Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the left-right turning-over mechanism of the nursing bed of the present embodiment comprises an outer frame 1, a turning-over frame 2 and a turning-over driving mechanism 3, wherein the outer frame 1 and the turning-over frame 2 are both rectangular frame structures, the turning-over frame 2 is arranged at the middle position of the outer frame 1, the turning-over driving mechanism 3 comprises two movable carrier rollers 3-1, two fixed carrier rollers 3-2, a movable roller driving component and a turning-over jacking driver 3-6, one end of the turning-over frame 2 is provided with the two movable carrier rollers 3-1, the other end is provided with the two fixed carrier rollers 3-2, the fixed carrier rollers 3-2 can be fixed on the turning-over frame 2 through bolts, the fixed carrier rollers 3-2 can rotate on the bolts, the left side and the right side of the outer frame 1 are respectively provided with two coaxially arranged rotation positioning grooves 1-1a, namely the four rotation positioning grooves 1-1a are arranged on the outer frame 1, the turnover frame 2 is supported on a rotating positioning groove 1-1a of the outer frame 1 through a movable carrier roller 3-1 and a fixed carrier roller 3-2, the movable carrier roller 3-1 and the fixed carrier roller 3-2 at the same side are coaxial, so that the turnover frame 2 can rotate by taking the axis of the carrier roller at the same side as a rotating center, the two movable carrier rollers 3-1 are in axial sliding fit with a frame body at the corresponding end of the turnover frame 2, the two movable carrier rollers 3-1 are respectively in transmission connection with a movable roller driving assembly, the movable roller driving assembly drives the two movable carrier rollers 3-1 to move on the turnover frame 2 in a telescopic way, namely the two movable carrier rollers 3-1 can move in a telescopic way along the axial direction of the turnover frame, one end of the outer frame 1, which is close to the movable carrier roller 3-1, is provided with a positioning cross rod 1-2, and the positioning cross rod 1-2 is provided with two positioning insertion holes 1-2a corresponding to the positions of the movable carrier rollers 3-1, the turning jacking driver 3-6 is arranged on the outer frame 1, and the driving end of the turning jacking driver 3-6 is positioned at the center of the bottom of the turning frame 2. When the nursing bed is turned over, the movable roller driving assembly drives the movable carrier roller 3-1 at the turning side to be inserted into the corresponding positioning insertion hole 1-2a on the outer frame 1, and meanwhile, the movable carrier roller 3-1 far away from the turning side is separated from the corresponding positioning insertion hole 1-2a on the outer frame 1, namely in the turning process, one movable carrier roller 3-1 is always inserted into the positioning insertion hole 1-2a to rotate, and one movable carrier roller 3-1 is separated from the positioning insertion hole 1-2 a; and then, the turnover jacking driver 3-6 jacks up the turnover frame 2, and the movable carrier roller 3-1 at the turnover side is inserted into the positioning insertion hole 1-2a, so that the turnover frame 2 performs turnover motion around the carrier roller axis M at the turnover side. The matching relationship between the two movable carrier rollers 3-1 and the positioning insertion holes 1-2a in the left and right turning states can be seen in fig. 4(a) and 4(b), in fig. 4(a), the movable carrier roller 3-1 at the lower part in the figure is inserted into the positioning insertion hole 1-2a, while the movable carrier roller 3-1 at the upper part in the figure is separated from the corresponding positioning insertion hole 1-2a, and at the moment, the turning frame 2 can turn around the carrier roller axis M at the lower part in the figure; correspondingly, in fig. 4(b), the movable idler 3-1 at the upper part in the figure is inserted into the positioning insertion hole 1-2a, while the movable idler 3-1 at the lower part in the figure is separated from the corresponding positioning insertion hole 1-2a, at this time, the turnover frame 2 can turn over around the idler axis M at the upper part in the figure, and then the left-right turnover movement of the turnover frame 2 can be realized by utilizing a group of turnover jacking drivers 3-6. The left and right turning-over mechanism of the nursing bed of the embodiment utilizes the movable roller driving component to realize the rotary connection of the movable carrier roller 3-1 at one side and the outer frame 1, the movable carrier roller 3-1 at one side is separated from the outer frame 1, the turning-over jacking driver 3-6 is utilized to jack the turning-over frame 2 upwards, so that the turning-over frame 2 can turn over around the carrier roller axis M at the turning-over side, the turning-over action in the left and right directions can be realized by switching the rotary connection position of the turning-over frame 2 and the outer frame 1 through the movable roller driving component, and the turning-over action in the left and right directions can be finished only by one set of turning-over jacking drivers 3-6, the turning-over structure design is simple and compact, the interference with the functions of back lifting, leg bending and the like of the nursing bed can be avoided, and the turning-over of a patient can be realized by adopting the middle turning-over frame 2, basically, the auxiliary turning-over is not needed any more, the turning-over action is safe and stable, and the turning-over is easier and more comfortable.
