本发明公开了一种再生塑料喷绘布制备方法,包含以下步骤:一、制备再生喷绘布颗粒,回收塑料喷绘布,经清洗、漂白、粉碎、熔融、压片、磨粉制得再生喷绘布颗粒粉末;二、制备网格布,利用再生喷绘布颗粒粉末制备网格布;三、覆底膜,将底膜预热,与再生网格布进行热压合,压力控制在30~50Mpa,温度在165~185摄氏度;四、覆面膜,将面膜预热,与覆底膜的网格布进行热压合,压力控制在30~40Mpa,温度在150~165摄氏度;即成。这种再生型塑料喷绘布采用废旧塑料喷绘布制备中层网格布,再次覆膜后即可重新使用。不仅利用了大量废旧塑料喷绘布,覆膜粘接强度更好,表面细腻,墨水干燥速度快,喷绘鲜艳。

本发明涉及,具体为一种再生塑料喷绘布制备方法。
背景技术
喷绘布俗称灯箱布,是一种以PVC为原材料经过一定的制作工艺生产的,主要用于户外广告喷绘制作的一种喷绘材料。
随着我国经济发展的增快和进步,广告业发展迅速,产生了大量使用过的废弃喷绘布。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于研究塑料喷绘布的再生利用技术,达到废物利用,节约资源,提供一种再生塑料喷绘布制备方法。
为达到上述目的,采用的技术方案为:
一种再生塑料喷绘布制备方法,包含以下步骤:
一、制备再生喷绘布颗粒,回收塑料喷绘布,经清洗、漂白、粉碎、熔融、压片、磨粉制得再生喷绘布颗粒粉末;
二、制备网格布,利用再生喷绘布颗粒粉末制备网格布;
三、覆底膜,将底膜预热,与再生网格布进行热压合,压力控制在30~50Mpa,温度在165~185摄氏度;
四、覆面膜,将面膜预热,与覆底膜的网格布进行热压合,压力控制在30~40Mpa,温度在150~165摄氏度;即成。
所述步骤二中,利用再生喷绘布颗粒粉末30-40%与PET原料混合制备网格布。
采用上述方案的有益效果为:这种再生型塑料喷绘布采用废旧塑料喷绘布制备中层网格布,再次覆膜后即可重新使用。不仅利用了大量废旧塑料喷绘布,覆膜粘接强度更好,表面细腻,墨水干燥速度快,喷绘鲜艳。

实施例1
一种再生塑料喷绘布制备方法,包含以下步骤:
一、制备再生喷绘布颗粒,回收塑料喷绘布,经清洗、漂白、粉碎、熔融、压片、磨粉制得再生喷绘布颗粒粉末;
二、制备网格布,利用再生喷绘布颗粒粉末制备网格布;
三、覆底膜,将底膜预热,与再生网格布进行热压合,压力控制在30~50Mpa,温度在165~185摄氏度;
四、覆面膜,将面膜预热,与覆底膜的网格布进行热压合,压力控制在30~40Mpa,温度在150~165摄氏度;即成。
步骤一中:将废旧喷绘布用5-10%的盐酸和8-10%的硫酸混合液进行3-6小时酸洗清洗;熔融温度为200-215摄氏度;磨粉粒度为0.2-0.3毫米。
实施例2
所述步骤二中,利用再生喷绘布颗粒粉末30-40%与PET原料混合制备网格布。
这种再生型塑料喷绘布采用废旧塑料喷绘布制备中层网格布,再次覆膜后即可重新使用。不仅利用了大量废旧塑料喷绘布,覆膜粘接强度更好,表面细腻,墨水干燥速度快,喷绘鲜艳。

1.一种再生塑料喷绘布制备方法,其特征是,包含以下步骤:
一、制备再生喷绘布颗粒,回收塑料喷绘布,经清洗、漂白、粉碎、熔融、压片、磨粉制得再生喷绘布颗粒粉末;
二、制备网格布,利用再生喷绘布颗粒粉末制备网格布;
三、覆底膜,将底膜预热,与再生网格布进行热压合,压力控制在30~50Mpa,温度在165~185摄氏度;
四、覆面膜,将面膜预热,与覆底膜的网格布进行热压合,压力控制在30~40Mpa,温度在150~165摄氏度;即成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的再生塑料喷绘布制备方法,其特征是:所述步骤二,利用再生喷绘布颗粒粉末30-40%与PET原料混合制备网格布。
