背景技术
肩周炎又称肩关节周围炎，俗称漏肩风、冻凝肩等，是一种肩周组织和肩关节疼痛及活动受限的临床综合征。其炎症范围有肱二头肌肌腱、岗上肌肌腱、肩峰下的滑囊等部位。其病理变化主要是关节囊在慢性炎症中，囊壁的皱襞逐渐发生相互粘连，并与肱二头肌粘附。
本病发生之机理，现代医学认为与肩臂劳损外伤及肩周组织退变等因素有关。中医学认为其内在因素系肝肾不足，气血亏虚，血不荣经；外因为肩周组织受到风寒湿三淫的侵袭，或有肌肉经络劳损之存在。如此在多重因素的作用下，从而形成气滞血瘀，痰浊凝阻，经脉拘挛。
本病的发生年龄一般在40岁之后，人群中发病的较为常见，症状较轻的可在半年之后得到缓解，而疼痛剧烈粘连较为严重的要在三五年之后方可好转。本病目前尚无有效的中西成品药能够治愈，许多患者在内服外用多种祛风除湿药物后得不到好转，率性放弃治疗默默地忍受着，生活和工作受到了严重的影响。

治疗肩周炎病扶正固本至关重要，该中药组合物以黄芪和白术配伍当归、川芎、白芍等益气养营，大补其气血和肝肾之不足，从而可使肩关节退变之组织得以滋养和修复。而肩臂疼痛为本病的主要症状，组合物中的桂枝、羌活、秦艽、制川乌、制草乌、防风等，为温经散寒胜湿止痛之要药。其中桂枝和羌活药性上行，善治头颈肩背之风湿痹痛；制川乌、制草乌大辛大热，散寒解凝止痛之功能极强；防风善开腠理，无论为挟寒挟热或有汗无汗用之皆宜，夹寒无汗者与桂枝、羌活、制川乌、制草乌同用，夹热有汗者与白芍、秦艽、桑枝同用；然而对于表虚自汗的个体来说，组合物中的黄芪与防风相配伍，药虽相恶却相成，固表止汗而不致留邪，祛风发汗也不致伤表。肩臂活动受限为本病的另一症状，这是由于气滞血瘀及痰凝浊阻之所致。首先组合物以当归、川芎、制乳香、制没药、片姜黄等，行气导滞活血散瘀，无论为风湿或损伤诸症用之皆宜。其中片姜黄善治肩臂风湿痹痛，为肩周病行气破瘀通利关节之使药，药力可直达病灶。接着组合物又以乌梢蛇、桑枝、海风藤、南五加皮等，祛风除湿舒筋活络，疗久风顽痹及筋脉之痉挛。其中乌梢蛇善搜肌肤之风，蠲痹而活络，与祛风散寒药同用其功效倍增；柔枝上行肩臂善通络止痛，尤宜于上肢之风寒湿痹；五加皮祛风胜湿强筋壮骨，入肾而补先天之精髓。紧接着组合物再以胆南星和白芥子来燥湿涤痰荡浊祛瘀，两药在制川乌、制草乌及制乳香、制没药等相伍之下，从而使组合物解凝化粘连之功效得到了极大的发挥，肩周的一切瘀阻之物旋随新陈代谢而去。该中药组合物中温热药用之较多，其间尚有几味药性有毒，虽经炮制毒性几乎降之为零，但在最后组进的生甘草一味，就是为清余热解余毒及调和药性而用。
该中药组合物根据本病的内外因素及不同证候，从不同的角度去遣药组方，用药虽然较多，但其间线索和脉络仍清晰可见，从气血双补到温经散寒、活血破瘀、祛风湿通络壮骨、涤痰化浊解粘连等，在这五个方面是打破医家常规而组方用药的，若说君臣佐使几乎每处每个环节都有如此之分。本病的治疗，如把病因病机及各种证侯全部加在一起，整体来个先君药后臣药再佐使，那将是不得要领而顾此失彼的。本病的治疗较为棘手，所谓冻凝肩尤如那冻冰三尺非一日之寒，若不敢放手用药，仅寄希望于若干中草药即可奏效，则非药用虎骨、甲珠、蕲蛇、鹿茸、元寸之类而莫属，此不仅为价格昂贵，且涉及到珍稀和保护物种。本发明提供的中药组合物在能有效治疗肩周炎的同时，其21味药物均极为平常，药源广泛，取材便利，价格低廉，避免了使用昂贵的中草药。

