Abstract
本发明公开了一种阀芯用密封垫圈,包括有圈体,所述圈体内部设置有分隔条,所述分隔条将所述圈体内部分隔形成进水孔和出水孔,所述进水孔和出水孔的内侧孔壁上设置有凹槽。本发明的密封垫圈只需要一个即可同时完成阀芯进水和出水的密封,无需采用多个密封圈;并且,本发明通过在密封垫圈内进水孔和出水孔的孔壁上开设凹槽的方式,可以提高整个密封垫圈的弹性;同时,在阀芯通高压水流时,水流通过密封垫圈的过程中,高压水流将进入到所述凹槽内,并将密封垫圈涨开,使密封垫圈能够充分的填满整个密封槽,以保证良好的密封性,避免通高压水流而出现泄漏的问题,能够提高阀芯的整体性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及阀芯内密封技术领域,特别是涉及一种阀芯用密封垫圈。
背景技术
阀芯作为一种控制水路的部件,广泛应用于各种水龙头等用水设备内;现有一种阀芯,其包括有底座和安装在底座内的瓷片,底座和瓷片上开设有相互连通的若干进出水用的水孔,为了防止水流从底座和瓷片间的配合面渗漏流出,底座上开设有密封槽,密封槽内安装有密封圈进行密封;现有阀芯内用的密封圈都是普通的实心密封圈,实心密封圈其弹性较差,而且难以充分填满密封槽,其密封效果较差;由于其密封性较差,在给阀芯通高压水流时,很容易在底座和瓷片的配合面之间出现泄漏的问题。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种弹性好、能够充分填满密封槽、密封效果好的阀芯用密封垫圈。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种阀芯用密封垫圈,包括有圈体,所述圈体内部设置有分隔条,所述分隔条将所述圈体内部分隔形成若干进水孔和若干出水孔,所述进水孔和出水孔的内侧孔壁上设置有凹槽。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述出水孔只有一个,所述进水孔包括有冷进水孔和热进水孔。
进一步,所述分隔条呈Y形,且包括有分隔开所述冷进水孔和热进水孔的第一分隔体、分隔开所述冷进水孔和出水孔的第二分隔体、分隔开所述热进水孔和出水孔的第三分隔体。
进一步,所述冷进水孔和热进水孔对称分布在所述分隔条两侧。
进一步,所述冷进水孔和热进水孔的孔壁上设置有整圈凹槽,且所述凹槽位于所述第一分隔体上的部分比其他部分的槽深要浅。
进一步,所述出水孔内侧孔壁上的凹槽设置在圈体、第二分隔体和圈体的连接部、第三分隔体和圈体的连接部上。
进一步,所述凹槽选用圆弧槽或矩形槽。
进一步,所述密封垫圈由硅胶制成。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的密封垫圈只需要一个即可同时完成阀芯进水和出水的密封,无需采用多个密封圈;并且,本发明通过在密封垫圈内进水孔和出水孔的孔壁上开设凹槽的方式,可以提高整个密封垫圈的弹性;同时,在阀芯通高压水流时,水流通过密封垫圈的过程中,高压水流将进入到所述凹槽内,并将密封垫圈涨开,使密封垫圈能够充分的填满整个密封槽,以保证良好的密封性,避免通高压水流而出现泄漏的问题,能够提高阀芯的整体性能。

具体实施方式
参照图1,本发明的一种阀芯用密封垫圈,包括有圈体1,所述圈体1内部设置有分隔条,所述分隔条将所述圈体1内部分隔形成进水孔和出水孔3,所述进水孔和出水孔3的内侧孔壁上设置有凹槽4。本发明的密封垫圈上形成有进水孔和出水孔3,在阀芯内安装时,进水孔和出水孔3均与阀芯底座和瓷片上的水孔位置对应,避免影响到正常的水路连通,圈体1和分隔条构成进水孔和出水孔3的边缘用于起密封作用,因此本发明的密封垫圈只需要一个即可同时完成阀芯进水和出水的密封,无需采用多个密封圈;并且,本发明通过在密封垫圈内进水孔和出水孔3的孔壁上开设凹槽4的方式,可以提高整个密封垫圈的弹性;同时,在阀芯通高压水流时,水流通过密封垫圈的过程中,高压水流将进入到所述凹槽4内,并将密封垫圈涨开,使密封垫圈能够充分的填满整个密封槽,以保证良好的密封性,避免通高压水流而出现泄漏的问题,能够提高阀芯的整体性能。
