the carrying trolley 5 comprises a top fixing plate 52, a supporting bottom plate 53 and a carrying trolley clamp 51 positioned between the top fixing plate 52 and the supporting bottom plate 53, wherein the carrying trolley clamp 51 comprises a plurality of guide rods, a plurality of heating plates and limiting blocks, the guide rods are arranged between the top fixing plate 52 and the supporting bottom plate 53 in parallel, the heating plates are in sliding connection with the guide rods, the limiting blocks are used for fixing the lower parts of the heating plates, two sides of each heating plate are of a protruding structure, two sides of each heating plate protruding structure are fixedly provided with heating plate ears, and guide rod holes are formed in each heating plate ear; the two trolley clamps 51 are respectively positioned at the left side and the right side of the trolley 5; two rectangular through holes are arranged on the supporting bottom plate 53 side by side, a PCB board connected with a heating contact is fixed at the rectangular through holes, a diagonal rack 531 is fixed at the lower part of the supporting bottom plate 53 between the two rectangular through holes, and roller devices are symmetrically arranged on the top fixing plate 52 and the supporting bottom plate 53 at two sides consistent with the transportation direction of the carrying trolley 5; the roller device of the top fixing plate 52 is a guide wheel 521, and the guide wheel 521 is fixed on the side surface of the top fixing plate 52 through a side plate; the roller device of the supporting bottom plate 53 is a rail wheel 532, and the rail wheel 532 is fixed below the supporting bottom plate 53 through a wheel retainer and a guide plate; a damping device is arranged between the rail wheel 532 and the supporting bottom plate 53, and the damping device is a spring.
The automatic drying line also comprises two guide rails which are consistent with the movement track of the carrying trolley 5, and the guide rails correspond to roller devices of the carrying trolley; the trolley rotating platform 9, the vacuum preheating tunnel furnace 22, the first vacuum heat-preserving tunnel furnace 241, the second vacuum heat-preserving tunnel furnace 242, the vacuum transition tunnel furnace 26 and the return line platform 42 are all provided with two guide tracks 11, and the guide tracks are provided with sensors.
The automatic drying line also comprises a sensor unit, a servo execution unit, a cam positioning unit, an electromagnetic valve control unit and a transmission mechanism unit, wherein the sensor unit is connected with the input end of the main controller, the servo execution unit, the cam positioning unit, the electromagnetic valve control unit and the transmission mechanism unit are respectively connected with the main controller and perform data interaction, the main controller makes judgment according to program instructions, and sends out instructions to control the rotation speed and the steering of the servo motor, the cam divider gear motor, the transmission gear motor and the action of the electromagnetic valve.
The incoming material conveying line 11 comprises a transmission gear motor and a sensor arranged at the charging level of the lithium battery;
the feeding module conveying mechanical mechanism 13 and the discharging module conveying mechanical mechanism 33 comprise conveying mechanical arms and conveying mechanical arm servo motors, the feeding mechanical mechanism 14 comprises feeding mechanical arms and feeding mechanical arm servo motors, the discharging mechanical mechanism 34 comprises discharging mechanical arms and discharging mechanical arm servo motors, the conveying mechanical arms, the feeding mechanical arms and the discharging mechanical arms comprise sucker assemblies for controlling the adsorption or release of lithium batteries by electromagnetic valves, and the sucker assemblies are provided with sensors;
