本发明涉及一种免钉胶的制造方法。
背景技术
随着国内外对装饰装修的个性化需求,以及人们生活水平的快速提升,建材、装饰和广告产业的快速发展,越来越多的放弃了传统材料如铁钉、螺栓等使用,而选择了胶粘剂产品来进行替代。而由于免钉胶材料施工便捷、无钉孔粘接美观的优势逐渐的被人们使用。
CN105885766A公开了一种不含有机锡的环保高强度免钉胶及其制备方法,所述免钉胶包括以下按质量份计算的组分:硅烷封端聚合物10-50份、增强树脂10-50份、增塑剂5-25份、增强填料20-55份、流变剂1-5份、吸水剂0.5-3份、偶联剂1-6份、稳定剂0.2-1.5份、非有机锡催化剂0.1-1份,其中,所述硅烷封端聚合物中含有聚氨酯基团。本发明所得产品具有初粘力大、固化快、强度高、可粘结多种基材、可在潮湿表面施工、表面可刷涂、耐热耐水等性能,特别是不含有毒挥发性溶剂和有机锡催化剂,健康环保。
CN104449523B公开一种环保型免钉胶及其制备方法,所述环保型免钉胶,包括如下重量份的原料:硅烷改性聚醚聚合物10-50份、增塑剂5-30份、甲基MQ硅树脂5-10份、白炭黑3-10份、触变剂0-8份、增强填料24-60份、除水剂0.5-4份、催化剂0.2-3份。该环保型免钉胶综合性能佳、施工效率高,且无需添加溶剂,环境友好,可代替传统的铁钉,起到良好的粘接固定作用。
CN107189718A公开了一种建筑用环保免钉胶,包括以下重量份的原料:聚乙烯醇20-30份、聚醋酸乙烯酯15-25份、醋酸甲酯8-12份、填料10-12份、消泡剂2-3份、偶联剂1-3份、植物胶粉10-18份、纳米二氧化硅4-6份、纳米氧化锌1-3份、纳米二氧化钛0.5-1.5份、防腐剂0.2-0.6份、无机增粘剂7-9份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2-4份。本发明建筑用环保免钉胶,其粘接强度高,耐老化性能好,具有耐水性、不易发霉、无毒环保、无甲醛、无色无味、稠度好、贮存时间长、保水性佳、低温不凝胶的特点。
然而,传统水泥基免钉胶,其粘结性和水溶性才会大大提高,但是其耐水性较差,如果长期暴露在空气中易受潮、腐蚀,并且容易脱落,出现裂缝,严重影响了建筑质量。因此,研发一种综合性能优良的免钉胶具有重要意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种免钉胶的制造方法,其特征在于以下步骤:
按重量份:聚乙烯醇100份,醋酸甲酯5-15份,石英砂3-10份,填料6-12份,聚-4-甲基-1-戊烯0.1-0.5份,油酸酰胺分散剂0.01-0.1份,四(三甲基硅氧基)钛0.1-0.5份,缓凝剂0.1-0.5份,甲氧基(环辛二烯)合铱二聚体0.01-0.1份,白油10-20份,混合均匀制得免钉胶产品。
所述的述填料包括重钙粉和石英粉。
所述的缓凝剂包括柠檬酸、酒石酸和葡萄糖酸钠。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明针对现有产品的缺点,提供了一种新型的免钉胶,所述免钉胶具有环境友好、施工性能好、粘结强度高、防空鼓、碱度低、防泛碱泛霜等优点。

实施例1
按重量份:聚乙烯醇100份,醋酸甲酯8份,石英砂7份,重钙粉7份,聚-4-甲基-1-戊烯0.4份,油酸酰胺分散剂0.03份,四(三甲基硅氧基)钛0.3份,柠檬酸0.3份,甲氧基(环辛二烯)合铱二聚体0.05份,白油17份,混合均匀制得免钉胶产品。
实施例2
按重量份:聚乙烯醇100份,醋酸甲酯5份,石英砂3份,重钙粉6份,聚-4-甲基-1-戊烯0.1份,油酸酰胺分散剂0.01份,四(三甲基硅氧基)钛0.1份,酒石酸0.1份,甲氧基(环辛二烯)合铱二聚体0.01份,白油10份,混合均匀制得免钉胶产品。
实施例3
按重量份:聚乙烯醇100份,醋酸甲酯15份,石英砂10份,石英粉12份,聚-4-甲基-1-戊烯0.5份,油酸酰胺分散剂0.1份,四(三甲基硅氧基)钛0.5份,葡萄糖酸钠0.5份,甲氧基(环辛二烯)合铱二聚体0.1份,白油20份,混合均匀制得免钉胶产品。

不加入聚-4-甲基-1-戊烯,其他条件同实施例1。

不加入四(三甲基硅氧基)钛,其他条件同实施例1。

1.一种防 泛碱泛霜 免钉胶的制造方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
按重量份:聚乙烯醇100份,醋酸甲酯5-15份,石英砂3-10份,填料6-12份,聚-4-甲基-1-戊烯0.1-0.5份,油酸酰胺分散剂0.01-0.1份,四(三甲基硅氧基)钛0.1-0.5份,缓凝剂0.1-0.5份,甲氧基(环辛二烯)合铱二聚体0.01-0.1份,水10-20份,混合均匀制得防泛碱泛霜 免钉胶;
所述的缓凝剂包括柠檬酸、酒石酸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防泛碱泛霜 免钉胶的制造方法,其特征在于所述的填料包括重钙粉或石英粉。
