Abstract

本发明涉及一种中药组合物，更具体的说是涉及一种治疗荨麻疹的中药组合物，它由防风、僵蚕、木贼、女贞子、麻黄、牛蒡子、土茯苓、栀子、茵陈、秦艽、白芷、桑叶、苦参、皂角刺、连翘、徐长卿、红景天、大黄、苦杏仁、蜂房、益母草、菊花、沙苑子等多种中药原料制作而成；本中药组合物采用天然中药为原料，以滋阴养血、疏散风邪、宁心安神为原则，进行辨证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的；具有疗效显著，治愈率高，无毒副作用的优点。

本发明涉及一种中药组合物，更具体的说是涉及一种治疗荨麻疹的中药组合物。
背景技术
荨麻疹是一种常见的过敏性皮肤病，常因某种食物、药物、生物制品、病灶感染、精神因素、肠寄生虫、外界冷热等刺激所引起。其一般症状表现为：突发局部或全身大小不一的风团，伴有剧烈骚痒，有灼热感，严重者还会出现发热、恶心、呕吐、腹痛腹泻、胸闷心悸、面色苍白、呼吸困难等。随着生活水平的提高，海鲜、蛋、奶类等成为生活中不可缺少的食品，这些食品可导致荨麻疹的发作，药物过敏，动、植物过敏，细菌感染，蚊虫叮咬，身体接触和遗传等也可导致荨麻疹的发病，其病因之多十分复杂。
目前西医对荨麻疹尚无特效疗法，多采用以内服抗组胺药物，皮质激素类药物临时抑制为多，如口服西药，口服激素，外用溶液洗剂、乳剂、泥膏、油剂、软膏、乳剂、涂膜剂、酊剂及硬膏等。该类药物治疗效果不理想，且治标不治本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种疗效显著、治愈率高且无副作用的荨麻疹的中药组合物。
为实现上述目的，本发明采取的技术方案是，一种用于治疗荨麻疹的中药组合物，其特征在于，是由以下重量份数的中药原料制成：防风10-20份、僵蚕10-15份、木贼5-10份、女贞子25-35份、麻黄8-15份、牛蒡子8-15份、土茯苓8-15份、栀子10-15份、茵陈8-15份、秦艽8-15份、白芷8-15份、桑叶5-10份、苦参5-10份、皂角刺5-10份、连翘8-15份、徐长卿8-15份、红景天8-15份、大黄8-15份、苦杏仁5-10份、蜂房5-10份、益母草10-15份、菊花10-15份、沙苑子10-15份、仙鹤草5-10份、菟丝子5-10份、芦根5-10份、五味子20-30份、茯苓10-15份、山茱萸10-15份、冬瓜皮5-10份、蕤仁5-10份、鸡血藤（红藤）25-35份、凌霄花5-10份、豨莶草8-15份、蕲蛇8-15份、石菖蒲8-15份、淫羊藿20-30份。
作为优选，一种用于治疗荨麻疹的中药组合物，其特征在于，是由以下重量份数的中药原料制成：防风15份、僵蚕12份、木贼8份、女贞子30份、麻黄12份、牛蒡子12份、土茯苓12份、栀子12份、茵陈12份、秦艽12份、白芷12份、桑叶12份、苦参8份、皂角刺8份、连翘12份、徐长卿12份、红景天12份、大黄12份、苦杏仁8份、蜂房8份、益母草12份、菊花12份、沙苑子12份、仙鹤草8份、菟丝子8份、芦根8份、五味子25份、茯苓12份、山茱萸12份、冬瓜皮8份、蕤仁8份、鸡血藤（红藤）30份、凌霄花8份、豨莶草10份、蕲蛇10份、石菖蒲10份、淫羊藿25份。
将上述中药按照传统的制备方法制成汤剂，每天口服一剂，早中晚分三次服完。
防风：味辛、甘，性微温；归膀胱、肺、脾经；具有祛风发表，胜湿止痛，止痉之功效。
僵蚕：味咸、辛，性平；归肝、肺、胃经；具有息风定惊，化痰散结之功效。
木贼：味甘、苦，性平；归肺、肝经；具有散风热，退目翳，止血之功效。
女贞子：味甘、苦，性凉；归肝、肾经；具有补益肝肾，清虚热，明目之功效。
麻黄：味辛、微苦，性温；归肺、膀胱经；发汗解表，宣肺平喘，利水消肿。
牛蒡子：味辛、苦，性寒；归肺、胃经；具有疏散风热，宣肺透疹，清利咽喉，解毒消肿之功效。
土茯苓：味甘、淡，性平；归肝、肾、脾、胃经；具有清热解毒，利湿消肿之功效。
栀子：味苦，性寒；归心、肺、三焦经；具有泻火除烦，清热利湿，凉血解毒之功效。
茵陈：味苦、辛，性微寒；归肝、脾、胆、胃、膀胱经；具有清湿热，退黄疸之功效。
秦艽：味辛、苦，性微寒；归肝、胃、胆经；具有祛风湿，清湿热，止痹痛，退虚热之功效。
白芷：味辛，性温；归肺、脾、胃经；具有散风除湿，通窍止痛，消痈排脓之功效。
桑叶：味苦、甘，性寒；归肺、肝经；具有疏散风寒，清肺润燥，清肝明目，凉血止血之功效。
苦参：味苦，性寒；归心、肺、胃、大肠、膀胱经；具有清热燥湿，祛风杀虫之功效。
皂角刺：味辛，性温；归肝、胃经；具有消肿托毒，排脓，杀虫之功效。
连翘：味苦，性微寒；归肺、心、小肠经；具有清热解毒，消肿散结之功效。
徐长卿：味辛，性温；归肝、胃经；具有祛风化湿，止痛止痒之功效。
红景天：味甘、苦，性平；归肺经；具有益气活血，通脉平喘之功效。
大黄：味苦，性寒；归胃、大肠、肝、脾经；具有泻下攻积，清热泻火，凉血解毒，逐瘀通经，利湿退黄之功效
苦杏仁：味苦，性微寒，有小毒；归肺、大肠经；具有降气化痰，止咳平喘，润肠通便之功效。
蜂房：味甘，性平；归胃、肾经；具有祛风止痛，攻毒消肿，杀虫止痒之功效。
益母草：味辛、苦，性微寒；归肝、肾、心包经；具有活血调经，利尿消肿，清热解毒之功效。
菊花：味辛、甘、苦，性微寒；归肺、肝经；具有疏风清热，平肝明目，解毒消肿之功效。
沙苑子：味甘，性温；归肝、肾经；具有补肾固精，益肝明目之功效。
仙鹤草：味苦、涩，性平；归肺、肝、脾经；具有收敛止血，止痢，补虚，杀虫之功效。
菟丝子：味辛、甘，性平；归肝、肾、脾经；具有滋补肝肾，固精缩尿，明目，安胎，止泻之功效。
芦根：味甘，性寒；归肺、胃经；具有清热生津，除烦止呕，利尿通淋，解读透疹之功效。
五味子：味酸、甘，性温；归肺、肾、心经；具有收敛固涩，益气生津，补肾宁心之功效。
茯苓：味甘、淡，性平；归心、脾、肺、肾经；利水渗湿，健脾和中，宁心安神之功效。
山茱萸：味酸、涩，性微温；归肝、肾经；具有补益肝肾，涩精固脱之功效。
冬瓜皮：味甘，性凉；归脾、小肠经；具有利水消肿之功效。
蕤仁：味甘，性微寒；归肝经；具有疏风散热，养肝明目之功效。
鸡血藤（红藤）：味苦、甘，性温；归肝、肾经；具有活血补血，调经止痛，舒筋活络之功效。
凌霄花：味辛、酸，性寒；归肝、心包经；具有破瘀散结，凉血祛风之功效。
豨莶草：味苦、辛，性寒；归肝、肾经；具有祛风湿，利关节，清热解毒之功效。
蕲蛇：味甘、咸，性温，有毒；归肝、脾经；具有祛风，通络，止痉之功效。
石菖蒲：味辛、苦，性温；归心、肝、脾经；具有开窍醒神，化湿和胃之功效。
淫羊藿：味辛、甘，性温；归肝、肾经；具有补肾壮阳，强筋健骨，祛风除湿之功效。
本中药组合物采用天然中药为原料，以滋阴养血、疏散风邪、宁心安神为原则，进行辨证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的；具有疗效显著，治愈率高，无毒副作用的优点。