the clamp lifting mechanical mechanism 6 comprises a lifting clamp arm and a lifting clamp arm servo motor, wherein the lifting clamp arm comprises a left arm and a right arm, a telescopic cylinder controlled by an electromagnetic valve is connected between the left arm and the right arm, and a sensor is arranged on the telescopic cylinder; six stations are arranged on the feeding module carrying conveying line 12 and the discharging module carrying conveying line 32, the feeding module carrying conveying line 12 and the discharging module carrying conveying line 32 comprise transmission gear motors for driving lithium batteries to be sequentially conveyed from a first station to a sixth station, and the six stations of the feeding module carrying conveying line 12 and the discharging module carrying conveying line 32 are provided with sensors.
The trolley rotating mechanism 7 comprises a cam divider and a cam divider gear motor which are arranged below the trolley rotating platform;
the trolley transmission mechanism 8 comprises a main transmission position, a first auxiliary transmission position and a second auxiliary transmission position, wherein the main transmission position is connected with the first auxiliary transmission position and the second auxiliary transmission position through chains and chain wheels respectively, the main transmission position comprises a main transmission shaft and a main transmission bevel gear, the first auxiliary transmission position and the second auxiliary transmission position comprise auxiliary transmission shafts and auxiliary transmission bevel gears, a transmission gear motor is connected with the main transmission shaft to drive the main transmission bevel gear and the auxiliary transmission bevel gear to rotate, and a bevel rack at the bottom of the carrying trolley is meshed with the main transmission bevel gear and the auxiliary transmission bevel gear respectively to form movement of the carrying trolley.
The vacuum preheating tunnel furnace 22, the first vacuum heat-preserving tunnel furnace 241, the second vacuum heat-preserving tunnel furnace 242 and the vacuum transition tunnel furnace 26 further comprise magnetic fluid sealing devices, and one ends of the main transmission shaft and the slave transmission shaft extend into the vacuum preheating tunnel furnace 22, the first vacuum heat-preserving tunnel furnace 241, the second vacuum heat-preserving tunnel furnace 242 and the vacuum transition tunnel furnace 26 through the magnetic fluid sealing devices; the first common door valve 21, the second common door valve 27, the first vacuum gate valve 23 and the second vacuum gate valve 25 are automatically controlled to be opened or closed by a cylinder through electromagnetic valves, and a sensor is arranged on the cylinder.
The jacking electrifying mechanism 10 comprises a probe fixed on a probe seat plate, a jacking cylinder controlled to lift by an electromagnetic valve, a corrugated pipe, a linking shaft with one end connected with the probe seat plate and a jacking guide mechanism, wherein a KF joint of the corrugated pipe is in sealed connection with a KF joint arranged on the outer wall of a tunnel furnace, the sealing end of the corrugated pipe is externally connected with the jacking cylinder, the sealing end of the corrugated pipe is internally connected with the other end of the linking shaft, the probe seat plate is connected on the inner wall of a lithium battery tunnel furnace through the jacking guide mechanism, the jacking guide mechanism comprises a jacking guide post and a jacking guide sleeve, one end of the jacking guide post is fixed on the inner wall of the tunnel furnace, the probe seat plate is in sliding connection with the jacking guide post through the jacking guide sleeve, and the probe seat plate is enabled to be contacted with or separated from a heating contact at the bottom of a carrying trolley positioned at the position of the tunnel furnace through lifting movement under the action of the jacking cylinder.
Preferably, the main controller is a PLC controller, the sensor is a photoelectric sensor, and the photoelectric sensor, the transportation manipulator servo motor, the feeding manipulator servo motor, the discharging manipulator servo motor, the lifting clamp arm servo motor, the transmission gear motor, the cam divider gear motor and the electromagnetic valve are all connected with the PLC controller.

