背景技术
保温墙,顾名思义,必然起到保温隔热,维持室内温度稳定的作用,指采用一定的固定方式(粘结、机械锚固、粘贴+机械锚固、喷涂、浇注等),把导热系数较低(即保温隔热效果较好)的绝热材料与建筑物墙体固定一体,增加墙体的平均热阻值,从而达到保温或隔热效果的一种工程做法。参见下图示意,在砌体中增加一层泡沫保温板。外墙做外保温。墙体保温材料(又称无机活性墙体保温隔热材料)可大量节约墙体材料,提高墙体保温性能,节约资源,减少环境污染,是专注于做内外墙保温的新型材料。为推广应用新型墙体材料,使用酚醛保温既节能又环保,保护土地资源和生态环境,节约能源,促进循环经济发展,2000年,国家建设部对国内170个城市进行最后通牒,我国许多地方根据当地实际制定条例。在“九五”期间,新型墙体保温材料进入快速发展阶段,当前已呈规模化发展;2001年,国家又进一步加大了淘汰传统材料、推广新型墙体保温材料的力度,推广范围向小城市、城镇延伸,向农村延伸,向工业建筑延伸。就国家政策所讲的新型墙体材料来讲,有空心砌块、加气砌块、石膏空心砌块、加气粉煤灰砖、多孔粘土砖、GRC墙板、增强纤维水泥板、夹芯板、粉煤灰加气墙板以及复合保温墙板,可以说种类繁多。但是就市场份额来说块和板只有大小之分,谁也吃不掉谁;就产品性能来讲是各有千秋;但复合墙体在国外发达国家所占比例居高。硅酸铝保温材料又名(硅酸铝复合保温涂料),是一种新型的环保墙体保温材料。符合国家建筑标准,是众多房地产商,工程承包商,装饰工程商的必需材料。 硅酸铝复合保温涂料以天然钎维为主要原料,添加一定量的无机辅料经复合加工制成的一种新型绿色无机单组份包装干粉保温涂料,施工前将保温涂料用水调配后批刮在被保温的墙体表面,干燥后可形成一种微孔网状具有高强度结构的保温绝热层。酚醛泡沫材料属高分子有机硬质铝箔泡沫产品,是由热固性酚醛树脂发泡而成,它具有轻质、防火、遇明火不燃烧、无烟、无毒、无滴落,使用温度围广低温环境下不收缩、不脆化,是暖通制冷工程理想的绝热材料,由于酚醛泡沫闭孔率高,则导热系数低,隔热性能好,并具有抗水性和水蒸气渗透性,是理想的保温节能材料。
但是目前的保温墙体结构简单,功能单一,尤其是在发生地震等情况,不仅容易被地震的力量给破坏,还会对人们的人身安全带来一定的危害,另外,现有的保温墙体很多都是靠填充泡沫保温板来达到保温效果,在发生火灾时,更容易燃烧,从而带来极大地危险性。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种具有抗震功能的节能保温墙体,解决了上述提到的目前的保温墙体结构简单,功能单一,尤其是在发生地震等情况,不仅容易被地震的力量给破坏,还会对人们的人身安全带来一定的危害,另外,现有的保温墙体很多都是靠填充泡沫保温板来达到保温效果,在发生火灾时,更容易燃烧,从而带来极大地危险性的问题。

3、该保温墙体,通过在混凝土层15一侧设置的抗裂胶浆16,提高了保温墙体1的抗裂性,使其不会出现裂纹,通过在抗裂胶浆16一侧设置的膨胀锚栓17,可以与孔壁混凝土产生膨胀挤压力,并通过剪切摩擦作用产生抗拔力,实现对被连接件锚固。
4、该保温墙体,通过在膨胀锚栓17一侧设置的耐碱玻纤网格布18,使保温墙体1具有质轻、高强、耐温、耐碱、防水、耐腐蚀、抗龟裂、尺寸稳定等特点,通过在基层墙体19一侧设置的防水层8,提高保温墙体1的防水性,使其不会受到水的侵蚀。

