羊毛是一种应用广泛的天然蛋白质纤维,具有手感柔和、弹性好、保暖性好等特点。羊毛帽子是以羊毛为原料制作而成的,是人们日常备用的生活用品,可装饰、可遮阳、可保暖,深受消费者喜爱。随着人们对时尚的追求,功能性羊毛制品越来越受到人们的喜爱和亲睐。作为天然蛋白质纤维的羊毛本身并不具有抗菌防霉功能,用其制成的羊毛帽子往往为细菌提供了生存的“温床”,在使用和存放的过程中,细菌能迅速的生长、繁殖,对人体健康和环境都造成危害,同时会使羊毛帽子发生霉变,影响其性能。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种羊毛帽子专用抗菌防霉整理剂,其能赋予羊毛帽子优异的抗菌性和防霉性,同时降低了羊毛帽子的缩绒性,使所得羊毛帽子手感柔软,光泽柔和。
本发明提出的一种羊毛帽子专用抗菌防霉整理剂,其原料按重量份包括:氰酸钠2-10份、过氧化氢2-10份、改性壳聚糖10-35份、杜仲提取液2-10份、竹叶提取液3-9份、白鲜皮提取液1-5份、石榴皮提取液2-10份、紫草提取液3-16份、β-环糊精3-18份、转谷氨酰胺酶0.1-1.2份、氨基硅氧烷1-5份、柠檬酸2-10份、亲水性表面活性剂2-4份。
优选地,所述改性壳聚糖按照以下工艺进行制备:将硫脲、尿素、钛酸丁酯加入无水乙醇中混合均匀,调节pH值至2-3,加入去离子水搅拌至出现丁达尔效应,静置陈化2-4h,干燥、研磨后在500-550℃下煅烧2-3h得到改性纳米二氧化钛;将壳聚糖加入醋酸水溶液中,调节pH值为1-2,加入改性纳米二氧化钛,搅拌均匀后调节体系pH值为11-12,升温至65-75℃,加入戊二醛,静置反应3-5h后经离心、洗涤、干燥得到改性壳聚糖。
优选地,硫脲、尿素、钛酸丁酯的重量比为15-23:15-21:110-150。
优选地,壳聚糖、改性纳米二氧化钛、戊二醛的重量比为15-35:3-10:0.5-2.5。
优选地,所述杜仲提取液为杜仲乙醇提取液;所述竹叶提取液为竹叶乙醇提取液;所述白鲜皮提取液为白鲜皮乙醇提取液;所述石榴皮提取液为石榴皮乙醇提取液;所述紫草提取液为紫草乙醇提取液。
优选地,所述亲水性表面活性剂为烷基苯磺酸钠、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、聚乙二醇、羧甲基纤维素、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮中的一种或者多种的混合物。
本发明所述羊毛帽子专用抗菌防霉整理剂,其原料中加入了氰酸钠和过氧化氢,两者能反应得到氨基过氧甲酸,从而对羊毛起到活化作用,腐蚀破坏了羊毛纤维的鳞片和表面细胞膜,使羊毛纤维的缩绒性下降,改善了羊毛纤维的白度和润湿性,赋予羊毛帽子优异的防缩性;优选方式中,以硫脲、尿素、钛酸丁酯为原料,调节反应的条件,得到了改性纳米二氧化钛,其中的硫和氮掺杂进入了二氧化钛晶格中,生成中间能带,减小了二氧化钛的禁带宽度,提高了二氧化钛的光催化活性和可见光响应能力,之后将其与壳聚糖混合,在戊二醛的作用下,得到了改性壳聚糖,将其加入体系中,与杜仲提取液、竹叶提取液、白鲜皮提取液、石榴皮提取液、紫草提取液、β-环糊精配合用作羊毛纤维的整理剂,与羊毛纤维的结合牢度高,赋予羊毛纤维优异的抗菌防霉性,且耐久性好,与转谷氨酰胺酶、氨基硅氧烷配合,大幅降低了羊毛纤维的缩水率,并防止了羊毛帽子泛黄,同时在保持羊毛强力的同时使所得羊毛帽子手感柔软,爽滑,光泽柔和,明显降低了羊毛帽子起毛起球现象。

下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
本发明提出的一种羊毛帽子专用抗菌防霉整理剂,其原料按重量份包括:氰酸钠10份、过氧化氢2份、改性壳聚糖35份、杜仲提取液2份、竹叶提取液9份、白鲜皮提取液1份、石榴皮提取液10份、紫草提取液3份、β-环糊精18份、转谷氨酰胺酶0.1份、氨基硅氧烷5份、柠檬酸2份、亲水性表面活性剂4份。
