Abstract

本法发明提供了一种七色闪光水彩及其制备方法。所述闪光水彩的组分按重量百分比计:水性铝银浆8%‑15%、染料1.5%‑2%、树脂15%‑20%、增稠剂0.2%‑0.8%、润湿剂5%‑8%、填料20%‑25%、流平剂3%‑5%、蒸馏水余量。所述闪光水彩的制备方法简单,易于生产。本发明的七色闪光水彩,描绘出的作品闪闪发光、成膜光滑平整、涂写流畅、附着力强、快干耐磨、覆盖性好、易清洗、安全环保。该闪光水彩适合作为儿童学美术用材料。

一种七色闪光水彩及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉文具用品,更具体的说是一种七色闪光水彩及其制备方法。
背景技术
传统的水彩流畅透明、色彩亮丽,近几年发展起来的水彩多为固体水彩,易储存,分散良好,但是制备工艺繁琐,覆盖性较差,使用之前还得速溶,风干速度较慢,给使用者带来了诸多不便。根据文献查询,目前还没有有关闪光水彩的报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种七色闪光水彩及其制备方法,所述水彩应具有覆盖性,被覆盖的地方闪闪发光,给人以眼前一亮的感觉。
本发明提供的一种七色闪光水彩,组分以重量百分数计:
水性铝银浆 8%-15%
染料 1.5%-2.0%
树脂 18%-25%
增稠剂 0.5%-1.0%
润湿剂 5%-8%
填料 20%-25%
流平剂 4.0%-6.0%
蒸馏水 余量
以上组分中还可含有适量香精。
所述水性染料为:嫩黄、桃红、红紫、湖蓝、艳绿、深棕、兰黑。
所述的树脂为:丙烯酸乳液、聚氨酯乳液。
所述的填料为:滑石粉、高岭土。
所述的增稠剂为:聚氨酯增稠剂、纤维素类增稠剂如甲基纤维素。
所述的润湿剂为:甘油或聚乙二醇。
本发明提供的一种闪光水彩的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按照闪光水彩的配方称取各原料
(2)将水性染料溶于蒸馏水中,搅拌溶解
(3)依次加入树脂、润湿剂、流平剂,搅拌10min
(4)再加入水性铝银浆,300r/min搅拌20min
(5)转速不变,加入填料和增稠剂不断搅拌,直至体系均匀。
与现有水彩相比,本发明优点和效果:本发明所用的水性铝银浆在涂层表面有闪光的特点,再辅以亮丽的颜色,特别容易吸引人的眼球,给人以美感。该闪光水彩制备工艺简单,操作方便,便于工业化,有较大的潜在市场。闪光水彩覆盖性好、涂写流畅、附着力强、色彩亮丽、绿色环保、易于清洗。风干速度快,有利于后续工作的展开。
具体实施方式
实施例1
配方:水性铝银浆2.0g,水性嫩黄染料0.4g,丙烯酸乳液4.0g,甲基纤维素0.2g,甘油1.5g,滑石粉5.0g,流平剂1.0g,蒸馏水5.9g。
制备方法:
1)按照闪光水彩的配方称取各原料;
2)将水性染料溶于蒸馏水中,搅拌溶解;
3)依次加入丙烯酸乳液、润湿剂甘油、流平剂,搅拌10min;
4)再加入水性铝银浆,300r/min搅拌20min;
5)转速不变,加入填料滑石粉和增稠剂甲基纤维素不断搅拌,直至体系均匀。
实施例2
配方:水性铝银浆2.0g,水性桃红染料0.4g,丙烯酸乳液4.2g,甲基纤维素0.1g,甘油1.5g,滑石粉5.0g,流平剂1.0g,蒸馏水5.8g。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3
配方:水性铝银浆2.0g,水性红紫染料0.4g,丙烯酸乳液4.5g,甲基纤维素0.2,甘油1.0g,滑石粉5.0g,流平剂1.0g,蒸馏水5.9g。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例4
配方:水性铝银浆2.0g,水性湖蓝染料0.4g,丙烯酸乳液4.0,甲基纤维素0.15g,甘油1.5g,滑石粉5.0,流平剂1.2,蒸馏水5.75g。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例5
配方:水性铝银浆2.5g,水性艳绿染料0.4g,聚氨酯乳液4.0g,聚氨酯增稠剂0.1g,聚乙二醇1.5g,滑石粉4.0g,流平剂1.0g,蒸馏水6.5g。
制备方法:
(1)按照闪光水彩的配方称取各原料
(2)将水性染料溶于蒸馏水中,搅拌溶解
(3)依次加入聚氨酯乳液、聚乙二醇、流平剂,搅拌10min
(4)再加入水性铝银浆,300r/min搅拌20min
(5)转速不变,加入滑石粉和聚氨酯增稠剂不断搅拌,直至体系均匀。
实施例6
配方:水性铝银浆2.5g,水性深棕染料0.4g,聚氨酯乳液4.5g,聚氨酯增稠剂0.1g,聚乙二醇1.0g,滑石粉4.5g,流平剂1.0g,蒸馏水6.0g。
制备方法同实施例5。
实施例7
配方:水性铝银浆2.5g,水性兰黑染料0.4g,聚氨酯乳液4.5g,聚氨酯增稠剂0.2g,聚乙二醇1.5g,滑石粉4.5g,流平剂1.0g,蒸馏水5.4g。
制备方法同实施例5。

1.一种七色闪光水彩,其特征在于,组分按重量百分比计:
水性铝银浆8%-15%
水性染料1.5%-2%
树脂15%-20%
增稠剂0.2%-0.8%
润湿剂5%-8%
填料20%-25%
流平剂3%-5%
蒸馏水余量
所述的增稠剂为:聚氨酯增稠剂或甲基纤维素。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种七色闪光水彩,其特征在于,所述水性染料为:嫩黄、桃红、红紫、湖蓝、艳绿、深棕或兰黑水性染料。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种七色闪光水彩,其特征在于,所述的树脂为丙烯酸乳液或聚氨酯乳液。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种七色闪光水彩,其特征在于,所述的填料为滑石粉或高岭土。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种七色闪光水彩,其特征在于,所述的润湿剂为甘油或聚乙二醇。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种七色闪光水彩,其特征在于,所述组分中可含有少量香精。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种七色闪光水彩的制备方法,其特征在于,按上述重量配比,包括如下步骤:
(1)按照闪光水彩的配方称取各原料
(2)将水性染料溶于蒸馏水中
(3)依次加入树脂、润湿剂、流平剂,搅拌10min
(4)再加入水性铝银浆,300r/min搅拌20min
(5)转速不变,加入填料和增稠剂不断搅拌,直至体系均匀。