实施例2：一种用于治疗荨麻疹的中药组合物，其特征在于，是由以下重量份数的中药原料制成：防风20份、僵蚕15份、木贼10份、女贞子30份、麻黄14份、牛蒡子14份、土茯苓14份、栀子14份、茵陈14份、秦艽14份、白芷14份、桑叶10份、苦参9份、皂角刺9份、连翘9份、徐长卿9份、红景天9份、大黄9份、苦杏仁9份、蜂房9份、益母草12份、菊花12份、沙苑子12份、仙鹤草8份、菟丝子8份、芦根8份、五味子22份、茯苓12份、山茱萸14份、冬瓜皮8份、蕤仁8份、鸡血藤（红藤）30份、凌霄花8份、豨莶草12份、蕲蛇12份、石菖蒲12份、淫羊藿28份。
病例1、郑某，女，58岁，环卫工人，患者自诉三个月前打扫卫生时，身上突然出现大量风团，瘙痒难耐，服用过多种西药进行治疗，未能根治。服用本发明制备药液5天，荨麻疹症状全部消失，治愈。
病例2、曲某，女，46岁，患者自诉近半年来全身起有苍白色风团，曾服用过西药进行治疗，停药后便会复发，影响到正常生活。连续服用本发明制备的药液15天，荨麻疹症状未见复发。
病例3，邓某，女，26岁，患者自诉一年前全身突然起有扁平状红色丘疹，花生米形状大小，布满全身，伴有瘙痒症状，多处医治效果不佳。服用本发明制备的药液3天，瘙痒症状明显减轻，又继续服用10天，症状全部消失。
病例4、段某，男，20岁，患者全身出现有皮疹，反复发作一年有余，发作时瘙痒感剧烈，并伴有轻微发热症状。服用本发明制备的药液5天，荨麻疹症状明显减轻，又继续服用15天，症状全部消失，随访一年未见复发。

1.一种用于治疗荨麻疹的中药组合物，其特征在于，是由以下重量份数的中药原料制成：防风10-20份、僵蚕10-15份、木贼5-10份、女贞子25-35份、麻黄8-15份、牛蒡子8-15份、土茯苓8-15份、栀子10-15份、茵陈8-15份、秦艽8-15份、白芷8-15份、桑叶5-10份、苦参5-10份、皂角刺5-10份、连翘8-15份、徐长卿8-15份、红景天8-15份、大黄8-15份、苦杏仁5-10份、蜂房5-10份、益母草10-15份、菊花10-15份、沙苑子10-15份、仙鹤草5-10份、菟丝子5-10份、芦根5-10份、五味子20-30份、茯苓10-15份、山茱萸10-15份、冬瓜皮5-10份、蕤仁5-10份、鸡血藤25-35份、凌霄花5-10份、豨莶草8-15份、蕲蛇8-15份、石菖蒲8-15份、淫羊藿20-30份。