As shown in fig. 3, 4(a) and 4(b), in this embodiment, preferably, the movable roller driving assembly includes a pull rod 3-3, a swing rod 3-4 and a swing rod deflection driver 3-5, the pull rod 3-3 is disposed on each of the two movable rollers 3-1, the movable roller 3-1 can rotate on the pull rod 3-3, the middle portion of the swing rod 3-4 is movably mounted on the turnover frame 2, two ends of the swing rod 3-4 are respectively movably hinged to the end portions of the pull rods 3-3 on the corresponding sides, and the swing rod deflection driver 3-5 is mounted between the turnover frame 2 and the swing rod 3-4 for driving the swing rod 3-4 to swing left and right to drive the movable roller 3-1 on one side to extend and the movable roller 3-1 on the other side to retract. By adopting the movable roller driving component, the swing rod deflection driver 3-5 is utilized to drive the swing rods 3-4 to swing, and then the pull rod 3-3 can drive two movable carrier rollers 3-1 to simultaneously extend and contract, so that the structural design is simpler and more ingenious, and the switching control of left and right turning-over actions is facilitated. Furthermore, the swing rod 3-4 is movably arranged on the turnover frame 2 through a lateral support rod 2-1 fixedly arranged in the middle of one end of the turnover frame 2, the lateral support rod 2-1 extends inwards from the middle of one end of the turnover frame 2, the middle of the swing rod 3-4 is connected with the end part of the lateral support rod 2-1 through a rotating shaft, so that the swing rod 3-4 can rotate on the lateral support rod 2-1, the two ends of the swing rod 3-4 are respectively provided with a waist-shaped chute 3-4a, the end part of the pull rod 3-3 is connected with the waist-shaped chute 3-4a at the corresponding end of the swing rod 3-4 through a pin shaft, in the swinging process of the swing rod 3-4, the pin shaft of the pull rod 3-3 can slide in the waist-shaped chute 3-4a, and the pull rod 3-3 can be always kept to move in the direction parallel to the axis of the rotating positioning groove 1-1a, the connection is reliable, the transmission is stable, the whole swing rod deflection driver 3-5 is not influenced by the turning-over resistance, the borne resistance is small, the quick and stable switching of the left and right turning-over actions can be realized only by a low-power linear driver, and the stability of the turning-over actions is ensured. Further preferably, the swing rod deflection driver 3-5 and the turnover jacking driver 3-6 are both electric push rods.
As shown in fig. 3, in this embodiment, the above-mentioned rotating positioning groove 1-1a is a U-shaped groove formed in the supporting seat 1-1, the supporting seat 1-1 is fixed on the frame cross beam at both ends of the outer frame 1, two supporting seats 1-1 can be respectively disposed at both ends of the outer frame 1, each supporting seat 1-1 is provided with a U-shaped groove, the diameter of the bottom of the U-shaped groove is matched with the diameters of the movable carrier roller 3-1 and the fixed carrier roller 3-2, and the corresponding movable carrier roller 3-1 and the corresponding fixed carrier roller 3-2 are supported in the rotating positioning groove 1-1a more stably and reliably, so that the turning over action is smoother, the noise generated in the turning over process can be effectively reduced, and the bearing capacity is large, and the use of patients with different weights can be satisfied. In addition, a jacking roller 3-7 in rolling fit with the bottom of the turnover frame 2 is further arranged at the driving end of the turnover jacking driver 3-6, the jacking roller 3-7 can rotate freely at the driving end of the turnover jacking driver 3-6, and sliding friction between the driving end of the turnover jacking driver 3-6 and the bottom of the turnover frame 2 is reduced by utilizing the jacking roller 3-7, so that the turnover action of the turnover jacking driver 3-6 on the turnover frame 2 is more stable and reliable.