实施例2
本发明提出的一种羊毛帽子专用抗菌防霉整理剂,其原料按重量份包括:氰酸钠2份、过氧化氢10份、改性壳聚糖10份、杜仲提取液10份、竹叶提取液3份、白鲜皮提取液5份、石榴皮提取液2份、紫草提取液16份、β-环糊精3份、转谷氨酰胺酶1.2份、氨基硅氧烷1份、柠檬酸10份、亲水性表面活性剂2份。
实施例3
本发明提出的一种羊毛帽子专用抗菌防霉整理剂,其原料按重量份包括:氰酸钠4份、过氧化氢9份、改性壳聚糖14份、杜仲提取液8份、竹叶提取液4.5份、白鲜皮提取液4份、石榴皮提取液4.5份、紫草提取液13份、β-环糊精6份、转谷氨酰胺酶1份、氨基硅氧烷2份、柠檬酸8份、亲水性表面活性剂2.6份;
其中,所述改性壳聚糖按照以下工艺进行制备:将硫脲、尿素、钛酸丁酯加入无水乙醇中混合均匀,其中,硫脲、尿素、钛酸丁酯的重量比为15:21:110,调节pH值至3,加入去离子水搅拌至出现丁达尔效应,静置陈化2h,干燥、研磨后在550℃下煅烧2h得到改性纳米二氧化钛;将壳聚糖加入醋酸水溶液中,调节pH值为2,加入改性纳米二氧化钛,搅拌均匀后调节体系pH值为12,升温至65℃,加入戊二醛,其中,壳聚糖、改性纳米二氧化钛、戊二醛的重量比为35:3:2.5,静置反应3h后经离心、洗涤、干燥得到改性壳聚糖;
所述杜仲提取液为杜仲乙醇提取液;所述竹叶提取液为竹叶乙醇提取液;所述白鲜皮提取液为白鲜皮乙醇提取液;所述石榴皮提取液为石榴皮乙醇提取液;所述紫草提取液为紫草乙醇提取液;
所述亲水性表面活性剂为十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、聚乙二醇、羧甲基纤维素、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的混合物,且十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、聚乙二醇、羧甲基纤维素、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的质量比为3:2:4:1。
实施例4
本发明提出的一种羊毛帽子专用抗菌防霉整理剂,其原料按重量份包括:氰酸钠8份、过氧化氢5份、改性壳聚糖31份、杜仲提取液3份、竹叶提取液8份、白鲜皮提取液2份、石榴皮提取液8份、紫草提取液6份、β-环糊精15份、转谷氨酰胺酶0.4份、氨基硅氧烷4.3份、柠檬酸4份、亲水性表面活性剂3.5份;
其中,所述改性壳聚糖按照以下工艺进行制备:将硫脲、尿素、钛酸丁酯加入无水乙醇中混合均匀,其中,硫脲、尿素、钛酸丁酯的重量比为23:15:150,调节pH值至2,加入去离子水搅拌至出现丁达尔效应,静置陈化4h,干燥、研磨后在500℃下煅烧3h得到改性纳米二氧化钛;将壳聚糖加入醋酸水溶液中,调节pH值为1,加入改性纳米二氧化钛,搅拌均匀后调节体系pH值为11,升温至75℃,加入戊二醛,其中,壳聚糖、改性纳米二氧化钛、戊二醛的重量比为15:10:0.5,静置反应5h后经离心、洗涤、干燥得到改性壳聚糖;
所述杜仲提取液为杜仲乙醇提取液;所述竹叶提取液为竹叶乙醇提取液;所述白鲜皮提取液为白鲜皮乙醇提取液;所述石榴皮提取液为石榴皮乙醇提取液;所述紫草提取液为紫草乙醇提取液;
所述亲水性表面活性剂为烷基苯磺酸钠。
实施例5
本发明提出的一种羊毛帽子专用抗菌防霉整理剂,其原料按重量份包括:氰酸钠6份、过氧化氢7份、改性壳聚糖20份、杜仲提取液5份、竹叶提取液6份、白鲜皮提取液3份、石榴皮提取液5份、紫草提取液11份、β-环糊精10份、转谷氨酰胺酶0.8份、氨基硅氧烷3份、柠檬酸7份、亲水性表面活性剂3份;
