背景技术
户外家具是指在开放或半开放性户外空间中,为方便人们健康、舒适、高效的公共性户外活动而设置的一系列相对于室内家具而言的用具,其主要涵盖了城市公共户外家具、庭院户外休闲家具、商业场所户外家具、便携户外家具等四大类产品。随着人们消费生活理念的改变,近年来,以藤条、柳条、竹条、各类秸秆等天然材料制成的产品在户外家具中的比重越来越大,其中柳编制品尤为突出。
柳编制品因自身的特性,在制作成品时需要进行改性防护处理,不然在使用过程中受环境影响,极易虫蛀腐朽、受潮发霉,从而严重降低使用寿命和使用性能。现多采用油漆对柳编制品表面进行喷覆处理,予以防护,提升其使用性能,但现有的油漆通常存在着耐水性、耐候性、耐磨性等较差的问题,户外家具因环境变化的原因多会出现表面漆层脱落等问题,故油漆与柳编制品的附着结合性仍需进一步提升。此外,柳编制品本身的抗弯、抗压强度等性能需得到进一步改善。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种户外柳编家具制品的防护方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种户外柳编家具制品的防护方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)防护漆制备:
a.按重量份称取下列物质:120~150份水性丙烯酸乳液、25~35份有机硅改性聚氨酯树脂乳液、6~8份改性皂土、2~3份聚丙烯酸铵、0.5~0.8份钼酸钠、0.5~1份羧甲基纤维素钠、1~1.5份蔗糖酯、1~1.5份双飞粉、2~4份三乙醇胺、0.5~1份异丁酸异丁酯、1~3份丙二醇丁醚、1~1.5份藻酸丙二醇酯、10~15份去离子水; 所述改性皂土的制备方法包括如下工序步骤:
Ⅰ.按重量份称取下列物质:70~80份皂土、5~7份纳米二氧化钛、2~3份淀粉、6~8份聚乙烯醇、2~4份干酪素、1~3份硬脂酸镁、2~3份小苏打、1~2份六偏磷酸钠、30~35份去离子水;
Ⅱ.将皂土放入质量分数为3.5~4.5%的柠檬酸钠溶液中浸泡处理30~35min,取出后再放入质量分数为4~5.5%的酒石酸溶液中浸泡处理20~30min,取出后用清水冲洗干净备用;
Ⅲ.将工序Ⅱ处理后的皂土放入温度为780~840℃的条件下煅烧处理40~60min,再将温度提升至920~960℃,煅烧处理30~40min后取出,粉碎过325目筛备用;
Ⅳ.将去离子水加热至50~55℃,再向其中加入淀粉和聚乙烯醇,以800~1000转/分钟的转速搅拌均匀后,将溶液温度降至40~45℃,然后加入纳米二氧化钛、干酪素、硬脂酸镁、小苏打和六偏磷酸钠,再以1000~1200转/分钟的转速搅拌均匀制得混合液B备用;
Ⅴ.将工序Ⅳ制得的混合液B均匀喷覆于工序Ⅲ处理后皂土上,混拌均匀后自然风干即可;
b.将聚丙烯酸铵、钼酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠、蔗糖酯、双飞粉、三乙醇胺和去离子水共同混合,加热至40~50℃,搅拌均匀后,通入氮气后加热至 60~65℃,再将异丁酸异丁酯、丙二醇丁醚和藻酸丙二醇酯加入,搅拌混合反应60~80min后制得混合液A备用;
c.将水性丙烯酸乳液、有机硅改性聚氨酯树脂乳液和操作b制得的混合液A共同混拌均匀,再将改性皂土加入,搅拌分散1~1.5h后制得防护漆备用;
(2)柳编制品预处理:
a.配制质量分数为3~4%的复合酶水溶液备用,所述复合酶中含有纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、果胶酶和单宁酶;
b.将操作a配制好的复合酶水溶液喷洒到柳编制品表面上,静置酶解15~20min后,用清水冲洗一遍备用;
c.将操作b处理后的柳编制品干燥至水含量不大于10%后备用;
(3)防护处理:
