Abstract
本发明公开了一种带隔膜的锂离子电池,包括锂离子电池单体,锂离子电池单体内设有隔膜,该隔膜由基膜以及覆盖基膜两侧的涂层组成;所述涂层由以下组分组成:失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯,丁烯二酸酐,聚苯硫醚,硫酸氧钛,羟基丙基甲基纤维素,油酰甲胺乙磺酸钠,乙酸乙烯酯,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯,肌醇六磷酸酯,陶瓷粉体。本发明带隔膜的锂离子电池,其锂离子电池单体内置隔膜,该隔膜具有强度高、抗氧化性和热稳定性强的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种带隔膜的锂离子电池。
背景技术
锂离子电池应用领域广,包括手机、笔记本电脑等电子终端设备,甚至是走向了电动汽车和储能技术领域;锂离子电池从结构上分为正极、负极、隔膜、电解液和外壳。其中,隔膜用于阻隔电池正极和负极,防止出现电池内部短路,但允许锂离子迅速地通过。
然而,当锂离子电池内部的温度升高时,传统的锂离子电池隔膜会出现收缩,关闭多孔结构,甚至会发生熔融继而出现破孔,导致电池内部短路,发生燃烧甚至爆炸事件,严重降低了锂离子电池的安全性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种带隔膜的锂离子电池,其锂离子电池单体内置隔膜,该隔膜具有强度高、抗氧化性和热稳定性强的优点。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种带隔膜的锂离子电池,包括锂离子电池单体,锂离子电池单体内设有隔膜,该隔膜由基膜以及覆盖基膜两侧的涂层组成,所述基膜由聚砜膜和无纺布复合而成;所述涂层由以下组分组成:失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯,丁烯二酸酐,聚苯硫醚,硫酸氧钛,羟基丙基甲基纤维素,油酰甲胺乙磺酸钠,乙酸乙烯酯,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯,肌醇六磷酸酯,陶瓷粉体。
优选的,所述涂层按重量份计由以下组分组成:
3.9份失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯,
4.1份丁烯二酸酐,
6.5份聚苯硫醚,
1.1份硫酸氧钛,
4.1份羟基丙基甲基纤维素,
2.9份油酰甲胺乙磺酸钠,
3.8份乙酸乙烯酯,
4.3份丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯,
2.9份肌醇六磷酸酯,
92份陶瓷粉体。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种带隔膜的锂离子电池,其锂离子电池单体内置隔膜,该隔膜具有强度高、抗氧化性和热稳定性强的优点。

一种带隔膜的锂离子电池,包括锂离子电池单体,锂离子电池单体内设有隔膜,该隔膜由基膜以及覆盖基膜两侧的涂层组成,所述基膜由聚砜膜和无纺布复合而成;所述涂层按重量份计由以下组分组成:
3.9份失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯,
4.1份丁烯二酸酐,
6.5份聚苯硫醚,
1.1份硫酸氧钛,
4.1份羟基丙基甲基纤维素,
2.9份油酰甲胺乙磺酸钠,
3.8份乙酸乙烯酯,
4.3份丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯,
2.9份肌醇六磷酸酯,
92份陶瓷粉体。

1.一种带隔膜的锂离子电池,包括锂离子电池单体,锂离子电池单体内设有隔膜,该隔膜由基膜以及覆盖基膜两侧的涂层组成,所述基膜由聚砜膜和无纺布复合而成;其特征在于,所述涂层由以下组分组成:失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯,丁烯二酸酐,聚苯硫醚,硫酸氧钛,羟基丙基甲基纤维素,油酰甲胺乙磺酸钠,乙酸乙烯酯,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯,肌醇六磷酸酯,陶瓷粉体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带隔膜的锂离子电池,其特征在于,所述涂层按重量份计由以下组分组成:
