本发明公开了一种羊毛织物抗静电整理剂,由以下重量份的原料组成:天然皂甙12‑16份、异丙醇钛3‑6份、椰油基酰胺丙基甜菜碱5‑7份、基础油23‑28份、十二烷纯硫酸钠8‑11份、烯丙基缩水甘油醚2‑6份、乙二醇单乙醚3‑10份、聚乙烯苄基三甲基季铵盐3‑8份、分散剂4‑8份、N‑(膦酰基甲基)甘氨酸异丙胺盐9‑11份、香精6‑8份、葡萄糖酸钠1‑5份。本发明的羊毛织物抗静电整理剂操作方便,绿色环保,且整理后的羊毛织物具有优异的抗静电和抗菌性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种羊毛织物抗静电整理剂。
背景技术
羊毛织物是以羊毛为原料纺织而成的织物,羊毛是一种具有优异服用性能的天然纤维,并深受国内外消费者喜爱,羊毛具有弹性好、吸湿性强、保暖性好、光泽柔和等许多优良特性。毛面料的风格高贵、服用性能优越。近年来社会对羊毛产品的需求量逐步扩大,国内外市场上出现的羊毛产品种类繁多,包括针织产品、粗纺产品和精纺产品等。其中纯毛面料色泽自然柔和、保暖效果好、是制作高档西服和大衣的首选面料。然而羊毛纺织品因为静电问题造成的日常困扰在很大程度上限制了羊毛产品的推广。羊毛的静电防护和整理日渐成为毛纺技术迫切的课题。因此,对织物进行抗静电整理是很有必要的。要达到羊毛织物抗静电的目的,现有技术中最通常的做法是对羊毛织物进行抗静电整理。但是,目前使用最多的抗静电整理剂,存在生物降解性差、耐洗性差等问题。因此如何克服现有技术的不足是本领域亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种羊毛织物抗静电整理剂。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种羊毛织物抗静电整理剂,它是由如下重量份的原料组成:天然皂甙12-16份、异丙醇钛3-6份、椰油基酰胺丙基甜菜碱5-7份、基础油23-28份、十二烷纯硫酸钠8-11份、烯丙基缩水甘油醚2-6份、乙二醇单乙醚3-10份、聚乙烯苄基三甲基季铵盐3-8份、分散剂4-8份、N-(膦酰基甲基)甘氨酸异丙胺盐9-11份、香精6-8份、葡萄糖酸钠1-5份。
所述分散剂为吐温80或司盘。
所述基础油为玫瑰果油、葡萄籽油、橄榄油中一种或两种的混合物。
所述香精为薰衣草香精或香草醛。
有益效果:本发明的羊毛织物抗静电整理剂操作方便,绿色环保,且整理后的羊毛织物具有优异的抗静电和抗菌性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。

一种羊毛织物抗静电整理剂,它是由如下重量份的原料组成:天然皂甙12份、异丙醇钛3份、椰油基酰胺丙基甜菜碱5份、基础油23份、十二烷纯硫酸钠8份、烯丙基缩水甘油醚2份、乙二醇单乙醚3份、聚乙烯苄基三甲基季铵盐3份、分散剂4份、N-(膦酰基甲基)甘氨酸异丙胺盐9份、香精6份、葡萄糖酸钠1份。
所述分散剂为吐温80或司盘。
所述基础油为玫瑰果油、葡萄籽油、橄榄油中一种或两种的混合物。
所述香精为薰衣草香精或香草醛。
其使用方法为:将羊毛织物抗静电整理剂加水稀释配制成浸渍液,然后将羊毛织物放入浸渍液中浸轧,轧余率65-70%,最后水洗2-3次,脱水烘干即可。