a.将步骤(2)预处理后的柳编制品放入温度为60~65℃、相对湿度为50~55%的环境下,将步骤(1)制得的防护漆均匀喷覆在柳编制品表面上,静置至防护漆完全干燥;
b.待操作a处理后的柳编制品表面防护漆完全干燥后,调节环境温度至2~6℃、相对湿度为35~40%,将步骤(1)制得的防护漆再次均匀喷覆在柳编制品表面上,静置至防护漆表干后,再以0.5~0.6℃/min的速度将环境温度恢复至常温,待柳编制品表面防护漆完全干燥后即可。以0.5~0.6℃/min的速度将环境温度恢复至常温,利于防护漆的干燥,同时又能很好的维持经高低温处理后其力学性能增强的特性,若升温速度较快,则会降低力学特性增强的程度。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)本发明配制的防护漆,对皂土进行了特殊的改性处理,提高了其粘合性、吸附性、乳化性和耐磨性,添加到油漆中增强了整体的耐候性与稳定性;将水性丙烯酸乳液和有机硅改性聚氨酯树脂乳液共同混合使用,提高了整体的粘附性能,与其余成分的相容性能更好;在各成分的综合作用下,防护漆具有良好的硬度、耐磨和耐候性,对家具的防护效果较强,且其光泽度较好,很好提升了产品外观的美感,同时又具有安全无毒的特点。
(2)在对柳编制品预处理时,用复合酶溶液对其表面进行水解处理,可将其表面植物细胞内的物质成分溶出,架空其内部结构,将防护漆的有效成分渗入,可在柳条自身表面内部形成一层防护层,提高防护效果;刷漆时在高温和低温两个阶段下进行,高温时可提高柳条对防护漆的吸附量,低温时涂覆一层可填补变形产生的微缝,降低起皱现象,经高温和低温的共同处理后,柳编制品的抗弯、抗压强度得到提升。
(3)本发明防护方法中配制的防护漆本身具有较好的使用特性,通过合理的喷覆方法,使其与柳编制品的吸附性得到进一步的提升,柳编制品在环境变化较恶劣的天气下,表面防护漆也不易脱落、降质,本方法处理后的户外柳编家具制品的阻燃、抑烟、防腐、防霉、防虫、抗菌、抗流失特性得到很好的加强,表面光滑、无皱,且其抗弯强度提高了20~30%、抗压强度提高了15~20%,有很好的使用价值。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种户外柳编家具制品的防护方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)防护漆制备:
a.按重量份称取下列物质:120份水性丙烯酸乳液、25份有机硅改性聚氨酯树脂乳液、6份改性皂土、2份聚丙烯酸铵、0.5份钼酸钠、0.5份羧甲基纤维素钠、1份蔗糖酯、1份双飞粉、2份三乙醇胺、0.5份异丁酸异丁酯、1份丙二醇丁醚、1份藻酸丙二醇酯、10份去离子水;所述改性皂土的制备方法包括如下工序步骤:
Ⅰ.按重量份称取下列物质:78份皂土、5份纳米二氧化钛、2份淀粉、6份聚乙烯醇、2份干酪素、1份硬脂酸镁、2份小苏打、1份六偏磷酸钠、32份去离子水;
Ⅱ.将皂土放入质量分数为4.5%的柠檬酸钠溶液中浸泡处理35min,取出后再放入质量分数为4%的酒石酸溶液中浸泡处理25min,取出后用清水冲洗干净备用;
Ⅲ.将工序Ⅱ处理后的皂土放入温度为800℃的条件下煅烧处理48min,再将温度提升至960℃,煅烧处理38min后取出,粉碎过325目筛备用;
Ⅳ.将去离子水加热至52℃,再向其中加入淀粉和聚乙烯醇,以900转/分钟的转速搅拌均匀后,将溶液温度降至42℃,然后加入纳米二氧化钛、干酪素、硬脂酸镁、小苏打和六偏磷酸钠,再以1200转/分钟的转速搅拌均匀制得混合液B备用;
Ⅴ.将工序Ⅳ制得的混合液B均匀喷覆于工序Ⅲ处理后皂土上,混拌均匀后自然风干即可;
b.将聚丙烯酸铵、钼酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠、蔗糖酯、双飞粉、三乙醇胺和去离子水共同混合,加热至45℃,搅拌均匀后,通入氮气后加热至 62℃,再将异丁酸异丁酯、丙二醇丁醚和藻酸丙二醇酯加入,搅拌混合反应68min后制得混合液A备用;
