牡丹皮：味苦、辛，性微寒；归心、肝、肾经；具有清热凉血，活血化瘀之功效。
土鳖虫：味咸，性寒，有小毒；归肝经；具有破血逐瘀，续筋接骨之功效。
鸡血藤：味苦、甘，性温；归肝、肾经；具有活血补血，调经止痛，舒筋活络之功效。
马鞭草：味苦，性凉；归肝、脾经；具有清热解毒，活血祛瘀，利水消肿之功效。
刘寄奴：味苦，性寒；具有活血祛瘀，通经止痛，凉血止血，清热利湿之功效。
五倍子：味酸、涩，性寒；归肺、肾、大肠经；具有敛肺降火，涩肠止泻，敛汗止血，解毒敛疮之功效。
伸筋草：味微苦、辛，性温；归肝、脾、肾经；具有祛风除湿，舒筋活络之功效。
黄芪：味甘、性温；归肺、脾经；具有补益脾肺，固表止汗，利尿消肿，托毒敛疮之功效。
木瓜：味酸，性温；归肝、脾经；具有舒筋活络，和胃化湿之功效。
陈皮：味辛、苦，性温；归脾、肺经；具有理气健脾，燥湿化痰之功效。
忍冬藤：味甘，性寒；归肺、胃经；具有清热解毒，疏风通络之功效。
甘草：味甘，性平；归脾、胃、肺、心经；具有益气补中，祛痰止咳，清热解毒，缓急止痛，调和诸药之功效。
威灵仙：味咸、辛，性温；归膀胱经；具有祛风利湿，通络止痛，消骨鲠之功效。
全蝎：味咸、辛，性平，有毒；归肝经；具有息风止痉，通络止痛，攻毒散结之功效。
穿山甲：味咸，性微寒；归肝、胃经；具有活血散结，搜风通络，通经下乳，消肿排脓之功效。
穿山龙：味甘、苦，性温；归肝、肾、肺经；具有祛湿通络，活血止痛，止咳平喘之功效。
牡蛎：味咸，性微寒；归肝、心、肾经；具有平肝潜阳，重镇安神，软坚散结，收敛固涩之功效。
天南星：味苦、辛，性温，有毒；归肺、肝、脾经；具有燥湿化痰，祛风止痉，散结消肿之功效。
将上述中药按照传统的制备方法制成汤剂，每天1剂，分早晚两次饭后服用，7天为一个疗程。
本中药组合物采用天然中草药为原料，以清热解毒、活血化瘀、解痉止痛，祛腐生肌为原则，进行辨证配伍，组分中的各种原料药物相互协调在一起，能够起到最大程度的发挥药效；具有疗效确切，无毒副作用，愈后预后不留疤痕的优点。
下面结合临床资料及典型病例对本发明的有益效果进一步说明。
1、一般资料
从2014年7月--2016年3月治疗下肢静脉曲张患者141人，其中男性患者76人，女性患者65人，病程1—15年，平均3.5年。
2、治疗方法
采用本发明所制备的汤剂，每天1剂，分早晚两次饭后服用，7天为一个疗程。
3、疗效判断标准
治愈:下肢静脉曲张症状消失，体质恢复正常，观察一年未见复发。
②好转:下肢静脉曲张症状明显改善，体质逐步恢复。
③无效:下肢静脉曲张症状无明显改善或加重。
4、治疗结果
综上，本发明有效率达98.5％。
5、典型病例
1、邓某，女，36岁，患者自诉五年前自觉左下肢沉重、酸胀不适并伴水肿，同时出现左下肢浅表血管迂曲增粗呈蚯蚓状，有的地方蜷曲成团，小腿酸胀、疼痛；采用本发明所制备的汤剂，每天1剂，分早晚两次饭后服用，服药1个疗程，下肢静脉曲张症状明显好转，又继续服药4个疗程，症状完全消失，随访一年未见复发。
2、郭某，男，54岁，患者由于工作原因，整天坐着，双下肢出现了肿、痛的症状，后来皮肤开始变得瘙痒、发紫、发黑，下肢出现浮肿、疼痛并有色素沉着，经医院确诊为静脉曲张；采用本发明所制备的汤剂，每天1剂，分早晚两次饭后服用，连续用药3个疗程，下肢静脉曲张症状完全消失。
3、殷某、男，50岁，患者自诉右下肢患有静脉曲张六年，患部皮肤为黑色，小腿部位青筋隆起，伴有疼痛等症状和溃烂疤痕；采用本发明所制备的汤剂，每天1剂，分早晚两次饭后服用，用药1个疗程，下肢疼痛症状明显减轻，又继续用药4个疗程，静脉曲张症状消失，随访一年未见复发。

1.一种治疗下肢静脉曲张的药物组合物，其特征是，由下列重量份数的中药原料制成：白鲜皮10—15份、赤芍5--8份、川芎5--8份、柴胡5--8份、天花粉5--8份、地龙5--8份、桂枝6--10份、桃仁6--10份、续断6--10份、连翘5--8份、天葵子5--8份、皂角刺5--8份、牡丹皮5--8份、土鳖虫2--4份、鸡血藤10--15份、马鞭草6--10份、刘寄奴6--10份、五倍子6--10份、伸筋草6--10份、黄芪4--6份、木瓜4--6份、陈皮4--6份、忍冬藤5--8份、甘草6--10份、威灵仙6--10份、全蝎2--4份、穿山甲2--4份、穿山龙5--8份、牡蛎6--10份、天南星5--8份。