本发明实施例提供一种具有抗震功能的节能保温墙体,如图1-4所示,包括保温墙体(1),保温墙体(1)表面设有饰面层(5),饰面层(5)表面设有防火瓷砖(6),保温墙体(1)内部两侧均设有支撑立柱(7),保温墙体(1)内部设有自保温墙砖(4),自保温墙砖(4)上端设有凸块(2),自保温墙砖(4)下端设有凹槽(3),自保温墙砖(4)一侧设有耐腐蚀层(9),耐腐蚀层(9)一侧设有砂浆找平层(10),砂浆找平层(10)一侧设有保温层(11),保温层(11)一侧设有隔音层(12),隔音层(12)一侧设有不锈钢丝网(13),不锈钢丝网(13)一侧设有轻钢龙骨(14),轻钢龙骨(14)一侧设有混凝土层(15),混凝土层(15)一侧设有抗裂胶浆(16),抗裂胶浆(16)一侧设有膨胀锚栓(17),膨胀锚栓(17)一侧设有耐碱玻纤网格布(18),耐碱玻纤网格布(18)一侧设有基层墙体(19),基层墙体(19)一侧设有防水层(8);防水层(8)内设有防水材料;保温层(11)内设有膨胀型聚苯乙烯泡沫板,且膨胀型聚苯乙烯泡沫板与砂浆找平层(10)粘合连接;凸块(2)与凹槽(3)适配;饰面层(5)表面涂有防火涂料;轻钢龙骨(14)为金属材料制成;膨胀锚栓(17)为扭矩控制式控制。保温墙体(1)组分包括以下材料氰丙基甲基纤维素25、铅粉20、二乙烯基苯15、氮化硅10、铜粉15、铅粉15、钛酸钾晶须10。

1.一种具有抗震功能的节能保温墙体,包括保温墙体(1),其特征在于:所述保温墙体(1)表面设有饰面层(5),所述饰面层(5)表面设有防火瓷砖(6),所述保温墙体(1)内部两侧均设有支撑立柱(7),所述保温墙体(1)内部设有自保温墙砖(4),所述自保温墙砖(4)上端设有凸块(2),所述自保温墙砖(4)下端设有凹槽(3),所述自保温墙砖(4)一侧设有耐腐蚀层(9),所述耐腐蚀层(9)一侧设有砂浆找平层(10),所述砂浆找平层(10)一侧设有保温层(11),所述保温层(11)一侧设有隔音层(12),所述隔音层(12)一侧设有不锈钢丝网(13),所述不锈钢丝网(13)一侧设有轻钢龙骨(14),所述轻钢龙骨(14)一侧设有混凝土层(15),所述混凝土层(15)一侧设有抗裂胶浆(16),所述抗裂胶浆(16)一侧设有膨胀锚栓(17),所述膨胀锚栓(17)一侧设有耐碱玻纤网格布(18),所述耐碱玻纤网格布(18)一侧设有基层墙体(19),所述基层墙体(19)一侧设有防水层(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗震功能的节能保温墙体,其特征在于:所述防水层(8)内设有防水材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗震功能的节能保温墙体,其特征在于:所述保温层(11)内设有膨胀型聚苯乙烯泡沫板,且膨胀型聚苯乙烯泡沫板与砂浆找平层(10)粘合连接。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有抗震功能的节能保温墙体,其特征在于:所述凸块(2)与凹槽(3)适配。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有抗震功能的节能保温墙体,其特征在于:所述饰面层(5)表面涂有防火涂料。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗震功能的节能保温墙体,其特征在于:所述轻钢龙骨(14)为金属材料制成。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有抗震功能的节能保温墙体,其特征在于:所述膨胀锚栓(17)为扭矩控制式控制。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗震功能的节能保温墙体,其特征在于:保温墙体(1)组分包括以下材料氰丙基甲基纤维素25、铅粉20、二乙烯基苯15、氮化硅10、铜粉15、铅粉15、钛酸钾晶须10。