为了适应混水阀芯的需要,在本实施例中,具体地,所述出水孔3只有一个,所述进水孔包括有冷进水孔5和热进水孔6。当然根据实际情况,所述进水孔和出水孔3也可以为其他的数量,以适应不同类型的阀芯,例如所述进水孔和出水孔6可以均只设置一个以适应普通的开关控制阀芯。
为了使所述圈体1分隔形成冷进水孔5、热进水孔6和出水孔3,在本实施例中,具体地,所述分隔条呈Y形,且包括有分隔开所述冷进水孔5和热进水孔6的第一分隔体21、分隔开所述冷进水孔5和出水孔3的第二分隔体22、分隔开所述热进水孔6和出水孔3的第三分隔体23。同时,具体地,所述冷进水孔5和热进水孔6对称分布在所述分隔条两侧。
参照图2、图3,在本实施例中,具体地,所述冷进水孔5和热进水孔6的孔壁上设置有整圈凹槽4,且所述凹槽4位于所述第一分隔体21上的部分比其他部分的槽深要浅;由于所述第一分隔体21的两侧均设置有凹槽4,通过上述结构可以避免第一分隔体21太薄影响到正常的密封。并且,具体地,所述出水孔3内侧孔壁上的凹槽4设置在圈体1、第二分隔体22和圈体1的连接部、第三分隔体23和圈体1的连接部上。同时,所述凹槽4可以为多种形状,并且优选圆弧槽或矩形槽,在本实施例中,具体地,所述凹槽4为圆弧槽;具体地,密封垫圈优选采用硅胶制成。
以上所述只是本发明的较佳实施方式,但本发明并不限于上述实施例,只要其以任何相同或相似手段达到本发明的技术效果,都应落入本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (8)
1.一种阀芯用密封垫圈,其特征在于:包括有圈体(1),所述圈体(1)内部设置有分隔条,所述分隔条将所述圈体(1)内部分隔形成若干进水孔和若干出水孔(3),所述进水孔和出水孔(3)的内侧孔壁上设置有凹槽(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阀芯用密封垫圈,其特征在于:所述出水孔(3)设置有一个,所述进水孔包括有冷进水孔(5)和热进水孔(6)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种阀芯用密封垫圈,其特征在于:所述分隔条呈Y形,且包括有分隔开所述冷进水孔(5)和热进水孔(6)的第一分隔体(21)、分隔开所述冷进水孔(5)和出水孔(3)的第二分隔体(22)、分隔开所述热进水孔(6)和出水孔(3)的第三分隔体(23)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种阀芯用密封垫圈,其特征在于:所述冷进水孔(5)和热进水孔(6)对称分布在所述分隔条两侧。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种阀芯用密封垫圈,其特征在于:所述冷进水孔(5)和热进水孔(6)的孔壁上设置有整圈的凹槽(4),且所述凹槽(4)位于所述第一分隔体(21)上的部分比其他部分的槽深要浅。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种阀芯用密封垫圈,其特征在于:所述出水孔(3)内侧孔壁上的凹槽(4)设置在所述圈体(1)、所述第二分隔体(22)和圈体(1)的连接部、所述第三分隔体(23)和圈体(1)的连接部上。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一所述的一种阀芯用密封垫圈,其特征在于:所述凹槽(4)为圆弧槽或矩形槽。
8.根据权利要求1-6任一所述的一种阀芯用密封垫圈,其特征在于:所述密封垫圈由硅胶制成。
