Problems to be solved by the invention
However, in the case of the method of fixing the control panel to the wall of the machine room disclosed in patent document 1, when the wall of the machine room is a low-strength object such as a gypsum board, collapse prevention performance in an earthquake or the like cannot be secured, and the method cannot be used for a structure for fixing the control panel.
In the case of the method of fixing using the existing control panel as disclosed in patent document 2, the existing control panel cannot be used unless the fall prevention measure is taken, and the existing control panel and the newly installed control panel must be arranged in the machine room, which results in a large restriction on the layout of the machine room.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a structure and a method for attaching and fixing a control panel in a machine room above an elevator shaft, which simplify the attachment and the fixation of the control panel in the machine room.

Detailed Description
In the installation fixing structure and the installation fixing method of the control panel in the machine room at the upper part of the elevator shaft, the field installation operation is reduced, the operations such as welding of a steel frame of a building, dismantling and recoating of a fireproof coating are not needed, and the degree of freedom related to the layout of the machine room is increased.
Hereinafter, according to the embodiments, a structure and a method for attaching and fixing a control panel in a machine room in an upper part of an elevator shaft according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the embodiments, the same or corresponding portions are denoted by the same reference numerals, and overlapping descriptions are omitted.
Fig. 4 is a schematic view of the entire structure of an elevator to which the control panel mounting and fixing structure and the mounting and fixing method of the present invention are applied. In the hoistway 100, a car 101 and a counterweight 102 are mounted on and suspended from both ends of a main rope 106. The main ropes 106 are hung from the traction machine 103 and the deflector sheave 105. And the hoisting machine 103 rotates, whereby the main ropes 106 move, and the car 101 and the counterweight 102 move in directions opposite to each other in ascending and descending. A hoisting machine 103 and a control panel 104 for controlling an elevator including drive control of the hoisting machine 103 are provided on a machine room floor 110a of a machine room 110 at the uppermost part of the hoistway 100.
Fig. 1 is a partially enlarged view showing a state in the vicinity of the hoisting machine 103 in the machine room 110 before the control board 104 is attached and fixed by the control board attaching and fixing structure and the attaching and fixing method according to the present invention. The machine room floor 110a is provided with an opening 110b for guiding the main rope 106 from the machine room 110 to the hoistway 100. Bases 1 made of, for example, H-shaped steel are provided on both sides of the opening 110b so as to be parallel to each other. The hoisting machine 103 is fixed on these stands 1 in a manner spanning them. The portion of the machine base 1 other than the portion on which the hoisting machine 103 is mounted is in a state where nothing is disposed on the upper portion. Each machine base 1 is fixed to a strong structural beam (not shown) constituting a frame structure of the hoistway 100 of the elevator by welding or the like, for example.
Fig. 2 is a partially enlarged view showing a state in the vicinity of the hoisting machine 103 in the machine room 110 after the control board 104 is mounted and fixed by the mounting and fixing structure and the mounting and fixing method of the control board according to the present invention. The control panel mounting beam 2 is disposed perpendicularly or substantially perpendicularly to each of the housings 1. The control panel mounting beam 2 is fixed by fastening bolts and nuts (see fig. 3 described later) constituting the 1 st fixing portion 3a to both or one of the two housings 1. In this case, for example, a through hole through which a bolt passes is formed in the movable control panel mounting beam 2 in advance. In the machine room 110, which is the site, the immovable base 1 is first drilled to form through holes through which bolts are inserted, and then the control panel mounting beam 2 is bolted to the base 1.
As an example shown in fig. 5, a rail clip for clamping the control disk mounting beam 2 between the clip member 3c and the housing 1 and fixing the same by pressing by fastening the clip member 3c with a bolt and a nut may be used as the first fixing portion 3 a.
The side surface of the control panel 104 is fixed by fastening bolts to one end surface of the control panel mounting beam 2 by bolts and nuts (see fig. 3 described later) constituting the 2 nd fixing portion 3 b. In this case, for example, through holes through which bolts pass are formed in the movable control panel mounting beam 2 and the control panel 104 in advance. And the control disc 104 is bolted against the control disc mounting beam 2 in the field, i.e. the machine room 110. The control panel 104 is not fixed to the machine room floor 110 a.
The movable control panel mounting beam 2 and the through hole of the control panel 104 may be formed in the machine room 110, which is a site.
In the case where the control panel 104 has an opening/closing door on any side surface, the control panel may be fixed to the back surface on the opposite side when the surface on which the opening/closing door is located is the front surface.
The housing 1 is not limited to H-shaped steel, and can be formed in a similar manner by using channel steel or other shapes. In addition, the housing 1 may have three or more structures arranged in parallel. In this case, the control panel mounting beam 2 is fixed to one or more stands 1 in a perpendicular or substantially perpendicular manner to the stands 1.
In addition, the housings 1 are not necessarily parallel or substantially parallel to each other, and the control disk mounting beam 2 is not necessarily disposed vertically or substantially vertically with respect to the housings 1.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, by fixing a new control panel 104 to the control panel mounting beam 2 at the height of the gravity center position G of the control panel 104, the control panel 104 can be fixed without generating a bending moment at the time of an earthquake.
It is important that the fastening position of the control disc mounting beam 2 to the control disc 104 is the height of the center of gravity G of the control disc 104. For example, if the center of gravity position G of the control disk 104 is located higher than the height of the housing 1, the height H of the surface of the control disk mounting beam 2 fastened to the control disk 104 is the same as or higher than the height of the center of gravity position G. By increasing the rigidity of the control panel mounting beam 2, the moment at the time of earthquake can be supported by the control panel mounting beam 2, and therefore, the control panel 104 itself is not affected.
Industrial applicability
The structure and method for mounting and fixing the control panel in the machine room at the upper part of the elevator shaft can be applied to elevators of various modes.
