And the front rail rotating shaft 221 rotates in the rolling bearing 104, and the rolling bearing 104 can slide in the lateral split pin 36 of the rollover layer, so that the front rail rotating shaft is prevented from being blocked in the rollover process, the rollover layer frame can slide in a small range at the beginning of rollover, and the rollover difficulty is reduced.
The tail end of the side-turning telescopic mechanism 31 is hinged with the left side of the underframe 20, and the front end of the side-turning telescopic mechanism 31 is hinged with the right side of the side-turning layer frame 3, so that the side-turning layer frame 3 can be driven to incline left and right by taking the longitudinal support 222 as a fulcrum when the side-turning telescopic mechanism 31 stretches and contracts.

As shown in fig. 3, 9, 25 and 26, the bed board assembly comprises a rectangular back board 10, a sitting board 14, a shank board 16, a curved leg connecting piece 61 and a foot board 19, wherein the rear end of the back board 10 is hinged and matched with the front end of the sitting board 14 through a hinge 103, the rear end of the sitting board 14 and the front end of the shank board 16 are hinged and matched through a seat board connecting pin 143, and the rear end of the shank board 16 and the front end of the foot board 19 are hinged and matched through a shank board connecting pin 161; a curved leg connecting member mounting bracket 144 is arranged below the rear end of the seat plate 14, a curved leg connecting member mounting shaft 64 is arranged at the front end of the curved leg connecting member 61, and the curved leg connecting member mounting shaft 64 is in hinged fit with the curved leg connecting member mounting bracket 144; a foot plate mounting frame 191 is arranged below the foot plate 19, a foot plate connecting pin 192 is arranged at the front end of the foot plate mounting frame 191, and a foot plate mounting frame mounting shaft 63 which is in hinged fit with the foot plate connecting pin 192 is arranged at the rear end of the curved leg connecting piece 61 so that the front end of the curved leg connecting piece 61 is in hinged fit with the foot plate mounting frame 191; the arrangement of the leg curl attachment 61 and the foot plate mount 191 is such that the hinge points between the seat plate 14 and the lower leg plate 16, the lower leg plate 16 and the foot plate 19, the leg curl attachment mount 144 and the leg curl attachment 61, the foot plate mount 191 and the leg curl attachment 61 are arranged in a quadrilateral. The middle part of the curved leg connecting piece 61 is provided with a curved leg telescopic mechanism connecting frame 65, the rear end of the standing layer frame 4 is provided with a curved leg telescopic mechanism mounting frame 46, the tail end of the curved leg telescopic mechanism 62 is in hinged fit with the curved leg telescopic mechanism mounting frame 46, the front end of the curved leg telescopic mechanism 62 is in hinged fit with the curved leg telescopic mechanism connecting frame 65, so that when the curved leg telescopic mechanism 62 is in an initial position, the curved leg connecting piece 61, the shank board 16 and the foot board 19 are in a horizontal state, and when the curved leg telescopic mechanism 62 stretches, the curved leg connecting piece 61 is pushed to rotate downwards to drive the shank board 16 to rotate downwards, and the foot board 19 is folded inwards to realize a lower curved leg function; when the leg bending telescopic mechanism 62 is contracted, the leg bending connecting piece 61 and the shank plate 16 are driven to rotate upwards, and the foot plate 19 is folded downwards under the action of dead weight, so that the leg bending function is realized.
As shown in fig. 8, two sides of the rear end of the backboard 10 are provided with backboard rotating shafts 101, the end parts of the backboard rotating shafts 101 are provided with rolling bearings 104, two sides of the standing layer frame 4 are provided with rolling sliding grooves 43, the rolling bearings 104 at the end parts of the backboard rotating shafts 101 are in sliding fit with the rolling sliding grooves 43, so that the rolling bearings 104 can slide in the rolling sliding grooves 43 while the backboard rotating shafts 101 rotate in the rolling bearings 104, the backboard rotating shafts 101 are prevented from being blocked in the back lifting process, the backboard can slide in a small range at the beginning of back lifting, and the back lifting difficulty is reduced; the two sides of the rear end of the seat 14 are provided with seat standing layer connecting pins 145, and the standing layer frame 4 is provided with standing layer connecting shafts 48 matched with the seat standing layer connecting pins 145, so that the rear end of the seat 14 is in running fit with the standing layer frame 4 through the seat standing layer connecting pins 145 and the standing layer connecting shafts 48.
As shown in fig. 5, a first cross brace 41 and a second cross brace 42 for supporting the back plate 10 are provided in the standing layer frame 4. The back lifting telescopic mechanism mounting frame 44 is arranged below the first transverse support 41 in the standing layer frame 4, the tail end of the back lifting telescopic mechanism 51 is hinged to the back lifting telescopic mechanism mounting frame 44, the back lifting telescopic connecting pin 102 is arranged in the middle of the back plate 10, the front end of the back lifting telescopic mechanism 51 is hinged to the back lifting telescopic connecting split pin 102, and the back plate 10 can be driven to rotate around the back plate rotating shaft 101 when the back lifting telescopic mechanism 51 stretches and contracts, so that the back lifting function is realized.
As shown in fig. 4, the middle part of the seat 14 is provided with a defecation port 141 and a cover plate 71 for closing the defecation port 141, the lower part of the seat 14 is provided with a pull-down mechanism 7 for driving the cover plate 71 to rotate, and one side of the defecation port 141 is provided with a pull-down mechanism mounting plate 142. As shown in fig. 12, the pull-down mechanism 7 includes a turnover motor 74, a rotation shaft 76, a rotation shaft connecting piece 72, a rotation shaft bearing seat mounting plate 73 and a cover plate opening limit post 78, the rotation shaft bearing seat mounting plate 73 is fixedly connected with a pull-down mechanism mounting plate 142 below the seat 14 through bolts 731, an inverted U-shaped rotation shaft bearing seat 77 is arranged below the rotation shaft bearing seat mounting plate 73, two ends of the rotation shaft 76 are in rotation fit with the rotation shaft bearing seat 77 through rotation shaft bearings 761, the turnover motor 74 is fixedly arranged at one side of the rotation shaft bearing seat mounting plate 73, an output shaft of the turnover motor 74 is in transmission fit with the rotation shaft 76 through a coupling 75, the tail end of the rotation shaft connecting piece 72 is provided with a rotation shaft inserting seat 721, the front end of the rotation shaft connecting piece 72 is fixedly connected with the cover plate 71 through a cover plate support 79, the rotation shaft inserting seat 721 is provided with a through rotation shaft mounting hole, limit grooves 722 are formed in the side walls of the rotation shaft mounting hole and the rotation shaft 76 are inserted into the rotation shaft mounting hole, and the rotation shaft 76 is limited through limit keys 762 so that the turnover motor 74 can be driven to be far from or close to a defecation port 141 when rotating; the cover plate opening limit column 78 is fixedly arranged on one side of the rotating shaft 76, the cover plate opening limit column 78 is vertically arranged and used for limiting the cover plate 71, the overlarge opening angle is avoided, and the opening angle of the limiting cover plate 71 is not more than 120 degrees.
Preferably, the lifting telescopic mechanism 21, the side turning telescopic mechanism 31, the standing telescopic mechanism 40, the leg bending telescopic mechanism 62 and the back lifting telescopic mechanism 51 are one of an electric cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder or an air cylinder, so that the structure is mature and the stability is good.
Preferably, the top end of each lifting telescopic mechanism 21 is provided with a bracket 22, two brackets 22 at the same end of the underframe 20 are fixedly connected through a cross beam 221, and a longitudinal support 222 is fixedly arranged in the middle of each cross beam 221, so that the longitudinal support 222, the cross beam 221 and the lifting telescopic mechanisms 22 are arranged in a Chinese character 'shan' shape, and the longitudinal support 222 is conveniently driven to lift.

