨转动的过程中逐渐下落,自动翻滚,可以防止烤焦,并且使果实籽受热均匀,提高烘干效率;果实烘干过程中蒸发的水气随着热风从滚筒侧壁的出风孔快速排出,提议进一步提高烘干效率。
进一步的,所述进风孔沿所述中空内筒的侧壁阵列设置,所述出风孔设置在所述螺旋桨的上下相邻两片桨叶对应的滚筒侧壁上,以保证热空气均匀加热烘干果实籽。
进一步的,所述进料口设有密封端塞,以防止热空气从进料口吹出,影响热空气的流向。

如图1,本发明的果实籽烘干设备,包括竖向设置的滚筒1,滚筒1的顶部设有进料口11,滚筒1的侧壁设有若干出风孔12,滚筒1内还固设有竖向设置的螺旋桨2,螺旋桨2的中轴线处设有中空内筒3,中空内筒3的侧壁设有若干进风孔31,中空内筒3的上方连接进风通道32,进风通道32通过滚珠轴承33与进风管4连接,中空内筒3的下方连接转动轴51,转动轴51通过传送带52与电机5连接。
本发明的果实籽烘干设备工作时,将果实籽从滚筒1上方的进料口11放入,然后开动电机5带动滚筒1转动,同时从进风通道32鼓入热空气,热空气通过中空内筒3的进风孔31往支撑在螺旋桨2上的果实籽吹热空气进行烘干,果实籽在滚筒1内螺旋桨2转动的过程中逐渐下落,自动翻滚,可以防止烤焦,并且使果实籽受热均匀,提高烘干效率;果实烘干过程中蒸发的水气随着热风从滚筒1侧壁的出风孔12快速排出,提议进一步提高烘干效率。
作为优选的实施方式,进风孔31沿中空内筒3的侧壁阵列设置,出风孔12设置在螺旋桨2的上下相邻两片桨叶对应的滚筒1的侧壁上,以保证热空气均匀加热烘干果实籽。
优选的,进料口11设有密封端塞6,以防止热空气从进料口11吹出,影响热空气的流向。

1.一种果实籽烘干设备,其特征在于包括竖向设置的滚筒,所述滚筒的顶部设有进料口,所述滚筒的侧壁设有若干出风孔,所述滚筒内还固设有竖向设置的螺旋桨,所述螺旋桨的中轴线处设有中空内筒,所述中空内筒的侧壁设有若干进风孔,所述中空内筒的上方连接进风通道,所述进风通道通过滚珠轴承与进风管连接,所述中空内筒的下方连接转动轴,所述转动轴通过传送带与电机连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的果实籽烘干设备,其特征在于所述进风孔沿所述中空内筒的侧壁阵列设置,所述出风孔设置在所述螺旋桨的上下相邻两片桨叶对应的滚筒侧壁上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的果实籽烘干设备,其特征在于所述进料口设有密封端塞。