the transmission gear motor of the incoming material conveying line 11 drives a battery to feed materials, when the photoelectric sensor of the feeding material of the incoming material conveying line 11 senses the battery and the photoelectric sensor of the conveying manipulator sucker assembly of the feeding module conveying mechanical mechanism 13 senses that the sucker assembly does not have the battery, the conveying manipulator servo motor drives the conveying manipulator to move to the battery feeding material level, the electromagnetic valve controls the vacuum sucker to adsorb the battery, when the photoelectric sensor of the sucker assembly of the conveying manipulator senses that the sucker assembly has the battery, the conveying manipulator servo motor drives the conveying manipulator to move to the first station battery position of the conveying line, the electromagnetic valve controls the vacuum sucker to release the battery, and when the photoelectric sensor of the conveying manipulator sucker assembly senses that the sucker assembly does not have the battery, the conveying manipulator servo motor drives the conveying manipulator to an origin to wait for the sensor signal of the next incoming material conveying line 11;

when a photoelectric sensor on a track of a trolley rotating platform 9 of the discharging module 3 senses a carrying trolley 5, a cam divider gear motor of a trolley rotating mechanism 7 drives the trolley rotating platform to rotate 90 degrees, a lithium battery is discharged, and a lithium battery discharging flow is opposite to a lithium battery charging flow and is not described; after the lithium battery discharging is completed, a cam divider gear motor of the trolley rotating mechanism 7 drives the trolley rotating platform to rotate 90 degrees, and a transmission gear motor of the trolley transmission mechanism 8 drives the carrying trolley 5 to enter the carrying module 4;
and (3) refluxing the carrying trolley:

The tunnel-type automatic drying line for lithium batteries according to claim 1, wherein the handling trolley clamp (51) comprises a plurality of guide rods arranged in parallel between a top fixing plate (52) and a supporting bottom plate (53), a plurality of heating plates connected with the guide rods in a sliding manner and limiting blocks fixed at the lower parts of the heating plates, and the handling trolley clamp (51) comprises 2 limiting blocks which are respectively positioned at the left side and the right side of the handling trolley (5);
two rectangular through holes are arranged on the supporting bottom plate (53) side by side, a PCB (printed circuit board) connected with a heating contact is fixed at the rectangular through holes, a diagonal rack (531) is fixed at the lower part of the supporting bottom plate (53) between the two rectangular through holes, and roller devices are symmetrically arranged on the top fixing plate (52) and the supporting bottom plate (53) at two sides consistent with the transportation direction of the carrying trolley (5);
four corners of the heating plate are fixedly provided with heating plate ears, and guide rod holes are formed in the heating plate ears;
the automatic drying line also comprises two guide rails which are consistent with the movement track of the carrying trolley (5), and the guide rails correspond to roller devices of the carrying trolley (5).

The tunnel-type automatic drying line for lithium batteries according to claim 2, characterized in that the roller means of the top fixing plate (52) are guide wheels (521), said guide wheels (521) being fixed to the sides of the top fixing plate (52) by means of side plates; the roller device of the supporting bottom plate (53) comprises a rail wheel (532), and the rail wheel (532) is fixed below the supporting bottom plate (53) through a wheel retainer and a guide piece; a damping device is arranged between the rail wheel (532) and the supporting bottom plate (53), and the damping device is a spring.

The lithium battery tunnel type automatic drying line according to claim 3, wherein the vacuum heat preservation tunnel furnace comprises a first vacuum heat preservation tunnel furnace (241) and a second vacuum heat preservation tunnel furnace (242), two guide rails are arranged on the trolley rotating platform (9), the vacuum preheating tunnel furnace (22), the first vacuum heat preservation tunnel furnace (241), the second vacuum heat preservation tunnel furnace (242), the vacuum transition tunnel furnace (26) and the return line platform (42), and sensors are arranged on the guide rails.

The lithium battery tunnel type automatic drying line according to claim 4, wherein the incoming material conveying line (11) comprises a transmission gear motor and a sensor arranged at the charging position of the lithium battery; the feeding module conveying mechanical mechanism (13) and the discharging module conveying mechanical mechanism (33) comprise conveying mechanical arms and conveying mechanical arm servo motors, the feeding mechanical mechanism (14) comprises feeding mechanical arms and feeding mechanical arm servo motors, the discharging mechanical mechanism (34) comprises discharging mechanical arms and discharging mechanical arm servo motors, the conveying mechanical arms, the feeding mechanical arms and the discharging mechanical arms comprise sucker assemblies for controlling the adsorption or release of lithium batteries by electromagnetic valves, and the sucker assemblies are provided with sensors; the clamp lifting mechanical mechanism (6) comprises a lifting clamp arm and a lifting clamp arm servo motor, wherein the lifting clamp arm comprises a left arm and a right arm, a telescopic cylinder controlled by an electromagnetic valve is connected between the left arm and the right arm, and a sensor is arranged on the telescopic cylinder; the lithium battery charging and discharging module carrying conveyor line comprises a charging module carrying conveyor line (12) and a discharging module carrying conveyor line (32), wherein a plurality of stations are arranged on the charging module carrying conveyor line (12) and the discharging module carrying conveyor line (32), the charging module carrying conveyor line (12) and the discharging module carrying conveyor line (32) comprise a transmission gear motor for driving lithium batteries to sequentially carry to the last station from the first station, and sensors are arranged on the stations of the charging module carrying conveyor line (12) and the discharging module carrying conveyor line (32).