Claims (1)

1. A multifunctional intelligent care bed, comprising:
a bed board component, a standing layer frame, a side turning layer frame, a base component, a lifting telescopic mechanism, a side turning telescopic mechanism, a standing telescopic mechanism, a leg bending telescopic mechanism and a back lifting telescopic mechanism,
the base component comprises an I-shaped underframe, a front rail and a rear rail, lifting telescopic mechanisms are respectively arranged at four corners of the I-shaped underframe, a longitudinal support driven to lift by the lifting telescopic mechanisms is arranged between the two lifting telescopic mechanisms at the same end of the underframe, and the middle parts of the front rail and the rear rail are respectively and movably connected with the top ends of the longitudinal supports;
the top end of each lifting telescopic mechanism is provided with a bracket, two brackets at the same end of the underframe are fixedly connected through a cross beam, and the longitudinal support is fixedly arranged in the middle of each cross beam, so that the longitudinal support, the cross beam and the lifting telescopic mechanisms are arranged in a mountain shape;
the two ends of the front transverse bar and the rear transverse bar are respectively hinged and matched with the side frames on the two sides of the side-turning layer frame, so that the side frames on the two sides of the side-turning layer frame are suspended above the bracket, and the lifting telescopic mechanism can drive the side-turning layer frame to lift when lifting;
