Abstract
The invention discloses hinged conveying equipment which comprises at least one conveying belt group and a mounting seat, wherein the conveying belt group comprises a first conveying belt and a second conveying belt, the first end of the second conveying belt is fixedly connected with the mounting seat, the second conveying belt is arranged on the first conveying belt through a sliding frame of the mounting seat, a blanking opening is formed in the mounting seat, materials conveyed on the second conveying belt can fall to the first conveying belt through the blanking opening of the mounting seat and are conveyed by the first conveying belt successively, the mounting seat comprises a hinged structure, and the hinged structure drives the second conveying belt to rotate relative to the first conveying belt so as to adjust an included angle between conveying directions of the second conveying belt and the first conveying belt. The hinged conveying equipment can flexibly convey materials to the required conveying direction, and the use flexibility of the conveying equipment is improved.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of material conveying, and particularly relates to hinged conveying equipment.
Background
The conveyor is widely used for conveying various solid block-shaped and powder-shaped materials or finished articles in agriculture, industrial and mining enterprises and transportation industry, the conveyor belt can continuously and efficiently transport, and the conveyor belt has the advantages of safe operation, simple and convenient use, easy maintenance, low transport cost, shortened transport distance, reduced engineering cost, manpower and material resource conservation and the like.
However, the conventional conveyor belt is limited by the length thereof, so that the conveying distance is short, and the requirement of long-distance conveying cannot be met. In addition, the conveyor belt is generally linear, and materials are conveyed on the conveyor belt from a feeding position at one end of the conveyor belt to a discharging position at the other end of the conveyor belt. The material conveying position of the conveyer belt is inflexible at present due to the fact that the position between the feeding position and the discharging position on the conveyer belt is relatively fixed.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems existing in the prior art, the invention aims to provide hinged conveying equipment with long material conveying distance and more flexible conveying position.

However, the exemplary embodiments can be embodied in many forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein; rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the concept of the example embodiments to those skilled in the art. The same reference numerals in the drawings denote the same or similar structures, and thus a repetitive description thereof will be omitted.
As shown in fig. 1-3, the hinged conveying apparatus of the present invention includes at least one conveying belt set 11 and an installation seat 12, where the conveying belt set 11 includes a first conveying belt 13 and a second conveying belt 14, a first end 141 of the second conveying belt 14 is fixedly connected with the installation seat 12, the second conveying belt 14 is slidably installed on the first conveying belt 13 through the installation seat 12, a feeding opening 121 is provided on the installation seat 12, and a material conveyed on the second conveying belt 14 can fall to the first conveying belt 13 through the feeding opening 121 of the installation seat 12 and be conveyed continuously by the first conveying belt 13, where the installation seat 12 includes a hinge structure 15, and the hinge structure 15 drives the second conveying belt 14 to rotate relative to the first conveying belt 13 so as to adjust an included angle between conveying directions of the second conveying belt 14 and the first conveying belt 13.

The outer circumference of the first hoop 151 is provided with a first rotating shaft 1511 disposed along a first direction and a first rotating groove 1512 disposed along a second direction, the second hoop 152 is provided with a second rotating shaft 1521 disposed along the second direction, the second direction and the first direction are intersected with each other, the second rotating shaft 1521 is rotatably disposed in the first rotating groove 1512, and the second rotating shaft 1521 rotates in the first rotating groove 1512 to drive the second hoop 152 to deflect relative to the first hoop 151. The two sides of the first conveyer belt 13 are provided with slide rails 131, the slide rails 131 are arranged along the material conveying direction of the first conveyer belt 13, the mounting seat 12 is slidably arranged on the slide rails 131 through slide blocks 132, and the linear distance between the feeding end of the first conveyer belt 13 and the discharging end of the second conveyer belt can be adjusted by moving the mounting seat 12 along the slide rails 131 so as to adapt to the requirements of different distances between the feeding position and the discharging position. The sliding block 132 is provided with a second rotating groove 1321, the first rotating shaft 1511 on the first hoop 151 is rotatably arranged in the second rotating groove 1321, and the first rotating shaft 1511 rotates in the second rotating groove 1321 to drive the first hoop 151 to turn around the first rotating shaft 1511; rotation of the second shaft 1521 within the first groove 1512 may drive the second collar 152 to deflect relative to the first collar 151 to accommodate torsion generated by the second conveyor belt 14 moving along the sliding rail 131 to different positions above the first conveyor belt 13.
The second end 142 of the second conveyor belt 14 is provided with a first supporting wheel 17, and the second end 142 of the second conveyor belt 14 is positioned and supported on the ground by the first supporting wheel 17, and is convenient for the movement of the second conveyor belt 14 under the action of the first supporting wheel 17. In addition, the one end of first conveyer belt 13 is provided with second supporting wheel 18, first conveyer belt 13 passes through second supporting wheel 18 location support is subaerial, through setting up the supporting wheel on first conveyer belt and second conveyer belt, can conveniently remove conveying equipment to the material transportation position and carry out the transport of material between material loading position and unloading position. 5. The articulating conveyor apparatus of claim 4 wherein the other end of the first conveyor belt is provided with a blanking hopper.
6. The articulating conveyor apparatus of claim 5 wherein the second conveyor belt is provided with a slide rail on both sides.