In addition, as an alternative scheme, when the swing rods 3-4 are in a transverse horizontal state (namely the swing rods 3-4 do not swing), the two movable carrier rollers 3-1 can be positioned in the corresponding positioning insertion holes 1-2a, so that when the turnover frame 2 is in a lying state, the turnover frame 2 can be combined with the outer frame 1 more stably, and the structure of the turnover nursing bed is more stable. When the turning-over action is needed, one movable carrier roller 3-1 is further separated from the positioning insertion hole 1-2a by utilizing the deflection motion of the swing rod 3-4, and the other movable carrier roller 3-1 is further inserted into the positioning insertion hole 1-2 a. One side of the movable carrier roller 3-1 separated from the positioning insertion hole 1-2a can be lifted under the lifting action of the turnover jacking driver 3-6.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 5 and fig. 9, the present embodiment further discloses a multifunctional electric body-turning nursing bed, which comprises the left and right body-turning mechanisms and a bed board assembly 6 arranged on the left and right body-turning mechanisms, wherein an outer frame 1 is mounted on a bottom frame 4 through a lifting mechanism 5, so that the nursing bed has a height lifting function, and a back-lifting driving mechanism 10 and a leg-bending driving mechanism 11 are arranged on a turnover frame 2, so that the nursing bed has back-lifting and leg-bending functions; as shown in fig. 11, the bed plate assembly 6 comprises a back supporting bed plate 6-2, a middle fixed bed plate 6-1, a thigh supporting bed plate 6-3 and a shank supporting bed plate 6-4 (only the frame structure of the bed plate is shown in fig. 11) which are hinged together in sequence, the back supporting bed plate 6-2, the middle fixed bed plate 6-1, the thigh supporting bed plate 6-3 and the shank supporting bed plate 6-4 are all composed of a middle bed plate and side bed plates hinged at the left and right sides of the middle bed plate, the middle bed plate of the middle fixed bed plate 6-1 is fixed on the turnover frame 2, the back supporting bed plate 6-2, the thigh supporting bed plate 6-3 and the shank supporting bed plate 6-4 are respectively supported on the turnover frame 2, the middle fixed bed plate 6-1, the back supporting bed plate 6-2, the shank supporting bed plate 6-4, Corresponding side bed plates of a thigh supporting bed plate 6-3 and a shank supporting bed plate 6-4 are respectively supported on the outer frame 1, a back lifting driving mechanism 10 is positioned at the bottom of the back supporting bed plate 6-2, and a leg bending driving mechanism 11 is positioned at the bottom of the thigh supporting bed plate 6-3. When turning over, the turnover frame 2 rotates around one side and is lifted, at the moment, the middle bed board in the bed board assembly 6 rotates along with the turnover frame 2, the side bed board on which the middle bed board is lifted is basically horizontal under the action of the stop block, the side bed board on which the middle bed board is not lifted is still kept on the outer frame 1, therefore, the whole body of a patient lying on the middle bed board turns over moves, the side bed board on which the middle bed board is not lifted plays a supporting role for the patient, the patient can turn over more thoroughly, and the body turning over is comfortable. And in the process of rotating the turnover frame 2, the back lifting driving mechanism 10 and the leg bending driving mechanism 11 move along with the turnover frame 2, and can turn over under the state of back lifting or leg bending, so that the nursing bed has more various use forms, can meet the habits of various prone positions of patients, enriches the use functions of the nursing bed, and improves the practicability.
