Abstract

本发明提供了一种塑料与金属的粘结方法,其包括如下步骤:采用化学腐蚀的方法将金属中与塑料的结合的一面进行处理;在金属中与塑料结合的一面上注塑聚苯硫醚,并控制聚苯硫醚层的厚度;在聚苯硫醚层的表面注塑聚醚醚酮或热塑性聚酰亚胺,去除浇口。与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:1、本发明根据应用场合的需要具备了金属与塑料的特性,塑料具备耐磨,绝缘和降噪等性能,金属件部分具备了高强度与耐高温等性能高;2、本发明节省了特种塑料的使用,使得成本更加节省。

Description

一种塑料与金属的粘结方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高性能材料与金属粘接的工艺方法,具体来说这种粘接后的零件同时在不同的工作部位具有高性能材料的特性和金属的特性,可应用与工业、汽车、纺织与航空等各种机械与设备领域。
背景技术
由于金属具有高强度、高耐温等特点;但是在某些场合还需要材料的耐磨损、绝缘、隔热、降噪和耐化学腐蚀等要求,而这些是普通金属不具备的;同样对于特种塑料来说,通过改性和选择更加耐高温的塑料来改善耐温与强度,但是,与金属来比较还是;强度与高耐温是有所欠缺的。一些温度较低和高流动性的材料,如聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PBT)、聚苯硫醚(PPS)和高温尼龙(PPS);可以通过金属表面进行腐蚀,然后通过注塑工艺,直接将塑料与金属件进行粘接而获得金属与塑料一体的材料。但是,对于聚醚醚酮(PEEK)或者热塑性聚酰亚胺(TPI),注塑温度很高,且流动性不好,无法将这种高性能材料直接注塑到化学腐蚀的金属件上面去;即使面前注塑上去,也没有粘接强度。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种塑料与金属的粘结方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明提供一种塑料与金属的粘结方法,其包括如下步骤:
采用化学腐蚀的方法将金属中与塑料相结合的一面进行处理;
在金属中与塑料结合的一面上注塑聚苯硫醚,并控制聚苯硫醚层的厚度;
在聚苯硫醚层的表面注塑聚醚醚酮或热塑性聚酰亚胺,去除浇口。
作为优选方案,所述化学腐蚀的方法为酸腐蚀或电化学腐蚀。
作为优选方案,所述聚苯硫醚层的厚度为0.2~0.5mm。
将高性能塑料与金属通过注塑粘接在一起,对于某些场合的零件;让金属件的具备了耐磨、绝缘、降噪和耐化学腐蚀、耐高温等特点。这种零件可以进一步通过机加工获得,同时具有特种塑料与金属的性能。而达到进一步提高设备或者机械的性能。这种零件在各行各业均有实际的应用。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:
1、本发明根据应用场合的需要具备了金属与塑料的特性,塑料具备耐磨,绝缘和降噪等性能,金属件部分具备了高强度与耐高温等性能高;
2、本发明节省了特种塑料的使用,使得成本更加节省。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。以下实施例将有助于本领域的技术人员进一步理解本发明,但不以任何形式限制本发明。应当指出的是,对本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进。这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
1)金属件采用化学腐蚀的工艺,将所需要与塑料相结合的一面进行酸腐蚀;
2)采用聚苯硫醚材料进行第一次注塑;去除毛边及浇口;并且通过机加工控制聚苯硫醚层的厚度;其中注塑温度为290~310℃,模具温度为130~145℃;注塑压力为30~60MPa,注塑厚度为1mm;
3)将注塑后的PPS除去浇口及毛边,并且将聚苯硫醚层的厚度加至0.2~0.5mm;
4)将聚醚醚酮注塑至有聚苯硫醚层,由于熔体温度高于聚苯硫醚,聚苯硫醚开始熔化,并与注塑进去的高性能材料融为一体;其中注塑温度为360~400℃,模温为180~200℃,注塑压力为30~80MPa;
5)去除高性能材料的浇口。
实施例2
1)金属件采用化学腐蚀的工艺,将所需要与塑料相结合的一面进行电化学腐蚀;
2)采用聚苯硫醚材料进行第一次注塑;去除毛边及浇口;并且通过机加工控制聚苯硫醚层的厚度;其中注塑温度为290~310℃,模具温度为130~145℃;注塑压力为30~60MPa,注塑厚度为1mm;
3)将注塑后的PPS除去浇口及毛边,并且将聚苯硫醚层的厚度加至0.2~0.5mm;
4)将聚醚醚酮注塑至有聚苯硫醚层,由于熔体温度高于聚苯硫醚,聚苯硫醚开始熔化,并与注塑进去的高性能材料融为一体;其中注塑温度为360~400℃,模温为180~200℃,注塑压力为30~80MPa;
5)去除高性能材料的浇口。
这种方式获得的特种塑料与金属的结合强度可以达到10-20MPa。
以上对本发明的具体实施例进行了描述。需要理解的是,本发明并不局限于上述特定实施方式,本领域技术人员可以在权利要求的范围内做出各种变形或修改,这并不影响本发明的实质内容。

1.一种塑料与金属的粘结方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
采用化学腐蚀的方法将金属中与塑料相结合的一面进行处理;
在金属中与塑料结合的一面上注塑聚苯硫醚,并控制聚苯硫醚层的厚度;
在聚苯硫醚层的表面注塑聚醚醚酮或热塑性聚酰亚胺,去除浇口。
2.如权利要求1所述的塑料与金属的粘结方法,其特征在于,所述化学腐蚀的方法为酸腐蚀或电化学腐蚀。
3.如权利要求1所述的塑料与金属的粘结方法,其特征在于,所述聚苯硫醚层的厚度为0.2~0.5mm。
