本发明公开了一种羊毛织物抗菌防霉整理剂，由以下重量份的原料组成：肉桂油4‑9份、天然皂甙12‑16份、烷基磺酸钠6‑9份、分散剂3‑6份、葡萄糖酸钠7‑9份、N‑(膦酰基甲基)甘氨酸异丙胺盐6‑9份、三氯杀虫酯2‑10份、交联剂2‑4份、丙二醇13‑20份、烯丙基缩水甘油醚2‑6份、表面活性剂4‑7份、槐糖脂9‑11份、椰油基酰胺丙基甜菜碱5‑7份、十二烷纯硫酸钠3‑5份、水40‑60份。本发明的羊毛织物抗菌防霉整理剂赋予羊毛织物防霉、抗菌、防臭等功能，对皮肤无刺激、无过敏反应，无毒，无致畸性，无潜在致癌性，符合环保要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种羊毛织物抗菌防霉整理剂。
背景技术
羊毛织物是以羊毛为原料纺织而成的织物，羊毛是一种具有优异服用性能的天然纤维，并深受国内外消费者喜爱，羊毛具有弹性好、吸湿性强、保暖性好、光泽柔和等许多优良特性。毛面料的风格高贵、服用性能优越。近年来社会对羊毛产品的需求量逐步扩大，国内外市场上出现的羊毛产品种类繁多，包括针织产品、粗纺产品和精纺产品等。其中纯毛面料色泽自然柔和、保暖效果好、是制作高档西服和大衣的首选面料。然而人体汗腺和皮脂腺分泌的汗水、新陈代谢产物和皮脂等排泄物，从而形成微生物的营养源，在加上兔毛织物的天然纤维中所含的纤维素和蛋白质,如果清理不干净时极易导致微生物的滋生和繁殖。不仅刺激人体皮肤，引起不舒适感，甚至导致病变，而且还会使织物产生霉变，危害人体健康。为此，必须使用抗菌防霉整理剂进行整理。但目前市场上的养护剂性能比较单一，防霉效果不佳。因此如何克服现有技术的不足是目前纺织技术领域亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
为了实现上述目的，本发明提供了一种羊毛织物抗菌防霉整理剂。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种羊毛织物抗菌防霉整理剂，它是由如下重量份的原料组成：肉桂油4-9份、天然皂甙12-16份、烷基磺酸钠6-9份、分散剂3-6份、葡萄糖酸钠7-9份、N-(膦酰基甲基)甘氨酸异丙胺盐6-9份、三氯杀虫酯2-10份、交联剂2-4份、丙二醇13-20份、烯丙基缩水甘油醚2-6份、表面活性剂4-7份、槐糖脂9-11份、椰油基酰胺丙基甜菜碱5-7份、十二烷纯硫酸钠3-5份、水40-60份。
所述交联剂为二羟甲基二羟基乙撑脲、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂或二羟甲基乙烯脲。
所述分散剂为吐温80或司盘。
所述表面活性剂为BYK377、BYK378、BYK3700、BYK3710、中的一种或几种。
有益效果：本发明的羊毛织物抗菌防霉整理剂赋予羊毛织物防霉、抗菌、防臭等功能，对皮肤无刺激、无过敏反应，无毒，无致畸性，无潜在致癌性，符合环保要求。

一种羊毛织物抗菌防霉整理剂，它是由如下重量份的原料组成：肉桂油4份、天然皂甙12份、烷基磺酸钠6份、分散剂3份、葡萄糖酸钠7份、N-(膦酰基甲基)甘氨酸异丙胺盐6份、三氯杀虫酯2份、交联剂2份、丙二醇13份、烯丙基缩水甘油醚2份、表面活性剂4份、槐糖脂9份、椰油基酰胺丙基甜菜碱5份、十二烷纯硫酸钠3份、水40份。
所述交联剂为二羟甲基二羟基乙撑脲、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂或二羟甲基乙烯脲。
所述分散剂为吐温80或司盘。
所述表面活性剂为BYK377、BYK378、BYK3700、BYK3710、中的一种或几种。
其使用方法为：将羊毛织物抗菌防霉整理剂加水稀释配制成浸渍液，然后将羊毛织物放入浸渍液中浸轧，轧余率65-70％，最后水洗2-3次，脱水烘干即可。

所述交联剂为二羟甲基二羟基乙撑脲、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂或二羟甲基乙烯脲。
所述分散剂为吐温80或司盘。
所述表面活性剂为BYK377、BYK378、BYK3700、BYK3710、中的一种或几种。
