实施例二:
一种含有螺旋藻和大麦青汁的碱性饮料的液态饮料所用原料包括:螺旋藻、大麦青汁、大豆磷脂、果胶、黄原胶、甜菊糖苷和饮用纯净水;所述原料均为干粉状;所述各种原料的配比 (质量百分比)为:螺旋藻6.5kg,大麦青汁10kg,大豆磷脂2.8kg,果胶1.0kg,黄原胶0.5kg,甜菊糖苷0.08kg,余量为饮用纯净水;
按所述配比将螺旋藻、大麦青汁、大豆磷脂、果胶、黄原胶、甜菊糖苷充分混合后加入饮用纯净水中溶解,制成溶解液;
将螺旋藻、大麦青汁、大豆磷脂、果胶、黄原胶、甜菊糖苷、饮用纯净水混合成的溶解液搅拌均匀后,过胶体磨研磨成混合浆料;
将所述混合浆料进行高压均质处理;
将高压均质处理后的混合浆料进行过滤、定容处理至1000L制成饮料;
将所述饮料灌装到专用容器中,进行高温杀菌后冷却即制得成品。
实施例三:
一种含有螺旋藻和大麦青汁的碱性饮料的液态饮料所用原料包括:螺旋藻、大麦青汁、大豆磷脂、果胶、黄原胶、甜菊糖苷和饮用纯净水;所述原料均为干粉状;所述各种原料的配比 (质量百分比)为:螺旋藻7.5kg,大麦青汁9.5kg,大豆磷脂2.5kg,果胶0.8kg,黄原胶0.6kg,甜菊糖苷0.12kg,余量为饮用纯净水;
按所述配比将螺旋藻、大麦青汁、大豆磷脂、果胶、黄原胶、甜菊糖苷充分混合后加入饮用纯净水中溶解,制成溶解液;
将螺旋藻、大麦青汁、大豆磷脂、果胶、黄原胶、甜菊糖苷、饮用纯净水混合成的溶解液搅拌均匀后,过胶体磨研磨成混合浆料;
将所述混合浆料进行高压均质处理;
将高压均质处理后的混合浆料进行过滤、定容处理至1000L制成饮料;
将所述饮料灌装到专用容器中,进行高温杀菌后冷却即制得成品。
实施例四:
一种含有螺旋藻和大麦青汁的碱性饮料的固态饮料所用原料包括:螺旋藻、大麦青汁、大豆磷脂、果胶、黄原胶、三氯蔗糖;所述原料均为干粉状;所述各种原料的配比(质量百分比) 为:螺旋藻18.5kg,大麦青汁66.48kg,大豆磷脂12kg,果胶2.5kg,黄原胶0.4kg,三氯蔗糖0.12kg;
按所述配比将螺旋藻、大麦青汁、大豆磷脂、果胶、黄原胶、三氯蔗糖充分混合后搅拌均匀即制得成品。
实施例五:
一种含有螺旋藻和大麦青汁的碱性饮料的固态饮料所用原料包括:螺旋藻、大麦青汁、大豆磷脂、果胶、黄原胶、三氯蔗糖;所述原料均为干粉状;所述各种原料的配比(质量百分比) 为:螺旋藻22.4kg,大麦青汁60kg,大豆磷脂15kg,果胶2.0kg,黄原胶0.5kg,三氯蔗糖 0.1kg;
按所述配比将螺旋藻、大麦青汁、大豆磷脂、果胶、黄原胶、三氯蔗糖充分混合后搅拌均匀即制得成品。
实施例六:
一种含有螺旋藻和大麦青汁的碱性饮料的固态饮料所用原料包括:螺旋藻、大麦青汁、大豆磷脂、果胶、黄原胶、三氯蔗糖;所述原料均为干粉状;所述各种原料的配比(质量百分比) 为:螺旋藻24kg,大麦青汁55kg,大豆磷脂18kg,果胶2.1kg,黄原胶0.8kg,三氯蔗糖0.1kg;按所述配比将螺旋藻、大麦青汁、大豆磷脂、果胶、黄原胶、三氯蔗糖充分混合后搅拌均匀即制得成品。

Claims (2)
1.一种含有螺旋藻和大麦青汁的碱性饮料,其特征在于:所述含有螺旋藻和大麦青汁的碱性饮料的液态饮料所用原料包括:螺旋藻、大麦青汁、大豆磷脂、果胶、黄原胶和饮用纯净水,还包括甜菊糖苷;所述固态原料均为干粉状;所述各种原料的配比(质量百分比)为:螺旋藻0.1%-3.5%,大麦青汁1.0%-5.0%,大豆磷脂0.1%-2.0%,果胶0.01%-0.2%,黄原胶0.01%-0.1%,甜菊糖苷0.01%-0.03%,余量为饮用纯净水;
按所述配比将螺旋藻、大麦青汁、大豆磷脂、果胶、黄原胶、甜菊糖苷充分混合后加入饮用纯净水中溶解,制成溶解液;
将螺旋藻、大麦青汁、大豆磷脂、果胶、黄原胶、甜菊糖苷、饮用纯净水混合成的溶解液搅拌均匀后,过胶体磨研磨成混合浆料;
将所述混合浆料进行高压均质处理;
将高压均质处理后的混合浆料进行过滤、定容处理制成饮料;
将所述饮料灌装到专用容器中,进行高温杀菌后冷却即制得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有螺旋藻和大麦青汁的碱性饮料,其特征在于:所述的含有螺旋藻和大麦青汁的碱性饮料的固态饮料所用原料包括:螺旋藻、大麦青汁、大豆磷脂、果胶、黄原胶,还包括三氯蔗糖;所述固态原料均为干粉状;所述各种原料的配比(质量百分比)为:螺旋藻5%-30%,大麦青汁30%-80%,大豆磷脂5%-20%,果胶0.1%-0.5%,黄原胶0.05%-0.3%,三氯蔗糖0.01%-0.3%;
按所述配比将螺旋藻、大麦青汁、大豆磷脂、果胶、黄原胶、三氯蔗糖充分混合后搅拌均匀即制得成品。