本发明提供的治疗肩周炎的中药组合物，为纯中药制剂，无毒副作用，且疗效高药价便宜，可有效祛除患者的病痛及降低其医疗费用。组合物根据本病的内外因素，运用中西医的有关理论分析，通过补气益血、祛风散寒、活血通络、化浊解凝的治疗法则，在21味药物的相互作用下来达到标本兼治。组合物临床应用多年，显效快疗程短，有效率可达100％，若推广于临床可得到较大的社会效益和经济效益。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的实施例作详细说明，本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施，给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程，但本发明的保护范围不限于下述的实施例。
实施例一
本实施例提供的治疗肩周炎的中药组合物，所述中药组合物是由以下重量配比的中药原料组成：黄芪10克，白术10克，当归10克，川芎6克，白芍10克，桂枝6克，羌活6克，秦艽6克，制川乌6克，制草乌6克，防风6克，桑枝10克，海风藤10克，乌梢蛇10克，南五加皮6克，片姜黄10克，制乳香6克，制没药6克，胆南星6克，白芥子6克，生甘草3克。
实施例二
本实施例提供的治疗肩周炎的中药组合物，所述中药组合物是由以下重量配比的中药原料组成：黄芪15克，白术12克，当归12克，川芎8克，白芍11克，桂枝9克，羌活9克，秦艽7克，制川乌8克，制草乌8克，防风9克，桑枝15克，海风藤12克，乌梢蛇15克，南五加皮9克，片姜黄12克，制乳香8克，制没药8克，胆南星7克，白芥子9克，生甘草4克。
实施例三
本实施例提供的治疗肩周炎的中药组合物，所述中药组合物是由以下重量配比的中药原料组成：黄芪20克，白术15克，当归15克，川芎10克，白芍12克，桂枝12克，羌活12克，秦艽9克，制川乌10克，制草乌10克，防风12克，桑枝20克，海风藤15克，乌梢蛇20克，南五加皮12克，片姜黄15克，制乳香10克，制没药10克，胆南星9克，白芥子12克，生甘草6克。
本申请人将以上三个实施例提供的治疗肩周炎的中药组合物应用于临床，治疗肩周炎患者58例，其中3例为30岁左右女性青年，其余皆为40-70岁以上患者。其中症状轻者，肩臂较痛，手臂活动受到限制，服药2星期后痊愈。部分重症患者，肩臂剧痛，手臂活动严重受限，服药3星期后疼痛完全消失，肩臂粘连缓解小幅度活动不受拘限，随后稍加锻炼功能即可恢复正常。本中药组合物临床应用多年，患者服药后未见有任何不良反应，疗程短、疗效显著，其有效率达到100％。本中药组合物若推广于临床，可得到较大的社会效益和经济效益。

Claims (2)

1.治疗肩周炎的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物是由以下重量配比的中药原料组成：黄芪10-20克，白术10-15克，当归10-15克，川芎6-10克，白芍10-12克，桂枝6-12克，羌活6-12克，秦艽6-9克，制川乌6-10克，制草乌6-10克，防风6-12克，桑枝10-20克，海风藤10-15克，乌梢蛇10-20克，南五加皮6-12克，片姜黄10-15克，制乳香6-10克，制没药6-10克，胆南星6-9克，白芥子6-12克，生甘草3-6克。
2.如权利要求1所述的治疗肩周炎的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物是由以下重量配比的中药原料组成：黄芪15克，白术12克，当归12克，川芎8克，白芍11克，桂枝9克，羌活9克，秦艽7克，制川乌8克，制草乌8克，防风9克，桑枝15克，海风藤12克，乌梢蛇15克，南五加皮9克，片姜黄12克，制乳香8克，制没药8克，胆南星7克，白芥子9克，生甘草4克。