其中,所述改性壳聚糖按照以下工艺进行制备:将硫脲、尿素、钛酸丁酯加入无水乙醇中混合均匀,其中,硫脲、尿素、钛酸丁酯的重量比为20:17:125,调节pH值至2.5,加入去离子水搅拌至出现丁达尔效应,静置陈化3h,干燥、研磨后在525℃下煅烧2.5h得到改性纳米二氧化钛;将壳聚糖加入醋酸水溶液中,调节pH值为1.5,加入改性纳米二氧化钛,搅拌均匀后调节体系pH值为11.5,升温至70℃,加入戊二醛,其中,壳聚糖、改性纳米二氧化钛、戊二醛的重量比为20:7:1.6,静置反应4h后经离心、洗涤、干燥得到改性壳聚糖;
所述杜仲提取液为杜仲乙醇提取液;所述竹叶提取液为竹叶乙醇提取液;所述白鲜皮提取液为白鲜皮乙醇提取液;所述石榴皮提取液为石榴皮乙醇提取液;所述紫草提取液为紫草乙醇提取液;
所述亲水性表面活性剂为烷基苯磺酸钠、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、聚乙二醇、羧甲基纤维素、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的混合物,且烷基苯磺酸钠、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、聚乙二醇、羧甲基纤维素、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的质量比为3:2:2:1:4。

Claims (6)
1.一种羊毛帽子专用抗菌防霉整理剂,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:氰酸钠2-10份、过氧化氢2-10份、改性壳聚糖10-35份、杜仲提取液2-10份、竹叶提取液3-9份、白鲜皮提取液1-5份、石榴皮提取液2-10份、紫草提取液3-16份、β-环糊精3-18份、转谷氨酰胺酶0.1-1.2份、氨基硅氧烷1-5份、柠檬酸2-10份、亲水性表面活性剂2-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述羊毛帽子专用抗菌防霉整理剂,其特征在于,所述改性壳聚糖按照以下工艺进行制备:将硫脲、尿素、钛酸丁酯加入无水乙醇中混合均匀,调节pH值至2-3,加入去离子水搅拌至出现丁达尔效应,静置陈化2-4h,干燥、研磨后在500-550℃下煅烧2-3h得到改性纳米二氧化钛;将壳聚糖加入醋酸水溶液中,调节pH值为1-2,加入改性纳米二氧化钛,搅拌均匀后调节体系pH值为11-12,升温至65-75℃,加入戊二醛,静置反应3-5h后经离心、洗涤、干燥得到改性壳聚糖。
3.根据权利要求2所述羊毛帽子专用抗菌防霉整理剂,其特征在于,硫脲、尿素、钛酸丁酯的重量比为15-23:15-21:110-150。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述羊毛帽子专用抗菌防霉整理剂,其特征在于,壳聚糖、改性纳米二氧化钛、戊二醛的重量比为15-35:3-10:0.5-2.5。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述羊毛帽子专用抗菌防霉整理剂,其特征在于,所述杜仲提取液为杜仲乙醇提取液;所述竹叶提取液为竹叶乙醇提取液;所述白鲜皮提取液为白鲜皮乙醇提取液;所述石榴皮提取液为石榴皮乙醇提取液;所述紫草提取液为紫草乙醇提取液。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述羊毛帽子专用抗菌防霉整理剂,其特征在于,所述亲水性表面活性剂为烷基苯磺酸钠、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、聚乙二醇、羧甲基纤维素、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮中的一种或者多种的混合物。