As shown in fig. 9, in the present embodiment, the structure principle of the back raising driving mechanism 10 and the leg bending driving mechanism 11 is similar to that of the existing nursing bed. Specifically, the back lifting driving mechanism 10 comprises a back lifting driver 10-1, a back lifting roll-over stand 10-2 and a back lifting push roller 10-3, the middle part of the back lifting roll-over stand 10-2 is rotatably mounted on the roll-over frame 2, one end of the back lifting driver 10-1 is hinged with the middle part of the roll-over frame 2, the driving end of the back lifting driver 10-1 is hinged with one end of the back lifting roll-over stand 10-2 close to the inner side, and the back lifting push roller 10-3 is arranged at one end of the back lifting roll-over stand 10-2 close to the outer side and is matched with the bottom of the back support bed plate 6-2 in a rolling manner. The leg bending driving mechanism 11 comprises a leg bending driver 11-1, a leg bending roll-over stand 11-2 and a leg bending push roller 11-3, the middle part of the leg bending roll-over stand 11-2 is rotatably installed on the roll-over frame 2, one end of the leg bending driver 11-1 is hinged with the middle part of the roll-over frame 2, the driving end of the leg bending driver 11-1 is hinged with one end, close to the inner side, of the leg bending roll-over stand 11-2, and the leg bending push roller 11-3 is arranged at one end, close to the outer side, of the leg bending roll-over stand 11-2 and is matched with the bottom of the thigh supporting bed plate 6-3 in a rolling mode. The back lifting driver 10-1 and the leg bending driver 11-1 are preferably electric push rods, a hinged point of the back lifting driver 10-1 and the turnover frame 2, a hinged point of the back lifting driver 10-1 and the back lifting turnover frame 10-2 and a hinged point of the back lifting turnover frame 10-2 and the turnover frame 2 form a triangle, the back lifting driver 10-1 can drive the back lifting turnover frame 10-2 to rotate when in telescopic motion, and the back lifting push rollers 10-3 are utilized to drive the back support bed plate 6-2 to be lifted upwards; the structure principle of the leg bending driving mechanism 11 is the same as that of the back lifting driving mechanism 10, and the description thereof is omitted. The back lifting driving mechanism 10 and the leg bending driving mechanism 11 both adopt the structural forms of the turnover frame and the push rollers, the driver is used for driving the turnover frame to turn over, and the push rollers drive the corresponding support bed plates to move, so that the structural design is simple and compact, and the back lifting and leg bending actions are stable and reliable.
As shown in fig. 1, 5, 9 and 10, the multifunctional electric turn-over nursing bed of the embodiment further comprises a heat-insulating cover assembly 7, wherein the heat-insulating cover assembly 7 comprises support columns 7-1, connecting guide rods 7-2, expansion support rod groups 7-4, expansion drivers 7-5 and a cover body, the left side and the right side of the outer frame 1 are respectively provided with a guide rail 1-3, the support columns 7-1 are symmetrically and vertically arranged on the two guide rails 1-3 in a sliding manner, the two support columns 7-1 which are opposite to each other on the left side and the right side are connected through the connecting guide rod 7-2 at the top, the adjacent connecting guide rods 7-2 are connected through the X-shaped expansion support rod groups 7-4 in sequence, the expansion drivers 7-5 are arranged between one group of support columns 7-1 and the expansion support rod groups 7-4, the cover body covers on each supporting upright post 7-1, forms the flexible inverted U-shaped heat-insulating cover above the outer frame 1, can keep warm and protect patients, improves the comfort and the safety of patients, has a simple structure, can electrically control the telescopic movement, is simple and convenient to use, can be simply folded to the tail part of the bed when not used, and does not influence the normal getting on and off of the bed of the patients. Specifically, the guide rails 1-3 are C-shaped guide rails, the lower end of each supporting upright 7-1 is provided with two rollers 7-1a, and the rollers 7-1a are arranged in the C-shaped guide rails in a rolling manner, so that the supporting upright 7-1 keeps vertical sliding and is stable and reliable in sliding. The connecting guide rod 7-2 connects the two left and right opposite supporting columns 7-1, the expansion supporting rod group 7-4 is composed of two expansion rods hinged in the middle, the two expansion rods hinged in the middle form an X shape, the connecting guide rod 7-2 is provided with a sliding block 7-3, the expansion rods in each group of expansion supporting rod group 7-4 are respectively hinged with the corresponding supporting column 7-1 and sliding block 7-3, and a scissor type telescopic expansion structure is formed.