The lithium battery tunnel type automatic drying line according to claim 5, characterized in that the trolley rotating mechanism (7) comprises a cam divider and a cam divider gear motor arranged below the trolley rotating platform (9); the trolley transmission mechanism (8) comprises a main transmission position, a first auxiliary transmission position and a second auxiliary transmission position, wherein the main transmission position is connected with the first auxiliary transmission position and the second auxiliary transmission position through chains and chain wheels respectively, the main transmission position comprises a main transmission shaft and a main transmission bevel gear, the first auxiliary transmission position and the second auxiliary transmission position comprise auxiliary transmission shafts and auxiliary transmission bevel gears, a transmission gear motor is connected with the main transmission shaft to drive the main transmission bevel gear and the auxiliary transmission bevel gear to rotate, and a bevel rack (531) at the bottom of the carrying trolley (5) is meshed with the main transmission bevel gear and the auxiliary transmission bevel gear respectively to form movement of the carrying trolley.

The lithium battery tunnel type automatic drying line according to claim 6, wherein the vacuum preheating tunnel furnace (22), the first vacuum heat preservation tunnel furnace (241), the second vacuum heat preservation tunnel furnace (242) and the vacuum transition tunnel furnace (26) further comprise magnetic fluid sealing devices, and the main transmission shaft and one end of the main transmission shaft extend into the vacuum preheating tunnel furnace (22), the first vacuum heat preservation tunnel furnace (241), the second vacuum heat preservation tunnel furnace (242) and the vacuum transition tunnel furnace (26) through the magnetic fluid sealing devices; the first common door valve (21), the second common door valve (27), the first vacuum gate valve (23) and the second vacuum gate valve (25) are automatically controlled to be opened or closed through electromagnetic valves by air cylinders, and sensors are arranged on the air cylinders.

The tunnel type automatic drying line for lithium batteries according to claim 7, wherein the jacking electrifying mechanism (10) comprises a probe fixed on a probe seat plate, a jacking cylinder controlled to be lifted by an electromagnetic valve, a corrugated pipe, a connecting shaft with one end connected with the probe seat plate and a jacking guide mechanism, a KF joint of the corrugated pipe is in sealing connection with a KF joint arranged on the outer wall of the tunnel furnace, the sealing end of the corrugated pipe is externally connected with the jacking cylinder, the sealing end of the corrugated pipe is internally connected with the other end of the connecting shaft, the probe seat plate is connected on the inner wall of the tunnel furnace for the lithium batteries through the jacking guide mechanism, the jacking guide mechanism comprises a jacking guide pillar and a jacking guide sleeve, one end of the jacking guide pillar is fixed on the inner wall of the tunnel furnace, the probe seat plate is in sliding connection with the jacking guide pillar through the jacking guide sleeve, and the probe seat plate is lifted under the action of the jacking cylinder to enable the probe to be contacted with or separated from a heating contact at the bottom of the carrying trolley (5).
9. The tunnel type automatic drying line for lithium batteries according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the feeding module (1), the drying module (2) and the discharging module (3) are two and are respectively positioned at two sides of the carrying module (4) to form two tunnel type automatic drying lines for lithium batteries.
10. The lithium battery tunnel type automatic drying line according to claim 9, wherein the main controller is a PLC controller, the sensor is a photoelectric sensor, and the photoelectric sensor, the transportation manipulator servo motor, the feeding manipulator servo motor, the discharging manipulator servo motor, the lifting clamp arm servo motor, the transmission gear motor, the cam divider gear motor and the electromagnetic valve are all connected with the PLC controller.