c.将水性丙烯酸乳液、有机硅改性聚氨酯树脂乳液和操作b制得的混合液A共同混拌均匀,再将改性皂土加入,搅拌分散1.3h后制得防护漆备用;
(2)柳编制品预处理:
a.配制质量分数为3%的复合酶水溶液备用,所述复合酶中含有纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、果胶酶和单宁酶;
b.将操作a配制好的复合酶水溶液喷洒到柳编制品表面上,静置酶解15min后,用清水冲洗一遍备用;
c.将操作b处理后的柳编制品干燥至水含量不大于10%后备用;
(3)防护处理:
a.将步骤(2)预处理后的柳编制品放入温度为65℃、相对湿度为53~55%的环境下,将步骤(1)制得的防护漆均匀喷覆在柳编制品表面上,静置至防护漆完全干燥;
b.待操作a处理后的柳编制品表面防护漆完全干燥后,调节环境温度至4℃、相对湿度为35~48%,将步骤(1)制得的防护漆再次均匀喷覆在柳编制品表面上,静置至防护漆表干后,再以0.5℃/min的速度将环境温度恢复至常温,待柳编制品表面防护漆完全干燥后即可。

本对比实施例1与实施例1相比,在对柳编制品进行防护处理时,直接在常温状态下将防护漆分两次喷覆在柳编制品的表面上,不进行温变处理,除此外的方法步骤均相同。

(1)防护漆制备:
a.按重量份称取下列物质:120~150份水性丙烯酸乳液、25~35份有机硅改性聚氨酯树脂乳液、6~8份改性皂土、2~3份聚丙烯酸铵、0.5~0.8份钼酸钠、0.5~1份羧甲基纤维素钠、1~1.5份蔗糖酯、1~1.5份双飞粉、2~4份三乙醇胺、0.5~1份异丁酸异丁酯、1~3份丙二醇丁醚、1~1.5份藻酸丙二醇酯、10~15份去离子水; 所述改性皂土的制备方法包括如下工序步骤:
Ⅰ.按重量份称取下列物质:70~80份皂土、5~7份纳米二氧化钛、2~3份淀粉、6~8份聚乙烯醇、2~4份干酪素、1~3份硬脂酸镁、2~3份小苏打、1~2份六偏磷酸钠、30~35份去离子水;

Ⅳ.将去离子水加热至50~55℃,再向其中加入淀粉和聚乙烯醇,以800~1000转/分钟的转速搅拌均匀后,将溶液温度降至40~45℃,然后加入纳米二氧化钛、干酪素、硬脂酸镁、小苏打和六偏磷酸钠,再以1000~1200转/分钟的转速搅拌均匀制得混合液B备用;
Ⅴ.将工序Ⅳ制得的混合液B均匀喷覆于工序Ⅲ处理后皂土上,混拌均匀后自然风干即可;
b.将聚丙烯酸铵、钼酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠、蔗糖酯、双飞粉、三乙醇胺和去离子水共同混合,加热至40~50℃,搅拌均匀后,通入氮气后加热至 60~65℃,再将异丁酸异丁酯、丙二醇丁醚和藻酸丙二醇酯加入,搅拌混合反应60~80min后制得混合液A备用;
c.将水性丙烯酸乳液、有机硅改性聚氨酯树脂乳液和操作b制得的混合液A共同混拌均匀,再将改性皂土加入,搅拌分散1~1.5h后制得防护漆备用;
(2)柳编制品预处理:
a.配制质量分数为3~4%的复合酶水溶液备用,所述复合酶中含有纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、果胶酶和单宁酶;
b.将操作a配制好的复合酶水溶液喷洒到柳编制品表面上,静置酶解15~20min后,用清水冲洗一遍备用;
c.将操作b处理后的柳编制品干燥至水含量不大于10%后备用;
(3)防护处理:
a.将步骤(2)预处理后的柳编制品放入温度为60~65℃、相对湿度为50~55%的环境下,将步骤(1)制得的防护漆均匀喷覆在柳编制品表面上,静置至防护漆完全干燥;
b.待操作a处理后的柳编制品表面防护漆完全干燥后,调节环境温度至2~6℃、相对湿度为35~40%,将步骤(1)制得的防护漆再次均匀喷覆在柳编制品表面上,静置至防护漆表干后,再以0.5~0.6℃/min的速度将环境温度恢复至常温,待柳编制品表面防护漆完全干燥后即可。
